It’s a scam. This clinic tells they are calling for assessment and free at first consultation n test but later they charge. Without being transparent to the client. There is no patch test done and they take money only to tell u how many hairs u have n how long will it take to remove them. Which a parlor lady also can tell. It’s a scam to take our money. Don’t go to these clinic n fall prey to their trap. No transparency. Highly highly disappointed. SCAM

Quite happy with the results for facial hair as of now with 12 sessions of 15 minutes each. Top class technicians , appreciate especially Rodrick and Shiny with their jobs on me , they make u feel very comfortable before and after the treatments. I’ve been coming for 3months to the center and have seen quite an improvement on the hair growth.It’s less than usual. The treatment is not so painful as they handled mine with care. Also the center in the coca cola arena is very welcoming and encouraging to their client especially Tiya who i trust with my treatment since the start. Had a great experience. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and explaining everything in detail. Therapist is very detailed as well, confirming which hairs to remove and making sure she isnt skipping some. Ive been seeing Suma for around 1 year, with my total treatment time being around 2 years. I treated around 7 small/medium areas and now only one of them still requires treatment with the rest being furless. Suma is great, precise and also willing to relook if there is a hair you can see that might have been missed, but also careful to stay within your allotted appointment time. Ive noticed the machines vary between branches and I personally much prefer the machines in this branch (hence why I changed branch halfway through my journey). Whilst there is still a small sting sensation, I dont find it bothers my skin as much.Its such a delight to not have to think about the constant plucking, shaving or waxing for these areas again!

The hair growth is more smooth and not makes you feel itchy. But the arrange time you come will be better between 2 weeks. I used to love Furless, very clean and great service… but I went on vacation for 3 weeks after 18 months of treatment and I can almost see no results. Very disappointing experience. The supposed professional ruined my eyebrows shape making one of them too thin. I ended with each eyebrow on a different shape and was left with big anxiety of living indeterminately with such a damaged look. To compensate, the management didn’t charge me for the session but this is not repairing the harm that was done to my face

This place will trick you with their 150aed sessions and consultations, they will tell you the hair will start disappearing after 18month-2 years and im still here after 3,5years and have spend 7500aed in total during all these period, just for a small area like upper lip, waiting for the hair to not regrow! There are a lot of great lasers out there like Candella Gentle Max Pro that would do a painless and greater results than this fraud company!

The staff who is looking after me is a gentleman by the name of Roderick.Roderick does a fine job, he is make every minute count. He will look for hairs you might have overlooked :) .He does it fast, he does it efficiently and he is a very cheerful person.You might ask, well isnt it expensive. I would say it is not. I had laser done before. I would say it was a successful treatment, saying that my hair is growing back just slower and not as much. So now i have decided to proceed with electrolysis treatment. After hearing from other people about it, I expected to be in pain however I had a surprisingly pleasant experience. There was no pain, i could feel that something is happening but I can’t even say it was uncomfortable. I would say it’s more of an unusual sensation.Tia did my treatment. She was very precise and very fast. It only took about 20 minutes to do both of my armpits. I would say having had laser before definitely helped. It has been 14 days and I am due my next session but I don’t have any hairs to treat. This really is a treatment that is so personalised and depends from person to person. If you are thinking about removing your hair forever - this really is the only way on how to do it.

I recently went to their brand new Clinic for men to get a treatment and I cannot be more pleased! Being an Arab man (and a hairy one at that!), I was not sure what to expect and was not very familiar with Electrolysis. From the get-go the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. I had an hour consultation and they were able to address all the questions I had.Two treatment sessions later, I am feeling (and looking) amazing and confident. Normally get my electrolysis from Lijo for my neck and chin (and she is simply amazing). However today, I received my treatment from the magician Suma who was very quick and thorough! She made sure to hold my skin tautly where required so its less painful which I really appreciated. What blew me away was that I was able to get my upper lip done....something I thought Id never have the guts to do, but I felt so safe and comfortable with Suma that I managed to take a chance on it. I am very happy with the service today and I am so happy I have two amazing technicians at this location now! Thank you very much Lija and Suma. Also I must mention, Haya at the reception is also a breath of fresh air. She is extremely kind and helpful which makes the environment very welcoming.

