Today I had a Manicure with Betty. The attention to detail was unreal. Not only was the time taken to remove my old dip powder polish, but she meticulously made sure my nails were shaped to perfection and all the same length given my couple of broken nails.Such amazing service.I also had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows and top lip threaded. The lady from Nepal, again, the attention to detail.It makes complete sense because the salon was clean, well looked after, and very inviting.Gosh I wished I lived in Dubai so this place could be my regular spot for treatments head to toe. Excellent job ladies. Thank you all 💕

I had my nails done by Charl, BIAB refill and a fun colour. Charl was very friendly, meticulous, and careful with my cuticles. The nail shape is also beautiful. Thank you so much.

I recently visited Nbar shoreline for a gel nail application and was extremely disappointed with the service. The gel was of very poor quality, full of bubbles, and unevenly applied. The LED light was broken, and I could clearly see the poor workmanship from the sides. Additionally, I had a broken nail, and instead of repairing it, the manicurist just cut it too short and left it in a terrible shape. On top of that, no cream or cuticle oil was applied, the cuticles was hurting me and the staff seemed indifferent when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I wasted two and a half hours and was still charged full price despite the horrible experience. It’s truly disheartening to see a once-good salon decline so much.”

I always come to NBAR since 2013 and I find it the best service in Dubai. The ladies that look after me are very polite and professional. I personally use Charl and Aubrey who I highly recommend. Gaia Moncada

I am spending my yearly vacation in Dubai, so lucky I had the opportunity to visit Riva beach club. First, I came at the reception and the lady over there was friendly & respectful. She welcomed me and informed me that I can scan the code and I will get all the information I need and then she asked me what type of service I am looking for today, I was planning to do my nails done. The place & price was valuable and worth every penny. Later, I had to inform the receptionist that I have a bus waiting for me at 3 and hoping if there is a chance to start yearly, she promised to let me enter early and she did, but first she invited me to set inside and drink a tea as a pre preparation and it was the best think I liked about customer service. Fierry was the one served me for my gel nail, she has done an amazing work in a short period of time. She had to finish and provide great nail work at the same time which I know is not easy, She suggested doing a partial extension for my nails which was a great choice for me. I have my nails and i like the color, i love how your place is clean and organized. I love everything, will visit you and recommend you to People I know in my country (Saudi), thanks

I know how hard it is to find someone who can apply the builder gel properly in a way that looks as natural as possible, that’s why I made sure to leave here my review on Fierre as she has done a great job on my nails today, I’ll be coming back to get it done with her again for sure. Altynay was absolutely amazing! I got French Biab overlay with Russian manicure and I didn’t even have to comment on fixing anything! Her attention to detail is incredible, worth coming to even if you’re far away. Aubrey for gel pedicure was lovely as well!!

Top notch and professional services. Very lovely and calm ambient, nice beauticians. Loved it here that I visited twice in one day. Had my pedicure and manicure done by MJ and Aubrey. Tricia was welcoming and nice at the front desk. I also enjoyed my facials and threading. I hope to visit again.

My mother was in town and I wanted to take her for her first ever mani-pedi. We checked out a couple of places and secretly judged the reception we got - and the one we received at NBar was outstanding. Right from the moment we walked in, each team member we spoke to was caring, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable - as well as just being really nice. We had a bunch of questions and were never made to feel rushed or an annoyance. And the treatments themselves were done beautifully. But more than that, we were made to feel pampered and taken care of, which is just what I wanted for my mother. It was a whole experience, and I highly recommend this place. We now have awesome nails, hands, and feet, and we had an absolutely lovely time. Special thanks to Betty and Cess for their incredible skills and ready laughs!

My friend recommended this place to me and we had a pleasant appointment together. I was greeted and hosted very well by the very friendly staff who I coordinated my appointment with via call. The nail lab is very clean and was not crowded when I went during the weekday. My nail technician, Dian, was very meticulous with the work and she did a wonderful job with my french gel manicure. She was also very patient and helpful with understanding my design choices. Dian along with my friend’s nail technician, Aubrey, were super friendly and kind. I am definitely coming back!

