Really enjoyed my moroccan bath there, you also get a little massage and a body mask. I would recommend buying your own loofah as you would have to pay an extra 70 AED for it at the salon.

Super unprofessional and unwelcoming staff. I had an appointment for 4 people at 10am and they told me to be on time as they have another booking at 11am. I was there before time and I had to wait until 10:35 for the cashier to come as they were unable to start any treatment without payment first. Even after the cashier arrived later she she was wandering around without any care. We left without getting the treatments we had booked for from their appalling customer service. They ruined our morning without caring.

The service is not what it used to be like. BAD! I used to pay and leave the place with a big smile, but now I feel like it is overpriced and overrated.6 months ago, I spoke to the supervisor to change the rusty sink in the toilet and I visited them 2 weeks ago and nothing was changed and in fact became worse (put in mind its the only main toilet for ladies there - moreoccan bath)In my last visit, my appointment was at 8:30pm and I ended up starting my morrocan bath session at 10pm with attitude as if it was my mistake!!! AND after waiting that long to start, when we finished they kept switching off the lights while I was changing saying their time is up. Disrespect at its finest.ALSO, they keep taking the phones in a safe place, putting them in a cabinet next to the reception with no locks and anyone can access it. What bothered me is that while I was changing I saw them take my phones to another customer by mistake infront of my eyes before starting my session. How is this professional in any way?!! They dont track names or numbers or anything! What if someone took my phone claiming its theirs?!! The staff themselves arent keeping track and dont know whos phone is which.And the complaints keep on going.....Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this place, sadly I used to come all the way from Abu Dhabi because the ladies are really talented.

The hammam experience is fine, if expensive compared to similar facilities. My review is 2 stars because of a absolutely terrible job they did threading my eyebrows. Management is sorry and I am VERY sorry, considering that I have to see this butchery every day in the mirror.

First when it just opened this place was great ! But then the price of services kept increasing for no change in the actual offered service !!!For couple of times Receptionist on phone always confirm available slots but when arrived I had to wait for 40 min to do my service !Unreliable product quality specially for facial and hair treatments! Embarrassing customers by insisting on buying packages! Not the best experience!

The staff are friendly but not professional. they all complain about the management in secrecy and it is every time the same story of employees leaving for better atmospher. not a good salon for your special occasion to avoid totaly.

Lately this salon is more expensive, it is a shame they don t offer anymore hammam plus massage for 250 aed, however I still enjoy the hammam, the place is beautiful and I love the girls working there, they really take care of me. Thank you Nusha and Fatima.

If there was something lower than 1 I would give it. It’s sad that people have to have such a ‘thug’ like mentality. The most unprofessional and inconsiderate management. Selling packages but not mentioning the fine print. Thinking I didn’t know what hammams were- they used the worst smelling oil posed as argan oil. When I said something- they then brought out a b grade argan oil. Gross. The whole place smells like mold and they don’t care about anything except taking your money. Save yourself the headache and go to the One and Only Royal Mirage

I had the worst experience ever while i went to put hair extensions, so before I go for that the manager who is called Kawtar was super interested to give all the details and committed, she gave me enough time to ask and go through details but the worst part was to give me a wrong price, we agreed on a price and I even confirmed this with her on the phone before I come to the center, but when I came I only found that she brought 2 sets of hair extensions instead of 4 which was obviously not enough for my hair although we agreed on 4 sets, then when the lady called heba finished the 2 sets we realized that I need more so the only possibility I had is to come back the following day because she had to bring the sets from the other branch, and go back home with my incomplete hair extensions, I even tried to talk to kawtar but she was busy with an other customer and she really ignored me and was so rude, then I paid and came back the other day and paid the transportation and waisted my time again and when we finished I was surprised by finding myself paying more than the double of what we agreed in the beginning, claiming that the price agreed was only for 2 sets but who believes that 2 sets will be enough for a short hair, she didn’t even try to call me back or explain & apologize for wasting my time, giving me a wrong price...and was totally rude and ignorante, I was really disappointed by finding myself obliged to pay more than the double price and after one week one of the extensions fell off, really disappointed.

Good service but less staff and they take too much time to complete the service.

The staffs should wear masks even in hamam !

The best Morrocan Bath lady in Dubai, Hind. The place isnt that great but she is worth it. The only Morrocan scrub bath and lady that knows what she is doing in Dubai.The best one in the place is called Hind. No one gives a Moroccan bath like her or with her experience. The place is not great, but it is the best one in the Emirates

The finest Moroccan bath in Dubai without a competitor. The reception and services are very sophisticated and professional. The decor and the atmosphere are truly One Thousand and One Nights. Five stars are not enough for them, God willing, and one of the best things is their hospitality with Moroccan tea with flowers. Frankly, the most wonderful experience. I advise every woman to give herself a day. From pampering and psychological comfort in a thousand and one nights 👍