Furless Permanent is a stellar clinic performing electrolysis hair removal. The staff is all very welcoming and patiently walk you through the whole procedure. My electrologist, Tizu, always makes sure I am comfortable and listens to my concerns and carries out the procedure impeccably. The price can be steep but it’s a one time investment in yourself and completely worth it. The pain is tolerable and you can always ask for the intensity to be lowered! I highly recommend this procedure and believe Furless is the best place to do it!

I am currently having Electrolysis done at Furless, I was recommended this through a Friend after Laser Treatment was unsuccessful.Nora certainly goes out of her way to make sure her Clients are well taken care of, she wants you to understand the process and get the best results and so is very good with following up and checking in.Jinu, who carries out the treatment is very quick and covers a lot in one session.I have already seen results and I have only completed a total 4hrs up to date. The prices are very reasonable and I’m very happy with the overall service received in fact I purchased another 10hrs today.

Very bad experience - had massive acne breakouts, super painful treatments, not one hair disappeared after 2.5 months of treatment. They dont tell you in the beginning what a lengthy (and I mean lengthy, 2 year +) procedure electrolysis is, and frankly, considering the side effects, pain, and less than satisfactory results, not worth the money nor the time.

I have been having laser hair removal treatments for the past 10 years. The hair reduction has been noticeable but the amount of money I have spent is crazy. I began thinking about electrolysis as it’s the only way to permanently get rid of hair but It’s always seemed expensive and very time consuming. I decided to go for a consultation at Furless and all the staff there have been incredible since that first meeting. The pricing was so much more reasonable than I expected and the promise of being “furless” was too good to pass up! All my treatments have been with Roderick, who has been an absolute superstar. I actually look forward to my treatments and find them very relaxing. Wonderful staff and premises, I highly recommend.

For that I would like to thank them.As someone who has been going to Furless for 2 years, this is why I would absolutely NOT recommend them for anyone seeking effective electrolysis:I started my electrolysis journey with Furless since they advertise themselves the most, and many like myself try them first not knowing anything about electrolysis.With electrolysis, IF you’re consistent (which I definitely was), you should be finished with an area within 1.5 to 2 years. I’ve only done the same area from the start and followed the recommended hours and schedule, and I am nowhere near finishing. However, I will say that my situation has improved since the start.BUT, if you consider the time, money, and promises they make - I am extremely disappointed. The money I put in is ASBOLUTELY not worth what I have received.At the start I thought Furless was my only option when it came to electrolysis, but after 2 years with Furless I have finally decided to change centers and noticed unbelievable difference in quality and results. For anyone who does not know this, electrolysis does not have to sacrifice your skin, and does not have to give you crazy pigmentation and scarring. I did not know this since I was new to electrolysis and thought the skin damage was unavoidable. Since I changed centers, the results I have now are much better, more effective hair removal, and there is very minimal to no skin side effects. This is from personal experience, since the pigmentation I dealt with at Furless has been horrible, and this is completely avoidable with the right skill.And now here we are, after wasting tens of thousands of dirhams (yes, TENS of thousands) for promised results I never got. Now I still have to continue electrolysis, and then pay more for dermatological treatments due to the skin damage I got at Furless.Finally, I would like to add that their repeated comment of having “50 years of combined experience” means nothing when I get a therapist that tells me she is new and has just recently finished her electrolysis training (I’m not shocked my session with her was more painful, ineffective, and I got terrible side effects on my skin). Combined experience of the whole staff means absolutely nothing when it comes to knowing the skill of each individual therapist treating you. And unfortunately, each therapist has very different skill level so there is a lot of inconsistency and difference between them. Unfortunately I’ve dealt with this a number of times since it’s hard to book an appointment with a specific therapist, and they want to give you whoever is available - which shouldn’t be the case, since one therapist should be assigned to a client’s journey from start to end. It makes a difference when the therapist knows your situation and hair type from the beginning.My advice to Furless would be to better utilize their resources and money to actually focus on more quality electrolysis. From experience, I confidently say that your quality of hair removal is less than average and can be much, much better. Anyone who has experience with electrolysis will tell you the same. The center has become way too commercial, and is instead becoming more spa-like. Also, your prices are way too high compared to what standard electrolysis pricing is like, however I would not even bring that up if I got the promised results - which I did not.UPDATE: they stated I was visiting another electrolysis center WHILE I was visiting Furless, and this is false. I have started with the new center (which I should’ve done earlier) after 2 whole years of being a dedicated and consistent client to ONLY Furless on the same body area. I’ve done 100+ hours with Furless and didn’t bother to even use the last 2 hours left in my package since it was absolutely not worth it anymore. Such a shame you bring up late payment of a few thousand dirhams when I have paid OVER 45,000+ dirhams of hard earned money on such a terrible and regrettable investment.

