Beware of the rude barber with extreme attitude called Faisal and all the fake reviews requested to customers that have been written using his name! - Im writing this review after being refused many haircuts over a span of time by Faisal. This barber just seems to be whiling away his time and constantly stares into his phone and ignores you even if youre standing there - as a paying customer. If by chance you happen to step into his completely empty shop he first ignores you and then proceeds to say that he is expecting some kids in the next five minutes and asks you to return later. I request the store owner to hire loyal employees who actually care for your store rather then such slackers as Faisal! On the other hand the Filipinos who work there are very nice and I feel bad writing this negative review keeping them in mind!

Mr Faisal has been an extremely professional and helpful barber.I am a repeat customer here due to this individual’s ability to go above and beyond for his customers.Definitely recommend Mr Faisal.

Good in beard trim, poor in light hair cut

Ive been to this salon countless times, I trust this salon with my hair because theyre quality is perfect and they are very professional, Ive dyed my hair there before and it was exactly like how I described it, Ive had them trim my hair and it was perfect as well, the barbers really know how to transform you to the best version of yourself, I become more and more confident, I really can rely on them with my hair, when one of the barbers are cutting it. I advise you guys to book an appointment before you go as it is always busy.

The salon itself is not very tempting, but the fantastic job Oussama did (I hope the soelling is correct) compensated for the relatively worn out interior.Its hard to find a hairdresser who really takes the time to do a good job, and I am so happy with Oussamas professional approach and attention to details.Update from 2023: the salon is renovated however the quality of the service has dropped. Just got a haircut for 75 AED, the whole process was not longer than 10 minutes, very quick job, no attention to details, not even a hair was included. Id rather drive a bit more for a better service somewhere else.

I come here often to have a haircut. I call in advance to book an appointment, to ensure I dont have to wait long.The prices were 65 AED for a simple haircut. Now its 75 AED.They had to increase prices because they need to make up the recent renovation cost.

Asked if they provided a particular service online before visiting. They clearly stated “yes”. I arrived and they said they didn’t do it and tried to make a bad excuse of “usually we do but right now we don’t” but couldn’t state why. I was told to specifically book with someone and that they provided the service. Complete waste of time. Do not visit.

This is a great barbershop. Ask for faisal. He is the best there. I live 35 mins away from this place but haven’t got a haircut anywhere else in the past 2 years.

Faisal is an artistic barber and he is listening to your comments and using his skills to ensure giving you the most amazing haircut and beard style.

Over priced and basic at best. They had to have a second go on my son because the first barber appeared to give up half way through. We wont be going back!

I was disappointed there were only two staffs and the one who trimmed my hair perhaps was for kids he screwed up cut it very short I would say he is way below average I would never visit again .....except the price was reasonable
