Shoot a tekst message at 10pm they send directly 2 professional hairdressers my way (home) imagine I couldn’t believe thats what we call excellence last minute possibilities. After that my result was even more shocking it was to good to be true. & for a really affordable price. I wouldn’t want it different anymore after this comfort. Be careful they are not trustworthy.I messaged them to have a blowdry and manicure today at home and they said they are sending their team within an hour. After 1 hour, I texted to check where they are, they replied that they need 19 minutes to reach, again 20 minutes later they said they have 450 bookings today in Abu Dhabi and that the salon is full. They can send me someone in 5 hours. So unprofessionalAnd to reply to my review, instead of apologizing they made a comment saying that I canceled 3 times over the past 8 months which never happened because it’s the first time I find their page. And to sum all this up they posted my phone number on google (I took a screenshot and reported it to the police because it’s illegal)Bare the consequences of all your actions

This is one of the best home service I’ve seen there so professional they came on time my makeup and hair was on point loved it so much there really kind and care for the small details I honestly will put this salon at my first it’s so so so professional 🩷

I came here to make hair and nails but they didn’t make it , in fact the name of the salon was not the one here written In google maps , nobody was in the salon as customer . It’s kind of a scam here . They say I need to come quickly but after they are not able to do what I request and it’s not the same beauty salon name and people. I literally lost 1 hour of talking through WhatsApp with one of the assistant for at the end losing time and energy for nothing . I had to go to another hair salon for that . Don’t go there , make sure you go to a real salon that exist this one doesn’t . Be careful . This was the salon that exist in the pic enclosed but it doesn’t look the same as the one in the picture of google maps here so be careful . And nobody was inside except the hairdresser.

Luckily I took both my daughters there. The one, 5 stars. The other, 1 star only.After explicit instructions not to cut too much, since it’s busy growing out, she lost about 10cm of hair.The most shocking discovery came after the curls washed out. They’ve enlarged the fringe, and IT IS NOT EVEN!!! Also, the style delivered was not the style requested.