I was stoked to realize there was a such thing as PERMANENT hair removal. Laser Hair Removal is *not* permanent, which I discovered after years of throwing money it, when I fell pregnant and ALLL of my hair grew back and then some.Now that I know there is a truly permanent solution to body hair, Im not looking to lasers any longer, especially for the face, which is what I gave a shot at because that is what bothers me most. The staff were so accommodating. I had so many questions, which they answered and explained so I could understand the benefits. Its an investment, but a permanent one. I enjoyed my conversations with one of the trainers, we had a laugh and good talk while I went through the process.There were a few misunderstandings in terms of payment and packages, so be sure you ask questions to fully understand. The receptionist was very apologetic and went above and beyond to get me a complimentary session. Overall, great experience-- I felt comfortable, cared about and considered, which in the beauty industry in this country is rare.

Highly recommend Tizu and all the wonderful people at Furless. Theyre thoroughly professional, take time to educate you before beginning the process, and take the necessary care to adjust the procedure as needed over time. Ive had amazing results so far, better than expected in terms of reduction of hair regrowth and thickness. Definitely worth the investment!

This is the BEST hair removal clinic in town. I would recommend this clinic with all trust 100% . Its permanent unlike the laser which is a temporary solution and I had to do it every year and my hair kept coming back(laser is not cost effective on the long run, trust me) . With Electrolysis my hair its gone completely, FOREVER and the pain is far far less than I had with laser . Their staff is lovely, very helpful, extremely well trained and kind,they always follow up and guide you with all the info you need before and after every single procedure. Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. They have a very pleasant atmosphere and the place is extremely clean. The extensive knowledge and skill of their electrologists are truly unmatched. I definitely recommend coming here.

Its way too time consuming. It takes over 2 years if you are hairy or plus size. They finished my friends face in 4 months. Only face took them this long. Imagine the whole body. Also the down side is that even you are on hair free journey you are still not hair free for the duration of your treatment let say 18 months or more. You have constantly shave or wax the rest of your hairy parts on your body. Because you cannot go around with hair on your entire body while they furless take multiple hourse just to clean small section. The whole process of their procedure is time consuming and not worth a while. I would suggest you to go for a laser as they do the entire body per session and in 6-8 sessions you will be hairfree. And you can top up every year, one session per year as maintenance. Or if you dont want to keep doing one session every year after you had your 6 sessions of laser done then you can go and get electrolyses hair removal done on parts where the hair is regrowing after laser. But choosing furless permanent hair removal is way time consuming and comes with extra hustle and its crazy expensive, also technicians purposely do the job done slowly as they charge by hour and their managment is rude too. They have excuse for everything. Its a money making drama that instead of giving us a complete estimation, they keep adding hours upon hours to your journey because their technicians are slow as AF and they are too greedy. You are looking to spend way over your budget , believe me. If you want to spare 30000 dirhams then go ahead otherwise get your body lasered somewhere decent and then keep the maintenance sessions once every year. You can get a laser session anywhere from 250 dirham to 2000 dirhams depending on the place you choose as per your budget also laser clinics run many discounts all the time. Another friend of mine did her 6 sessions for as little as 3500 dirhams and shes hair free from last 7 months... and she hasnt seen any regrowths so far .. please save yourself time and money and dont go for it. I m telling you from my first hand experience.

I have been coming to Furless for a little over a year now. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Suma and Prerma have been my go to girls, all are amazing but they are just who I have worked with the most. They always made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results I was seeing and the results are unreal, laser and waxing never gave me any kind of results but electrolysis has virtually removed the hair! I only go in for a touch up here and there for random strays. It’s completely worth the investment if you ask me

This place is a scam. I went for all of the recommended sessions and I still have the same quantity of hair growing in all areas. Theyll insert the needle into the area and shock you, then pull out the hair with the tweezers - but they havent shocked the hair follicle so its entirely useless.

