It was very nice, but boy they know how to hard sell. I ended up having a quite extensive package, which was nice but not spectacular - and for almost $750 USD it should be right? Would not return

Another disappointment:/. I bought 1.5 hours massage service therapist finished 20min earlier with low quality superficial massage. When I asked my remaining time I can do sir but my time is finished she said! I said I don’t want you to overtime. I raised to the situation manager he said sorry will warn her next time he will gift 20min :) which I already paid but didn’t get this place is funny. Just be careful if you have therapist you know you go if not don’t try instead relaxation you will get frustration!

Just careful from them. They do add for you services while you are under massage and then charge you after without giving even the invoice.Dubai is famous for its services of how to steal your money in any way.Last time there!

One of my favorite salons in Dubai since 2012. Ahmad Nasser at Nakheel mall branch has been my hairstylist since 4 years and he is one of the best in Dubai. Other services are top class too.

Very good team of barbers , I been regular guest for more then a year and they really treat me very well in a very professional way , also the massages therapist are very profesional and helpful every time I had any pain they treat me and pain was gone, I highly recommend this barber to every one. Big thanks to Islam he’s been my barber during this period

They ruined my day. On Mar 18, I came in to have a haircut. The master intruded face cleaning. I had a meeting several hours after the visit, so I asked the master in advance if my face would be red after the cleaning sission. And the answer was no, no worry. I ended up with a super red face, huge check and emotional shock.
