This was my first visit to this salon, and I was completely satisfied. The manicure and pedicure ladies were professional.(Farah) did my eyebrows, and she is exceptional.she knows what is the best shape suit your face,I could feel the difference in my eyebrows.

I absolutely LOVE Jessica! No one does my nails better. She has an amazing personality, and we always have great conversations. I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails and switching salons, and I’m a total perfectionist. If I don’t like something, I just don’t like it. Ever since I started doing my nails with Jessica, she’s never disappointed me. Her work is flawless every time—100% perfection!

Marivic did my mani and Jessica did my pedi. They were both amazing!! Got exactly what I asked for. Happy with the results, thank you 1989💕

This was a very poor experience and customer service. I booked a hair trim and the stylist confirmed this when she started and finished in less than 15mins, and at the reception they charged me for a hair cut, totally unprofessional! I also did a manicure through which I was cut twice in different fingers and bled. First and last visit, truly disappointing.

The eyebrows is soo good Farrah she’s talented .. but for hair they need improvement only for blow dry one hour if not more .. she hurt me and I needed to pay for wash extra amount 42 !! Since when is the wash has extra charge ?? Disappointed

I like this salon mainly for their friendly helpful staff.All nail technicians are excellent,Girls if you got a straight hair like mine and would like to opt out for beach waves curls id highly recommend Sabrina.

I had an appointment with afra, she was previously recommended to me by some mutuals and honestly i m so glad i tried her! her hairstyle is gorgeous and she knew exactly what i wanted from looking at the inspo picture and even advised me on what to do, never had such an easy process with doing a hairstyle! afra is a gem

Moroccan bath was great but my main issue was they did not use sterile nail clippers our tool while doing mani pedi 🥲 it was opened already before i sat and she only sprayed the nail clippers with alcohol afterwards !! No uv sterilization or anything , shape and cut were very nice but zero for sterilization —-UPDATE :They called me almost immediately and i explaind my hygiene point .. they said its part of their sterilization that they spray the nail clips , put them in the bags and later put them in the machine .. they said they will try their best to fold them with the towel.. not to confuse the customer and do this process in the sterilization room .. they were nice about it and offered me a complimentary massage to makeup for it .. i really like how they handled it.

I booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure , reached 10 minutes before my appointment. I was told to sit and wait and i did. 15 minutes later a lady walks in they take her in while im waiting and when i went to speak to the receptionist, i was told shes a “special request”. They book appointments but put “people” they know first. Very disappointed since im a regular here but looks like its my last time.

I come here once every month for a manicure pedicure service. This time i did a Full Body Massage.They have the best Massage therapist ever.I would Highly recommend it!Moreover, the staffs behavior is excellent, and all the drinks are very good.

I like the atmosphere of this salon, but I didn’t like their work on the nails a lot even the technician had an attitude she embarrassed me in front of my friend next to me saying what do you eat that makes you nails that yellow, I mean hello??your job is to get them cleaned and that’s it no need for all of this :(even it was pricy and the nail polish started peeling off the next day

I booked my appointment at 1:00pm I confirmed to the receptionist I will be late still she gave my appointment to someone else I came all way from Sharjah and was stuck in traffic still she didn’t understand and cancelled my appointment while I was near bad bad bad experience I hope they get much better with the appointments

We had a tremendously bad experience with the service at the salon. The lady who did my sister’s hair was very rough and ungentle. She asked for a scalp treatment and a blow out. But the service she got was simply a hair wash and a hair mask. No scalp massage no scrub nothing else. Shampoo got in her eyes and ears. Hot chocolate was spilled on her clothes. Not to mention how irritated her scalp got after the treatment. We complained to the ladies at the front desk about it and, THEY WERE OK ABOUT IT?!??

Receptionists never replies on time to calls and WhatsApp reservation and when i asked why they say we make coffee and do many things at the same time!!!!!. I send a msg and they always reply after 15 and 30 mins after many rings to remind them. I asked for the boss contact and they said she does not take calls!! Strange. Will never go to them again dues to such way of handling clients.