Furless is great - the people working there are absolutely lovely, and very welcoming. The therapists are so kind, and genuinely care. After 2 years Im finally starting to see less hair growth which Im thrilled about, and I cannot wait to be completely fur-free!

I am not one to write a negative review and I give people/businesses the benefit of the doubt no matter what. However, Furless has surpassed my level of patience. I first visited the center when they first opened a few years ago. The owner, Mariela, conducted the consultation (though now it’s a short video only). She was very helpful and provided extensive information on the process. I had numerous questions and worries and she was very detailed in her response. I truly appreciated that and it gave me hopes in the center. I bought a full package and started Nov. 25, 2021 and to this day I have done about 18 sessions. I schedule my appointments in advance to make sure it fits my schedule. Almost MOST appointments I had have been re-scheduled or cancelled on me LAST MINUTE. The night before I receive a text that technician is sick, or there’s a problem with the building, or the technicians are in training etc etc. there is always some excuse why they have to re-schedule my appointment with no option to schedule a better time/day. I can understand if it happens once, twice, or three times BUT not over 11 times. There have been many instances where they inform me the technician is “sick” but in reality she is not and it is an excuses they apparently use with their customers. I have seen numerous clients upset with the same issue at the center. I have requested to talk to a manger numerous times but there is never a manager on site. I’ve asked them to reach out as it is very inconvenient to keep canceling our session especially on such a short notice. No one has reached out. I have reached out to the owner as well. She never replied. A few month later a Manager reached out. The manager was very apologetic and understanding, but as she said there is nothing she can do other than offer free 15min session (which I did not avail). After being with Furless, I question some of the reviews that have been written. I now realize they rely HEAVILY on social media presence and ‘Influencers” but it is very hard to gauge the integrity of the experiences. All that is not a deal breaker for me… until I realized that after 18 sessions there is little progress on the treated area. If anything the hairs have been coming back thicker than before and causing hyperpigmentation. I understand this is a long process and as they claim it take a minimum of 18 months. But I expect to see SOME progress after 18 sessions. I spoke to the technician about it and she mentioned it is a wrong setting that they have been using (to prolong the process for financial gain-her words). Though I highly doubt that as that’s completely unethical. But it’s a matter of inexperienced technicians (they have a lot of trainees). I have already bought a package and decided to continue. I’ve asked to speak to a manager to discuss the lack of progress and raise the issue of technicians not using proper settings. I have yet to hear back from the manager. I was told I might need another 2 years to see any real progress!!! I have decided to pursue laser as electrolysis might not be suited for me. I have asked opinions on a beauty group about benefit of using laser instead of electrolysis. I was then verbally attacked by the owner, Mariela as if she trademarked the word “electrolysis”. It was very shocking as over the span of my sessions she has never reached out, even though I have tried numerous times. She has yet to reach out to “Clarify” the center’s issues. I was then flooded with messages of ex-Furless clients who had very similar experiences as me but were quickly shut down by the owner. I expected more from the center, the technicians and specifically the owner. I was an avid supporter and value each small business but my experience was not not a positive one at all. It is a financially draining and time consuming experience that provided little to no results. I do have to give them a one star for their amazing marketing team. They do very well in selling their pitch and advertising it with a strong social media presence.

So far I have only done a free consultation but for those intimidated by electrolysis this is great place to visit. The staff is REALLY nice. I love the fact that they gave a proper set of information and a detailed list of Ts&Cs. The staff was very kind and helpful and was respectful of the fact that I was struggling with anxiety and needed time to prepare for this procedure. They actually provided with the option to try a patch test for 15 minutes when I was ready to do so and was not pushy or snobby at all. Really glad to have come across you guys.

I first tried Furless in Aug 2019 and wish it hadn’t taken me so long to find out about them. The service is excellent from explaining the process and timelines to the actual treatment. Therapists are professional and I am pretty close to being hair free!

Furless is definitely the best electrolysis clinic in Dubai. Compared to laser, you need more patience however the results are permanent, unlike laser. If you go to your appointments regularly, you will see great results and the hairs are gone for good.My only regret is not starting my treatment earlier. Highly recommended.

