My first time here and I had a good experience with this Salon in Al Qouz , if you’re looking for a place to feel relaxed and be away from the crowd then this is the right place for you , I really enjoyed the Aloe Vera hair treatment they gave me free massage and bkhoor for my hair 💆🏻‍♀️, the nail technician was little rude but other than that the manicure was clean and neat I really loved my nailsThank you

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your salon on today. Based on positive feedback from friends, I decided to try a manicure and pedicure with color. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations.The nail technician who worked on my manicure cut me multiple times during the service, to the extent that I had to apply bandages afterward. This not only negated the purpose of getting my nails colored but also turned what should have been a relaxing visit into a painful and stressful experience. To make matters worse, my friend, who was receiving services at the same time, also suffered cuts from the same technician. I believe this kind of carelessness poses a serious safety concern and does not reflect the high standards that your salon is known for. I would appreciate your response and any steps you will take to prevent such incidents in the future.

This is my second time here. I came back because the service is more than amazing ! Place is so neat and clean. My nails are more than perfect !! This will be my salon from now on

The salon is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is good at nails and hair. The place is quiet and the service is nice. I strongly recommend it, and God willing, I will have another visit.I loved the services i did they were professional with the nails and hair as well.The salon is very cozy.

I mean, Im never careful about time. I never get out of work when I leave for them. The last thing I swear to God is that its my last hour. Whats my fault? The day I call and make an honest appointment for the last time, that is, they have 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 and they say support the citizens.

Everything is just perfect.. staff .. environment.. prices .. you get spoiled with the coffee juice .. I gave the Sidr treatment to my hair .. and then they smoked the hair, oh sweet scent and treatment
