Al Waleed Paradise JLT Cluster R

They have a security guard, I think its the Indian one, who is very rude and doesnt respect the tenants, just as the manager is not respectful. The manager takes more than 6 months to make an entry card and never responds, even when reporting it, they use the employees to chase the guests and repress them. I dont recommend it if you want to have a bad experience.

Great building. Near metro, at 8mn to walk. View on the Cheik Zaied Road. Swimming pool on the rooftop with is amazing view. A very best location at Dubai Marina.

This is complex of 3 towers of Al Waleed Paradise, MAG 214 and Al Sadran Tower (which is under construction still after many years). Farsi resturant is there with the best Persian cuisine!

Bad facilities.. it will take years to get things fixed. No maintenance

Overall the place is chill. Parking lot is just poorly constructed

The security and management here is terrible. I openly admitted I lost my key card and it’s been over 4 weeks and after trying to resolve it everyday, it still hasn’t been replaced yet….during this time they haven’t let me in the gym, swimming pool or even use the door from the car park, so I have to walk up the road to walk in the front entrance which is dangerous. They’d rather me live in their building I’ve paid a full year for and have a bad experience than to simply give me another key card. The security and management make this place horrible to live in….no responsibility, no empathy, no care in the world. Management actually hung up on me when I tried to ask what is going on with the key card.. avoid this place!

The management and security are very rude and bad people, They are racist and harass residents, the manager uses the staff to chase the residents, they never make copies of lost cards for more mails and requests for him.

I have been staying here for almost 10 years. Its ideal for family community living. Lot of restaurants. Close to Metro. Lake and garden areas , great place to walk , jog. Very good for kids. 24x7 super markets. No road congestions nor traffic. Great Marina views from top floors on Sh Zayed Road side. The right kind of sounds and ambience.

I added a review here in 2019 but it was removed. Stayed on the 1st floor in a studio and my experience was terrible. Only stayed for 8 months. AC in the apartments are terrible. Placed in the ceiling of the balconies and are very very loud machines even when the windows are closed. They dont work/cool well at all and are not efficient so they add alot to your DEWA bill for a small studio.Weird sewage smell came from the AC and they could not fix it. Found some cockroaches in the apartment, hallways and trash room.Maintenance can be responsive but they are not trained so problems do not get fixed.Only good thing about the apartment is, its close to the metro for those that take public transportation and restaurants around.

Have been living here since 10 years. Good location suitable for families. They have a pool with great view and proper gym . Near the metro

You get what you pay for in this building. Rents are cheap and thus maintenance is terrible. Constantly faced issues in the apartment. At least the building staff were nice and the neighbors friendly. Sadly the finishing cheap and the amenities really poor.

Not very happy with this place I found the management very rude and condescending. Seem to be all out for money and back handers. Greed and corruption is the norm. Be careful don’t go there.

The worse building , the worse management. I have applied for a new access card 2 months back, till now I havent received .bad AC that makes noise. I would not recommend renting in this apartment at all.

I live next door and the noise of the generators and most probably AC engines located between The building floors most probably floor 11 is unbelievably noisy day and night, it’s killing the quietness of the neighborhood, many complaints from neighboring buildings but there is no real action taken from al waleed paradise management, engines running can still be heard even with windows closed specially at night and people who live near by are avoiding letting their balconies and windows open for that reason!! Fix that engine noise now!! The whole cluster R including cluster Q and even cluster S is so noisy day and night because of this building!

JLT Cluster R was indeed an excellent cluster, it had everything one would look for in a cluster. It had buildings (three of them), shops, parkings and people!I am so glad happy I decided to visit JLT Cluster R today. I will for sure visit it again with friends and hopefully one day my future wife and family :)Highly recommended for those seeking nice, satisfying and uplifting clusters!!

The AC is very loud.Impossible to sleep with AC onThe building Maintanace is saying it’s normal noise, but it’s not.That’s why rent is cheapA lot of tenants are complaining about the noise, but they don’t do anything

Well its best Cluster of lake view with garden... There are many buildings over here.. Many restaurants and African+Eastern is also here.

Nice place, my fav Dubai location, tho got expensive lately for studio, u can have big apartament nearby for same price

Very poor maintenance, this building has its own AC generators and the maintenance is very poor they are insanely loud in the cluster and can be heard even when windows are shut!, funny how all the new reviews which criticizing the poor maintenance and lack of cooperation from the management in the building have disappeared suddenly and all the remaining reviews are the good ones from years ago!

I kind find everything that i nedd here when it comes to being healthy and fit. Fitnesszoen gym next door is a healthy restaurant

Two towers constructed, one 24x7 supermarket and a number of dining options right between a JLT lake and park makes Cluster R the ideal one to stay in JLT

Solid apartment complex, terrible old and slow elevators.

Cant park my bike in my own parking space. strict rules.

Al-Waleed Contracting Companys maintenance is very bad

I came Waleed but no Waleed no paradise!!! AC too much brrrrrr. Lyft no fast upper. Life here???

Great apartments and a great supermarket to get everything you need from a midnight snack to a quick bite in the morning

Location is good with park, sky train, and restaurants nearby

My car was tampered with in the parking. Please do not leave anything in the car.