Electrolysis is in definitely worth it! Especially at Furless permanent Dubai. They are all so professional and friendly, they always make sure to follow up, check up on you but most importantly make sure to give you the treatment that fits you the best with the least amount of pain possible. I personally feel like it is 10x less painful than waxing. I can not thank enough both of my electrolysis technicians donna and tiera. I 100% recommend!

Unsatisfying, for all the hours and visits I’ve completed for the past 2 years. Started my journey with Furless in June 2018 for under arm hair removal, They advised that within 1 year to maximum 18 months all treatment will be completed. Now it has been over 2 years and I still need to visit them monthly. I will suggest this treatment to only patient customers, with a limitless budget. Make sure you secure your package in advance because they will unexpectedly raise their fee at anytime and if you start the treatment you won’t really have a way out. So think wisely before going for it. Started laser on my bikini area at the same time and now I don’t have any hair anymore compare to my underarm which still hairy. Very disappointing for the amount of time and money spent. (Ps. All the other reviews are only positive because the reward who ever make good reviews with 30 mins treatment for free)

I love Furless. The electrolysis is a more effective hair removal method than lasers which Id previously used (with limited results) and the women and men who work at Furless make me feel welcomed into their space with their friendliness, positivity and professional demeanors. Ive seen results within a few weeks and while the overall treatment will take time, its time well spent as the technicians are precise and do a great job. Thank you!

If youre looking for a permanent hair removal, I 100% recommend electrolysis at Furless. I had sessions with multiple electrologists there including Tizu and Roderick and all of them were extremely professional, hygienic, patient and knew exactly what they were doing. I was a bit skeptical about electrolysis at first because of the things I read online about the pain specifically but after starting my treatments I couldnt be happier that I chose to do this. The pain is very bearable and overall a small price to pay for permanent hair removal!

I have had my first trial session and was so happy about the results that I went back to continue with my treatment. Every staff member that I have met at Furless is extremely friendly and informative. My second session was with the friendly Shreya. She has been wonderful. Working fast and efficiently that I had most of my session and also like this it eased the little uncomfortable feeling I felt during the “toe” sessions. Otherwise the treatment is not painful...just a bit uncomfortable at times but bearable. I was offered a numbing cream but could tolerate through the treatment without it. Towards the end of the treatment Shreya calmed my skin with the radiation technique. After the treatment she advised me to cool (if required) the treated area and to keep moisturizing my cream and also to drink enough water throughout the day in order to keep my skin moisturized. Thank you Shreya I’m looking forward to continue getting “Furless” with you help! :-)

I have been going to Furless for almost a year now. Im not going to lie, its not an easy process! It requires a lot of patience and its not cheap, however its an investment for a lifetime. Unlike laser, the hair once treated, is gone and wont come back! In the end youll end up saving money. Tizu is my go to electrologist and I can highly recommend her. Shell guide you through the process and ensures youre comfortable.Also a plus; the clinic is clean and hygienic.Its a commitment but totally worth it!

Just had my first treatment of electrolysis at Furless after not getting results from laser. The staff Nora and Suma were very welcoming and professional . The location was great with no problems parking - can be a worry in the heat that you cant park nearby! The room smelt amazing of lemongrass. All in a great experience and I am already booked in for my next session.

Place is great. Consulted and got treatment from Lejo, she advised me and suggested to treat, didn’t need to think much as she was quite confident.I didn’t get the chance to ask the name of receptionist, great assistance.

Furless is definitely the best electrolysis clinic in Dubai. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the place always smells very nice :) I have done sessions with both Suma and Amal, they are both really professional and reassuring. Initially I had doubts about electrolysis as I am afraid of needles, but now I am so glad I took the leap! Recommend this place 100%.

My first experience was three months ago. I was afraid that I would get no results like laser. After only two sessions I saw a big reduction and this is why I decided to continue. The staff is amazing and like family. I feel comfortable and everyone is so friendly. The method is a little painful but it is bearable and it ends soon. I read the review that they are painful and there is redness. You can use Emla before you come, and it helps. My skin is very sensitive but I only experienced a little redness that goes away after a few minutes. You need to use the recommend post care cream.

