I came from America on holiday and went in to get my haircut with a clean shave and also got a pedicure and manicure.I started with my haircut and the service and attention to detail was immaculate, the staff were polite and very caring offering refreshments.The cut was exactly what I wanted and I even received a complimentary 5minute head and neck massage.When it was time for my manicure and pedicure I was pleasantly surprised to find that the chair was a massage chair so as they were cleaning and cutting my nails the chair was massaging my back for me.I will definitely come back here again in the future and would recommend this salon to all my friends and family who visit.

I came to Dubai with my fiancé on holiday and while here I had to visit my favourite gents salon,As always the service was immaculate and the staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I went to get a haircut, beard trim/style, manicure and pedicure and my experience was 5 stars.Not only was the haircut and beard trim exactly what I wanted I also received a complimentary 5 minute head, neck and shoulder massage which was incredibly relaxing after having serums and a hot towel used to clean and massage my face.After my haircut I went to have my manicure and pedicure done and found that the chair was a massage chair which I was not expecting but came as a pleasant surprise and was very relaxing to have my nails trimmed while also receiving a back massage for the full duration of the nail trimming.I would recommend this location to all and will be recommending this salon to anyone visiting Dubai.

I got a haircut today for my son and for myself. We did not have an appointment but we served immediately. The staff were very friendly and the haircut was done very professionally. We are happy and thankful for this experience.

It was the worst haircut Ive ever had. I am a delegate going to an international conference and wanted to get a haircut. I arrived at 2pm as I had an important call at 3pm I asked that it not be longer then 2.45pm. He told me not to worry. Then after he had done the haircut. I told him it was too late and I wouldnt do the beard trim. He told it would take five minutes. I asked him as it was already half past and he told me I had to the other personal and that it would take five minutes. It took the other personally 40 minutes, I missed my important business call. The other personal did not just trim my beard he also randomly chopped the hair on the right side of my face. Making the hair uneven and making it ridiculous that I paid 140 AED for it. When I told it to the personal, what I said was dismissed and told to quickly pay up. I highly recommend to never go to this establishment.

Since several years I am regular customer and enjoy the new Safa Branch. I enjoy specifically that the team does not change so customers like me can just request for their usual barber without explaining the cut all the time. For me this is Larry. He has been cutting my hair for many many years and never disappointed me. Gives extra suggestions and always that lovely head massage. I will always continue to come to him to have my usual pinoy - German chat.

I have been visiting M & Sam’s Gents salon for more than 4 years now and couldnt be more satisfied. Ask for Dan is really professional and loves his job. He takes his time and put effort in understanding how you really want to look. In addition, when it comes to straightening your hair using hair treatments such as keratin, he is definitely the best. He applies the treatment with a lot of patience and care to not touch your scalp. I have never felt burn in my scalp unlike other barbershops where they just want to finish the job and you end up either with pain from burning or not doing the treatment correctly where you have to redo after just two weeks.

The staff are always friendly and are professional within their lines of expertise. Robert S. Ducay who is one out of their amazing team had always managed to execute the styles that I had wanted and the same goes for the fellow members. Everyone who walks in through the door can be seen satisfied with their fresh looks when leaving the salon. The interior and design of the area is also modern and comfortable for customers and I would also like to mention how well they have been following through with the precautions needed during the pandemic. Sanitizers are allotted in each seating desk, their equipment are always sanitized and they also do allow their customers to wear their mask when getting haircuts. If you are looking at M and Sam’s as an option to go for I definitely encourage you to do so. :)

Basically made the reservation at 2:30 PM with an employee who had the origins from Philippines. Came to the store and the same person tells me Ive not made the reservation. Also points out I got the wrong number from Google. 043884421 was clearly the phone number but I guess he got that wrong. I give it a 1 star because I basically got no service.
