Ive been going to this salon for more than a year. I was going thee because the prices are lower compared to other places in Dubai Marina, but most of the time I was not happy about the services received. Hair cut was a disaster (never done again), root colour even worst (even the hair dresser said that products are not of a good quality), gel mani and pedi was barely good, but I kept going just because of the prices. Last time they caused me a huge infection. They ignored my message, they did not even bother to give me an official reply. Only one week later the owner called and promise a reimbursement, which I never got.If you want an advice, pay something more and go to a cleaner and more professional place.

Its the best professional service provider and at Reasonable rate as well.Impressed alot with new style total transformation of my look.

I went salon 26.05.2023 for bikini waxing..She didn’t change the bed cover I sit in wax, it was not clean they not do cleaning after client.She said she is the manager in the salon she have LONG NAILS and her hair was very long and open she even didn’t tide her hair .it was touching my legs when she start do wax,I think it is ok she start wax but she try deep vax in my bikini 6-7 time it was too much pain then she start take with tweezer half I do it my self my hair not that much strong for the down soft area should be removed easily and after long wax she said finish when I was cleaning I found pimple which came so big and I found hair…..::::: it was totally not clean , so bad service , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL I DONT WANT ANYONE WILL GET THIS BAD EXPERIENCE

Worst Saloon in whole dubai. Dont ever go to this saloon as a customer or as a staff. As a customer you will lose your money and you will never get what you want. As a staff they will never pay salary. Owners shumaila and ali are frauds. They will take you as staff and let you work for some weeks then start complaining about everything. You can find this by going this saloon for two weeks. Staff will be different always. They will make issues everyday to force you to leave the job. Then they will not pay you also. Utter fake saloon and management.

The hairdresser Wadi is very rude and arrogant. Firstly he didnt let me decide what haircut I should go for as he said he doesnt have time, even though there was no customer except me in the parlour, he asked me to decide quick and later he started speaking on the phone while doing the haircut and wasted so much time doing his personal stuff... Later he didnt even ask if I am ok with the cut and continued to do his personal work. 1 out of the 5 Sisters should check what their staff is doing. The place is over pricey with careless people. Think before you visit or take any service.

It’s always a great experience at this salon especially with manicure, pedicures,waxing, eyelash/eyebrow threading and blow dry. The girls are so skillful and professional, I left feeling fresh, satisfied and happy 😊 I recommend you all to visit 5 sisters salon Dubai marina for your best nail, hair, massage and makeup services.

Most horrible place to do a menicure.Evrytime I did gelish menicure here it comes off in 2 days..its a total waste of money and time.Guys Never do it here..waiting for the owner to contact me. The quality of polish is very poor.

2 years I’m coming here but now I’m very angry! Yesterday I took a appointment at 11.30But now I’m in the saloon and waiting to manicurist to come 40 minutes! I said yesterday 2 hours enought for this I do not know who took the appointment but She said of course it’s enough! Now she is not here I’m waiting to her come and I need to go work! This is REALLY NOT GOOD. I WİLL NEVER COME BACK AGAİN. THE CUSTOMER WAİTİNG TO MANİCURİST 40 MİNUTES.

Would have given a negative rating had there been an option!The lady at the reception is one of the worst persons you could ever come across. I went for eyebrows and Upperlips after taking prior appointment. I reached 5 minutes after the appointment time and there was nobody to be found. Then this lady comes out and says you wait, people are busy. All I said was, I live just next door, if you could have told me itll take some time I would have come accordingly and finally asked how much do I need to wait, to which she said I cant tell you that, you just need to wait. She is extremely rude and there is no decency in the way she deals with customers. She also told me there are other customers inside, keep quite. I waited and finally the girl was available to do the job I only asked her you are free right, I dont want you to do anything in a hurry coz eyebrows are important. And this receptionist lady from behind started saying sit fast, there are the customers she has to attend to. And I was like Im not talking to you, so please. It was such a ridiculous behaviour that I just decided to leave without getting any service. The girl who was to do the job even tried doing some damage control by saying no maam, Ill do for you but that lady started telling her youve other customers, let her go. I am really in awe of such people and this ladys behaviour. The attitude she has is horrible, she is absolutely unprofessional and doesnt have the basic decency to talk to people. I also went to this salon earlier for another service and even then saw this lady scolding one of the workers there and screaming at her, not even listening to her side of story. I can only pitty the people who work there. The least youll expect is for people to talk atleast decently when you have gone to avail any service and this ladys attitude was like she owns the world. She doesnt realise that she and her business (if she is the owner) is only because of the customers. One hell of an experience and one hell of a person and wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Hugely disrespectful and rude.

I always take advantage of their amazing promos. The girls are so skillful esp K the Ukrainian pregnant lady and the other Ukrainian girls. They are the best when it comes to doing gel extension and gel mani pedi. I also had my classic eyelash extension and she is very good

My experience here has always been great. A little pricey but good service. I have always been here for threading and Munira always did an awesome job.They always have great deals going on every week.

Never use this salon for haircutThey don’t know how to properly cut and I have to go again to another hairdresser now to try to fix it. The hair is completely messy and all hair are cut in different sizesVery very disappointed they ruined my hair …

She was very friendly and did my haircut very well. To trim blond thin hairs is not easy, but she made it realy well.

Worst service ever. Never going there again. They dont know how to do any hairstyling at all. They ruined my hair completely and still asked me to pay. If i could give -1000 I would.

My experience is literally vry bad,I had manicure and pedicure, the lady who was suppose to do my manicure,she cut all my fingers,the blood was bleeding constantly, yet she didnt react to it ,infact none of them reacted,all my fingers were burning for almost 2 weeks,I had the worst experience for this service.. they arent professional at all ..

Nazik did a good job with the mani pedi and scrub. She was attentive, professional, efficient and gave me what I wanted and needed. Keep up the good work!

Terrible!!! 😱 Nie wieder😱 Metzger -Maniküre- 4 Schneide-Wunden.The worst gel polish Ive ever done. I have four cuts, a deep wound on one finger, acetone was poured into it to stop the bleeding. Sorry its not possible to attach a photo. I didn’t even know that it was even possible to ruin my nails and cut four of my client’s fingers. The edges of the varnish near the cuticle are poured onto the skin of the fingers. At home, I tried to grind off the excess polish around the edges and remove any remaining polish on the cuticles. Dirty workplace and complete unsanitary conditions. The tools were taken out of the box, there was no sterilization of the working tools, the tweezers were sprayed with antiseptic. If they tell you the price for a service, be prepared for the price to be 30% more expensive. But I didn’t care anymore, I didn’t want to figure it out, I wanted to run. I didn’t think it was possible to find yourself in such a disgusting place in Dubai.

I visited them recently and I really liked the girls, they did a very good, neat manicure and pedicure, and the price compared to other places was very decent, they even managed to do eyelashes, the girls just did a super job, quickly and efficiently, thank you🥰

I do not recommend!!! Rude administrator and unprofessional staff. We were lucky with a manicurist, but what I saw around me was terrible. I saw how a “master”, sitting next to a girl, with trembling hands, covered her nails with gel, and then took them off and covered them again... Waste your time and money!!!
