It was a very good experience to visit 86 Beauty lounge everyone is very professional and two did my nails and it turned out so well but sadly I don’t remember their names,but I will definitely visit again and everyone is very kind as well!!I will put a picture of my nails,(they lasted 2 weeks)!!💜🩷

A great nail salon, however the finishing of the nail polish was no good.

Unprofessional Service and Poor Customer ExperienceThis was my mother first visit to the salon, and it will certainly be her last for the following reasons:1. Unreliable Appointment Scheduling: My mother had an appointment, yet she was placed on a waiting list for 30 minutes despite arriving on time.2. Mismanagement of Bookings: She specifically booked Khadija for her hairstyle. My mother was seated near Khadija and even spoke to her, only for Khadija to express surprise, saying no one had informed her of the booking.3. Disrespectful Treatment: Khadija advised my mother to leave the salon rather than waste more of her time!4. Lack of Professionalism: Another stylist was suggested as an alternative, but this person refused to do the hairstyle, claiming it was unsuitable for my mother’s hair.5. Unfinished Premises: Shockingly, the salon does not have a door because it is under renovation!6. Rudeness and Lack of Etiquette: The hairstylists lack basic customer service skills and etiquette, especially when dealing with older clients. They clearly need training on proper customer interaction.Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with both the pedicure and manicure services. The pedicure left my feet feeling soft and rejuvenated, while the manicure was meticulously done, leaving my nails perfectly shaped and polished. The attention to detail and relaxing atmosphere made the entire experience feel like a true pampering session. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to treat themselves to some quality self-care. It was one of my fav salons around the area, I have been there a lot since its near my house and I did almost everything the salon offers, but not anymore 👎🏻 the services were so bad that I redid everything at home again, the makeup artist used cheap products and the hairstylist took like 15 min only because she have other customers to do, and at the end she put some black powder on my hair the fall off all over my face with the makeup 😅 and the makeup artist make it worse instead of fixing it. Am so disappointing I don’t think am coming again.

I just came back from the saloon and i couldnt be more disappointed, everything was bad from start to finish, at the beginning the hair wash station has only 2 working stations which made me wait for the other costumer to finish. Secondly, the staff was so unprofessional and rude, the hair technician was pulling my hair with all force and kept telling me to keep my head still, not to mention how unprofessional the staff work as she was blowdrying very quickly . Coming to the cleanness, the saloon was such a mess i was surrounded with blow dryers all around my feet and the brushes they used were very dirty and had all kind of things on them. In addition, to all that we never got asked if we want anything to drink. I am very disappointed and would never come back nor recommend this saloon to anyone.

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The woman who did my nail polish was rude, and when I asked her to fix it, she even pushed my hand. Speaking to the manager didnt lead to any resolution; all I got was a simple apology. Spending 44 minutes just for a nail polish application and receiving such poor treatment is unacceptable. Customer service should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, this salon fell short in that aspect.

What i meant that i paid for the 10 sessions and i was not allowed by the manager to continue.. i didn’t mean that the manager her self took the money. Please do not take advantage of my mis explanation. The manager of the saloon knows the truth. I am not accusing manager i am explaining my self maybe i did it in a wrong way. My apology for explaining wrong but the truth is my money is gone without taking the full package

The services I received were good, but I felt the prices were a bit on the high side. They might want to consider adjusting their pricing to be more competitive.

I did my oil treatment and blow-dry with Berlinda, as usual. Its my favorite place and favorite hair stylist! She is very friendly, caring, professional, and always in the mood to make you beautiful. Thank you!

I am so disappointed & still in shock from what happened at the saloon today. I considered beauty 86 one of my go to saloons for years & used to love their staff ! But with today’s incident no way ! My phone charger was stolen literally when i went to pay .. its not about the charger but the idea to be surrounded by staff who are planning to snatch you the moment they have the chance is just petrifying. They called back after hours telling me they found it with one of their staff. No reaction , no compensation as if its a normal incident ! 👎🏼

My go to saloon! I tried multiple of their services all are awesome and never disappointed with the quality. I usually do regular eyebrow cleaning with Hafsa and regular hair treatment with Suad. Very professional and I will definitely be going back to it soon

I have visited the 89 beauty salon and I can say that the staff are really nice specially the amazing two who did my nails verna and annamarie they are really good and I really enjoyed the service there. I really recommend everyone to check the spot.❤️❤️❤️

Excellent service for hair with Rola almost 3 years, very professional in Manicure and pedicure section, and Tina in massage.

