Tried FMDC 2 years ago for hydra facial and I’ve been coming back since. Satisfied with the procedure. If you’re looking for a quick, affordable facial suitable for monthly treatments, this place is worth considering.

The hydra facial with first Medical Center is quite surprising compared to other clinic. Ive tried hydra previously but the session with first Medical is amazing. I highly recommend Lisa as she explained it very well and pricking was not that painful with her. She is gentle and handles my skin well. Thanks Lisa.

We got laser treatment done here, and first of all, the Indian lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She neither knows how to talk nor how to listen properly.We were trying to explain our genuine reason for not being able to come within 10 days, but she kept insisting on her own point without listening.Their machine or treatment is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend anyone to get treated here.The owner should first teach their staff basic manners before letting them work.Get your treatment done from a better place, but never from here.

Since I was satisfied with laser session with first medical I decided to try other treatment because they had interesting prices. I did under eye treatment (jalupro) which is normally so effective but my eye bags got worst and more dark I tried to reach them and their customer service but they never reply. So I don’t recommend doing any skin treatment or filler with them, now I understand why there is no real pictures of their work in instagram (don’t be fooled by prices and the fake reviews)Instead of saying there is no record of my visit you should yourself address the issue instead of lying when you called me last week after my review (I sent emails and messages about this issue and no answer) you just proved your non credibility unfortunately. Unless you want me to upload those calls and my emails and prove of my visit with payement then I don’t mind at all.

Booked a laser hair removal for men based on the positive reviews here. Travelled a long way to the center. After finishing the check in procedures, I was informed that they could not conduct the procedure as they had no male therapist present. I had booked a couple of days before and received a confirmation email the day before. As they could not do the procedure, I asked for a refund of what I had paid online, but the staff were unwilling to give me a refund until I eventually suggested to contact the manager. To be fair, he dealed with their mistake far more professionally, he apologised, provided a refund and even offered a complimentary service. I decided to use a more professional clinic as I had wanted my morning on this

I had been many times to this clinic and I have tried different treatments and procedures. I had different treatments with different doctors. I strongly discourage you from trying a treatment or procedure with Dr Poona. She presented herself as an expert in fillers and Botox and she convinced to proceed with fillers in order to remove my smile lines. I had 2ml of Juvederm fillers and after two weeks I realised that filler was injected wrongly. When I went to her she said very the result is good don’t expect improvements. The area above the smile lines was swollen and the smile line was even deeper. I had to go to another clinic and dissolve them. Literally I through to the rubbish bin 2000dhs.Other doctors in the clinic are good! I personally prefer Dr Nabila she is honest and excellent on what she is doing.

Am the customer in First Medical Center last 1 year I did carbon peel I hydra facial and am doing full body laser, the treatments are really good it’s give me a very good result and dr Poonam also very good Doctor Who suggest meto do Cosmo peeing and it’s really work for my Face but whenever I go, the outdoor staff was like not really good. They are kind of rude, not attend your proper like I personally i felt it but this time when I go, I go after two months gap but now the entire staff are like really good with people attending good and talking good with them and I felt really good the changes what they did it. Keep it like this thank u ☺️

I have going to this clinic for the past 3 yrs. But my first time to try their PRP microneedling and under eye meso at their Al Qiyadah branch. And I waited for 2 weeks before doing this review. Dr. Asma explained the procedure in detail including the after care, the do’s and don’ts. The results are amazing, I have seen a significant improvement on my face and i cant wait for my 2nd session.Waiting time - 1 hr (for prp procedure)Pain - 7/10

Did a hydrafacial on 13.10.2024 at 11:00 am. Not happy with the way the procedure was done. I started developing black patches on my nose 2 -3 days after the procedure. The person who did the procedure also did not explain the aftercare even though she was aware that I was doing the procedure for the first time. I felt that she was just not interested - there was zero lack of communication. I am worried about these black spots on my nose, will they fade, and what caused them?Disappointed.

FMC was recommended by a friend. My first session was excellent followed by good results which was done by Selvie.But my second session was done by Sarah which was a nightmare, she was very harsh and impatient with me. She just wanted to finish her appointment and leave. I would not recommend Sarah for your hair removal session, as my hair growth also increased after.

I have been doing my pico laser 3 sessions and carbon peel laser treatment 5 sessions here for my acne marks since last year but I don’t see any results. I really don’t know if they are using the proper laser machines or no or maybe their technique is wrong but the doctors there are ok I wouldn’t say they are great at all. Three weeks ago I did my carbon peel laser and the laser technician was a chubby looking Filipino, she was unapproachable and I still have another 2 more carbon peel laser sessions. I can’t wait for that to be done and I will never come back here again because I am not that satisfied

-They changed prices rapidly and they tell me treatment x can be for 900 or 500 AED but note that 500 AED treatments is not good.-Also to find a price for certain treatment, they had to make plenty of calls-No price list or offer list is available- last by not least 3,6 sessions is required for any possible treatment even the ones that don’t require.

Its my first time to do my laser hair removal on my underarm and Im satisfied with the result. I will definitely come back to do another session. I even got a gift from them. Thank you. Merry Christmas 🤍

Bad experience with this center..everyone tries to make you pay more than you should.I paid for 6 full laser hair package ,First session the DR didnt ask about all the information before laser hair removal and i had to leave after 15 mints and come back later after my skin is better, when i booked again for my laser they deducted 1 session and i didnt take it and when i asked for refund they refused and said speak to the manager and then we will see!!Dr Pinky the owner , refused to help with my vouchers although the staff checked and she wanted me to pay for the full session for hydrafacial!!Woresr clinic in dubai.. still refused to get my 1500 aed refund and i am stuck with them to finish my sessions unfortunatelyDo not recommend it to anyone

Going to this clinic for micro-needling for a long time; did many sessions and today,I wanted to book the same with dr Nabila and I was told that I cannot book single sessions and that id need to spend more then 500 aed. it’s disappointing treatment to a Very loyal customer who comes to the clinic so often; doing a lot of procedures,with the same doctor, recommending your services to others and bringing in new customers,To reject the normal booking manner as before in a heist to sell more to a loyal customer is very unprofessional, and on top of that the customer service in this whole ordeal today was even more disappointing ,definitely taking my business elsewhere ,