I have just moved to Dubai from London and I was really stressed in finding a good nail salon. I have acrylic nails, and Im really sensitive and it’s such a stress doing the infills with someone new- my previous lady knew me inside out and was very patient and knowledgable but it’s really hard to find someone like that. My appointment was with Fierre who was wonderful- she was so patient with me , really friendly and lovely to talk to. My nails look great , and really natural. I have had actual pain and a lot of stress doing infills in another Dubai salon so I was really anxious but there was absolutely no need to be at this salon. I have already booked for another appointment in 2 weeks time for hands and feet.

I love the work of my technicians Betty&Shirley, I am a picky person and sensitive, especially when it comes to my feet, Betty did an amazing job I definitely would comeback to her.

Horrible. 1. They used this on my bare nails (they this used up dirty one that is usually used for acrilic nails NOT on a bare nail- not only it’s not hygienic it’s just so pointless and makes no sense and it was painful that’s how I noticed it. 2 they took forever and the result was below average. 3. I had to guide them so they don’t skip steps …I don’t like telling my nail technician what to do- people working there are super lazy and irresponsible if they can skip a step they would. 4. She saw how unsatisfied I was and didn’t even offer a discount (which is fine I didn’t need their discount but also I can’t believe they ruined my nails like that.) maybe this is normal for Dubai 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I can’t believe this place has 5 stars (I saw at least 3 unhappy customers when I was there)

It was my first time to visit Dubai, I was tired and thinking to pamper myself and look some Nail salon, I look in social media I read some feedback of them. And I booked with Nbar Shoreline I was amazed when I do my service to that branch. They met my expectations. Staff is approachable, nail staff is very attentive they assist you well. I considered to put this comment for all day,but my fingers pain told me I have to do . So …firstly,the people was nice there,but they let the customer waiting for so long,not only me. Secondly,my 2 fingers were hurt because the lady too hard for that,she said she will put medication on it until I leave she didn’t do anything seem like she already forgot about it.i went to there yesterday,but my fingers still feel pain today,I go home and put bepanthen myself,this is my first time to hurt that much my fingers in salon.lastly，before I go I make sure with them they accept American Express card for pay,when I use AM they said no.the price is 240 AED,the price is the same as I used to go that Russia salon(the lady was off that’s why I changed new salon), I just have a terrible experience here,the reality told me do not change your salon or beauty technician so easily,sometimes learn to how to wait is important,I got it . And I will never come here again.

Had a nail infill and pedicure,, seemed okay until I was charged over 750 dirhams! And that’s with 25% off as I live in the building, toe nail chipped on toes within a day and the constant up selling makes it difficult to relax and enjoy it! Must have been asked 5/6 times do I want to buy this product or that product, NO, just wanted to relax and enjoy my manicure pedicure which was make impossible with the constant up selling! Won’t use again because of this, poor girls doing my nails were fine just other lady coming over ever 10 mins trying to get me to buy product at inflated prices I didn’t want or need, certainly not the service I’m used to in Dubai

My favourite Nail Bar!Cess is honestly the best, shes gentle and very kind. She is a nail specialist, I highly recommend her.Sabina does my Threading and eyebrows, shes honestly amazing if youre looking for perfect brows!

I recently checked out N Bar Nail Studio in Dubai and it was fantastic. Their nail work is gorgeous and the service is excellent. The staff really listens and makes sure youre happy with the results. They cover everything from simple manicures to trendy nail art. Plus, the vibe is super welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a nail pamper session in Dubai!

The staff at Nbar Shoreline is very approachable and accommodating. They greet me with happy faces all the time. The service is superb, and Ive met my expectations. I love this place and its atmosphere.

Worst service of my life. I asked for gel nails and they did shellac and charged for the price of gel nails in the end. They charge for anything possible. It’s ridiculous. I am surprised they don’t charge for sitting on those old chairs as well. I asked about the price and they gave some poor excuse. Big scammers. Nails looked awful and started breaking a day after. Avoid it at all costs! There are better nail salons out there.