Worst and expensive salon for the quality that they provide. The interior is very nice and the coffee thing but the staffs are very noisy and the one with short hair is very arrogant like always in a hurry with big voice and not approachable. For someone who can understand different languages i find it very annoying to stay there, it’s not relaxing, they gossip a lot.

It was my first time there and i had the worst experience ever and worst blowdry i did not ask for much only blow dry, roots were frizzy told her i want straight she curled one of my ends told her i dont need hair spray and she did on top of that the price was so so expensive for the service i did it was not worth it at all. unfriendly staff and so arrogant, will never go back there again

I usually do padi and mani at 86 beauty lounge, Vergie is quite professional and nice. I also do my hair treatments with Berlinde, very kind, professional and knows which treatment would work best for your hair type.

Used to be one of my favorite beauty saloons in the area but not anymore !The level of service has declined a-lot compared to before.Employees seem frustrated, unhappy and unfortunately rude !!I was double booked , expected to wait and there was no supervisor or manager to solve the issue !Had to book an appointment in another saloon and leave!

Never ever visit them during Eid or any major holidays. They clearly are not equipped to handle a lot of customers and obviously the quality of customer service goes down. I called them informing them I’m 30-40 min away and what’s the waiting time on getting my hair done. I was told there was not a lot of customers and I drove 40 min to them expecting that. I arrive I see a lot of people to the point there were people standing since the waiting room is filled. I ask again what’s the wait time and the receptionist informs me that I will be tended to and there isn’t a lot of people. I am standing waiting for 15 since obviously there is not chairs. I ask one of the ladies who took my ticket what’s the wait time again, she tells me to wait and just ignores me 🤣 so frustrated I drive back home which is now a 50 min drive bc of traffic and I go to a different salon which has less staff than them and more customers and I didn’t wait even 10 min and they did my service :)

The saloon is so nice and clean and for the menecur the best one bibian and the three best in the hair section first is irish the second is Mona and the third one is suad and i rate the saloon 10/10

Very poor service and never coming back.1. They never attend to you on time. You always have to wait.2. I requested for a specific hairstylist but the hairstylist was double booked and I wasn’t informed. The hairstylists told someone else to do my hair without asking me.

I always come to this salon the ladies who work here are so professional and really good at what they do and loved how friendly they are ,the salon is wonderful with excellent service. My nails and hair look wonderful! and very special thanks to irish and alma ❤️

In love with this beautiful saloon! I tried their Moroccan bath and it was amazing my skin feels really soft and bright after I’ve done it. I also did hair protein which was also great! My hair is softer and brighter! I absolutely loved the results 😍 I extremely recommend it 👏🏼

The staff are nice and their service is good but the salon is full of insects and cockroaches١ I will not come there again.

The worst customer service. The receptionist is very rude, the women who was doing my nails applied gelish remover on my nails then jumped to another girl to finish doing her removal/ cleaning/ applying new polish.. I waited with the remover on my nails for 35-40 minutes :) when I got sick of waiting and called the receptionist (who does the booking) she told me this is Normal :) like I’ve never done nails before, I told her that was a lie and then she told me to sit down and be patient. Not a single apology!!! And the lady just continued applying polish and air drying the other girls hands :) The least they could’ve done was apologize for the horrible customer experience. Never going back again and I don’t recommend it unless you like being treated rudely!

Honestly the prices on their website is all lies! i went and everything was different they charged me extra. My sister has short hair and she did curls and i did hairstyle both of us 315??????? i asked them on Instagram the day before how much and when i came they changed their price! They kept going back and forth about the price list being old and stuff. While talking to the receptionist called cherry she answers the phone ignoring that im talking to her. really rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend at all! Everytime i explain that this is whats posted on YOUR website and YOUR Instagram she goes back and forth that its my fault.

Very clean and modern, Khadija is the best ...I started going there since she joint. Hair care and colours are excellent, prices above the average though at high end. Nail service is good, hospitality and frednyliness of staff is very good. I tried eyelashes extension bad quality and inexperienced staff.

I love it for nails and eyebrow threading, other than that, they’re not really experienced. Especially hair station. There’s one lady there who’s good with hair (think her name is Khadija) but the rest of the staff have no clue how to handle hair

I was a regular costumer at this Salon, but every time I go, I get more disappointed!! I had enough from the sloppy work ! This is the second time I had this incident, I asked the nail tactician to cut my cuticles and she hurts me sooo bad. I even bleed for a bit without even apologizing or adressing her mistake. Also, she tried to wipe the blood off my nail but it didn’t stop .. few minutes later she tried to apply the nail polish on top of the blood. Unprofessional..The prices are high and not worth the experience.Although, the staff are kind and they offer a delicious coffe .