I did my lashes there, horrible!!!! i asked for lashes refill, but the lady insisted that I needed a full new set but i insisted on refills because my last appointment was 2 weeks ago …. i showed her a picture and she told me that i can’t do the style because my lashes aren’t the same as the picture ( fyi, i did the same design with the same technician 2 weeks ago ) she ripped my lashes one by one without a lash extension removal gel or oil and did a FULL SET even though i asked multiple times for a refill and ended up charging me for a new set when i didn’t even need a full set and the end results weren’t as the picture ( unprofessional technician ) . it’s been approximately a week and half my lashes have fallen off . never again!!i really don’t want to harm anyone but this is unacceptable, i’m paying 250-300dhs for every appointment and being disappointed every time👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I had a great experience. My Fav service is eyebrows with Farah she is a true eyebrow artist. I like the meni pedi and my fresh haircut too. The haircut with Huda was great she cut exactly like the photo I showed her. Their coffee is a plus too 😍

I have visited saloon today for body message and hair wash with blow dry, the message was 2 out of 10 i asked for stretching message the therapist who done the message for me was not really competent it was very painful i was telling her all the time during my massage it was horrible, i have done several time of massage at different spa’s. Im not sure what she was doing to be honest. However, after i got done from message i have given the kenyn lady to wash my hair extensions once gave it back ti mee all the 3 clips were damaged! And i wold her it wasnt on this condition before i gove it to you she said this is how it is now? My experience was too bad

Ladies working in the salon for nails and eyebrows are good. But the staff on the front desk are very rude, unhelpful and just want to prove the customer wrong. This is a salon and should be based on customer happiness not a competition with them. They mistake the bookings and book wrong things without calling to check. Very bad experience because of the front desk.

Worst experience ever , I called for eyebrows appointment to be at 5 pm , I waited 1 hour ! I would never come back extremely unprofessional , not coming again for sureUpdate : I reached the salon before 5 PM , and still they wrote in the reply that I reached 5:15 PM , if they are brave enough they can open the front camera of that exact day and prove that I reached on time and waited for more than 1 hour to do my eyebrows.. Your salon is lacking professionalism and honesty. I wish there was a zero stars option, this salon is very unprofessional!!!!!!!! i booked a massage appointment at 7pm and they suddenly called 20 minutes prior saying that there is a problem with the room?? that doesn’t even make sense, and it’s extremely inconvenient for the client considering that i live 40 minutes away and i was going there when she called? it clearly shows that they let someone in for a massage during that time and decided to postpone my appointment to 8:15?. based off others reviews as well its clear that this is not something unusual and not a mistake.

The place was nice and clean, i partially enjoyed the services. I did moroccan bath, massage and mani pedi. However, they were really slow, mani pedi took over 1hr and 15 mins even though it was just a normal mani pedi without nailart or whatever.And in addition to that i found the staff and manager or owner (not sure) so unfriendly.. which was unpleasant to me personally. I think to keep customers and turn them into usual ones, a smile is necessary haha!Dont think i will go again!

Today it is 29th Apr and after the service is finished they have told me that the offer is over !I wouldn’t recommend nor revisit this salon again !

I had hair trimming with lames, I was very clear from the beginning that I came for hair trimming only , she didn’t listen to me and did what she want .. when I went to pay they said I have to pay AED 270 for hair styling which I didn’t ask for !!!!! Then she said ok only pay 150 !!!! It’s totally unprofessional I WONT COME AGAIN 😡I tried to reach to the owner of the salon but they didn’t answer my calls .

The worst experiences and it is impossible to go back to it... The last two times I went to straighten my hair, the first was based on straightening it with ceramic, and after two hours the hair was frizzy and I did not do anything.. Unfortunately, I replied to him after one time, and the one who straightened the hair freed me from it. Literally, the text below was transformed into a permanent street. I started making an avocado mask. And my sister, Odette, is an artist and she is good at washing and masking. To be honest, she is the best among Arab women. Their style is not nice at all, but Odette was nice to me and took care of me, and I came out happy with her honey style. I will visit again because of this employee. 👍👍