The staff are very professional and kind. They treat a customer like a princess. I have been going there for 8 years and they never fail. Rosie for massage and Laiza for hair are my favourite. I wish I could give zero stars… They don’t accept men, only women. Of course that’s not written anywhere in the description or on their website… Walked for 10 minutes to just hear that, is it a joke?! How my nails are different to female ones? Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time there

Did hard gel with gel polish with 1 extension on a broken nail. Extension broke 1 day after because they glued it too high. Asked for mountain peak nail shape and some were almond, some were mountain peak. Addressed this 3 times during the process and they couldnt file the shape to look the across all fingers. 2 other nails broken within 3 weeks (the point of getting hard gel is so they last. Ive had hard gel last for 6 weeks without breakage). It also took 2+ hours and it should only take 1.5. Will not come back again.On the positive, service was great and the entire staff is very nice. I also got a wonderful foot exfoliation.

I can highly recommend this beauty saloon! I have been going here for 2 years now and they always deliver the same high standard! It’s very clean, the ladies are super friendly and do an amazing job! For gel manicure I can highly recommend Cess who patiently created a customized nail shape with me and Anju or Rina for eye brow threading and Brazilian waxing.

I promised myself to never go back !Went there for builder gel manicure . The nails were very thin , it was my first time with this kind of material .. after 4 days a nail broke , I called them to resolve the issue the lady say it was 3 days replacement warranty .. but that she was willing to offer me the repair but charge me only the gel Color . I agreed to go , then when at the salon she changed her mind and without any shame told me to pay around 50 aed for nail reconstruction and gel Color . Couldn’t stay with my broken nail I went for repair but told her I would never go back , that really did not bother her at all !!So I hope the owner of Nbar will read and she how unprofessional behaviour can impact on business reputation, and for sure I might not be the only one …..

I was a loyal customer at the Shoreline branch for 1.5 years, until recently one of their staff was extremely rude to me and then laughed it off. I was shocked to be spoken to like this and for absolutely no reason! Another client who witnessed what happened said the therapist should apologise to me. A regional manager did call me a few days after, she was very understanding about the situation and informed me the staff member had been spoken to. But I won’t be going back to this branch, not after what happened.

Lovely nail bar with very capable and friendly ladies. Especially Anju is wonderful at gel application and nail art and has magic hands. And Laiza is great at coloring hair. The app could be better, but customer service is always helpful to solve any issues. In short, I highly recommend this nail studio.

I always visit the Shoreline branch close to Riva club often every 2 weeks and I have my favourite therapists, I love them, and they always surprise me with the fact that how caring they can be in general from the front desk to the lady who cleans the floor. My hair stylist Laica is the best you can ask for you hair enhancement. Her genuine opinion on treatments and styling is outstanding and very informative. Rina is another favourite nail Technician and a perfectionist. I love her persona. Then you also have these wonderful therapists such as Rosie and Cess cant forget. The spa is clean, hygienic, professional and worthwhile for money. Roan is the best Coordinator between clients and therapists and she knows how to accommodate with right therapists based on your requirement.

Professional, courteous, clean and well operated salon! I am very picky when it comes to salons as my nails never seem to last. NBar did my nails over 10 days ago and they are still going strong! The medical pedicure has your feet as soft as a baby’s behind and the neck and shoulder massage is guaranteed to lull you into a calm sleep.

Ladies are all brilliant, i love the way they approached their clients their smile so perfect and the lady in the front desk Roanne she is very sweet and one of a kind,.as regular costumer im also very disappointed last time it was a holiday the management not allowed us to use our membership discount i mean no make sense at all and hoping it will never happened again i mean hope we can use it anytime we visit in the salon..but the rest im very happy for the service.Cheers!

Lyneth your massage therapist is one of the finest ladies I have met and have experienced her massage many a times.
