This building have many issues. This is very old building even celling is always dripping water thats i leave this building even I get problem with my car paint because that dripping water no security no maintenance management take care maybe u can get some penalty from municipality thanks

Hi this bulding is very dirty all time no cleaning even in Stairs also very bed smill and big issues when have problems in flat AC no one coming to pix right now we have issues in AC from last 5 days still not solved kindly higher management follow up about itRegarding Residence

Hoo my god this building have many issue worst mangment . I swear ac was not working for last one year . U complaint to them they dont care . I recomend u to everyone dont come here .

So bad management, 😫 worse building, and even no security always unknown and strangers are walking and no one is there to ask them even that people are smoking everywhere also in elevater but no one is there to ask stop smoking even many of then knocking the door middle of night , or if you have any complaint for mantinance so forget about that no one is there is no any response and when u call to office they will say maintenance team on they but still need one week so kindly @ management of the building kindly send someone for survey and check ur property maybe tomorrow u can get some big fine from dubai munsipality thanks

Bur Dubai is an historical area on the west bank of the Creek

Bad building even it’s not belong to Dubai this is other world last time elevators was not working so I used stairs when I enter so many urinating smell and so many cigarettes kindly someone is there to ask about these problem thanks