I started Electrolysis in April 19 with Furless. Initially with face, chin and arms as I have PCOS, as a post laser treatment, that was long term ineffective. After 1year 5months of electrolysis I barely have any hair left on my face or arms, the remaining hair is light and soft. Im still working on my legs and armpits that I started later.The treatment is painful, so numbing cream is good to use and healing cream after recommended. Good hydration and moisturising help. I received information about everything during the consultation and before my first treatment.The treatment is expensive. It is important to be diligent and keep up with the appointments for the treatment to be effective.The center is clean, the therapists trained well, my absolute favourite is Tizu, always professional, flexible and friendly. She does a lovely facial and lash lift too. I also like Dela, she is very efficient.The ladies from reception and call center are polite and organised. There was a hiccup or two due to the workload, but with more ladies joining the team all is great. My favourite is Des, she really knows her clients.My overall experience is excellent, after years of struggling with hair/laser etc Im seeing the results Im happy with.

I have only been with Furless for 2 months and I can already see results! The technicians are so nice and patient, they really know what they’re doing. They explained to me clearly the process and how it’s a journey but in the end, the results will be permanent. The centre is super clean and completely refurbished. I am always at ease there and I cannot recommend them enough!

I started my treatment at Furless in January 20 , besides the good customer service, the treatment and machines are upto date . My area of concern developed pigmented hair which have been permanently removed by the efficient team at Furless , I tried other methods of “permanent” hair removal and was told pigmented hair cannot be treated , but Furless SZR cleared the issue in no time . I started electrolysis a few months and I have to say. I LOVE the results it gave me. Walk-in zap and walk-out hair free. You do not only see results with hair removal but also the texture of skin afterwards (baby smooth). Yo can guarantee that the hairs you removed will NOT come back only the newer cycle every now and then. As opposed to laser, you do not need to wait a specific time frame or another 2 weeks to go back in, The minute you see growth you go and ZAP. The technician I worked with was Tizu SZR branch. She was extremely professional and through throughout the entire journey. Overall, I left extremely satisfied and will refer all my friends!

So lets talk about the pain … it is such an effective treatment for hair removal, but honestly I was worried about whether I could cope with how it would feel. The first session was getting used to it, and the most painful. The therapist was very helpful and considerate though, applying ice throughout the session to help numb the area (I had also taken a painkiller beforehand which helped). It feels like a quick, sharp pinch, and depending where on your body you have the treatment the intensity of the pinch is different - feet … ouch, eyebrows … no problem. After the second session it was so much easier - I knew what to expect and there was less hair to remove! I have had 5 sessions now, and no ice needed … very happy with the results!AND - I had the most relaxing facial after my treatment, highly recommend!

Couldnt be happier with my treatments at Furless. Ive been receiving treatment to my under arms by Tizu and she has been absolutely wonderful. I go in for a 1hour appt and we basically chat the entire time that I dont even notice my treatment!!! The pain is not bad, little zaps here and there but easy to handle in comparison to laser hair removal. SO GLAD I FOUND THIS LITTLE GEM!

Experience- I have been visiting furless for over a year now and I must say Im super happy and satisfied with the service. I had done laser previously and my hairs were growing back and I had tough situations handling them due to PCOS. I have observed that my facial hairs have reduced so much now and there is a significant gap between the hair follicles.Pain- Come on, you can easily bear it 😊. its not as painful as you do waxing, threading, but you will feel that light pricking sensation, which can also be avoided using creams.Therapist - I must really really thank Preema(my favourite therapist 😊) for guiding me properly and supporting me. She is very knowledgeable and well experienced. She is very careful and youll have that comfort zone and confidence when youre with her.Staffs- All the staffs are very welcoming and professional, especially Des(as she is my favourite) 😊Place- Very hygienic, aromatic positive place

My experience with furless has been good and their office is extremely clean and sanitised and this has been extremely important in light of covid regulations. Danielle has been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout and the overall experience has been good. My only feedback is that its a shame they dont offer numbing cream for the procedure and we have to bring that in ourselves.

Had a session with Furless Electrolyses last week and totally happy about the service I’ve got. The staff was friendly and provided full information about the process. I thought it would be painful and bought a numbing cream, which I applied before the session. There was barely any pain and I did feel it wasn’t bad al all! Also happy about the result as I see the hairs don’t grow again😇
