I had been visiting this parlour from last 4 years. Precovid time they used to do exceptional nails, massage but gradually everything deteriorated! I stopped going for pedicure and manicure since twice my skin itself was peeled! Then largely for a hair Protein I went that too for a staff who did nicely! But these days receptionist too behaves so unprofessionally, twice after taking appointment I was asked to wait saying staff is busy! In dubai atleast valuing time and appointment is expected from all services and this is the height of unprofessionalism! So i just stopped no more giving chances to them! Options are plenty, if there is zero star, they deserve that!!

Worst experience. I went for for eyebrow threading yesterday and they made it very thin like a line. When i asked she said it looks beautiful. When i come back home I saw scratches on my eyebrows.. Never ever will visit the salon. Even nail extension is too bad. They cant understand the color also. Cant even give the one star

I did full body waxing at this salon,It’s really really really bad experience in my life, and I’m doing full body waxing every month, it’s not my first timeI got full rash in my back side and I kindly informed there owner as well, but she replied like a unprofessional wayI don’t know how they do for the clientsAnd it’s not hygienics because there using one spatula several times alsoReally bad experience in my whole lifeI just want to inform everyone be carefully

Really Bad experience, such a waste of time. I message a day before to ask if theres a lot of people, when they said yes, I then decided to go the next day and still message prior to that. When I came at the salon, I ask the regular staff to do my massage who was in the cashier that day. Then she tried to talk to other staff and they dont even discretely talking about other customer, it was so obvious, she camr back telling me that everybody is so busy. THIS IS THE WORST SALON EVER.They dont consider their customers time and effort going to the salon. Given my experience as well on mani-pedicure. They are bad at cuticle removal and ingrown. I WOULD SAY NOT A GOOD SALON TO RECOMMEND. IF THERE IS NEGATIVE STAR RATING, I WOULD CERTAINLY GIVE. 👎👎👎👎👎

Expensive nail services that dont last long. I paid 180 for a set of new hard gel nails because the ones they did a week before broke. The receptionist was not very friendly and didnt understand English very well which caused a lot of misunderstandings. The Nepalese nail technicians were somehow not understanding my request of color.Service is very slow

Very professional staff, Kristine, Rose and all the staff is amazing in their profession. I normally do mani, pedi, full body waxing, face waxing, body massage. They have affordable services, they make sure to comfort me on my every visit. Hygine standards are maintanied, highly recomemnded this salon. Good luck and keep up doing the good work.

I really like it here. The staff are kind and they acknowledge special request. I went for back massage with Sunita. Facial with Sana. It was very relaxing. I hope u will soon have thai massage.

I have been coming since 2017, not just last 1 year. I used to come for Morrocan Bath with your ex staff Nadia and when you had the African staff Prudence in reception .Yes, i am Indian and you sound racist here bringing my race. My hair was damaged by youll and your staff saw how it was breaking like rubber band, it was shocking but still i paid you. I never asked back highlights for free i paid for it. I always did the crown but because Sana suggested me to do the back hair highlights is why i did and i paid for it. You guys kept sending me back to grow my hair more, How is that my fault? both Nazia and Sana would send me back every time i asked to do it.I only asked you to do a MINOR CORRECTION ONLY with brush small as a mascara for one strand on the front because its visible. ( you wouldnt even listen to understand what i was requesting ) which you refused and got blatantly angry and you started yelling at me over the phone refusing to listen to me. I understood you could be busy and not responding but how should anyone know. I could see you online but not respond immediately.With Moroccan Bath, my body was scrapped horribly recently, which i didnt complain about. what you bringing up is another subject when i took basic package without hair wash, but with Moroccan bath its damp and obviously it will wet the hair somehow, thats what i asked her to simple dry only not your BLOWDRY. When she refused i walked out with wet hair and only asked you if this was how you do, but you told me and Nazia told she should have allowed to towel dry my hair which you staff didnt.Your behavior is unacceptable.

Worst salon, bad receptionist! I dont know what she thinks of her self! Shes so rude and wants to fight. I got lashes from here 3 days ago, all my lashes are out with extreme falling of originally lashes. I dont believe this!

Quite a decent and affordable salonBut have often come across 1.of your staff being rude and fighting with the other staffs which is quite unprofessional.Please be advised that your customers are watching and listening too hence advise your staff to be polite with each other first

I have many years going there to do my nails recently they have girl her name Lan she is the best in nails gel , but are not clean I got infection on my nail feet before 2-3 weeks after doing clean and gel there my nail became all black when she removed the gel today , I’m so upset because they didn’t They did not sterilise the tools using . Unfortunately I will never back again

Their staff really doesn’t know how to clean nails ! They are good at acrylic & gel.But the cleaning and cuticle removal at allNot to forget they don’t know how to do moroccan bath & the lady will come to you not showered and with a bad sweat smell.Very bad experience really. Never coming back.

Rip off!!they will extract money out of you in any way possible.Moroccan bath..never heard of a Moroccan bath without a hair wash.they charge you 40 dhirams extra so a total of 130 aed for a basic,simple Moroccan bath.very low quality products,cheap olive soap,no henna,or any other herb and the price is really high for such a basic service.The scrub is really low quality,the kinds one will not even prefer to use for their feet.Safe yourself the horror.

I did a keratin hair straightening and clearly asked them whether It has any bad side effects before doing the procedure. The lady in the salon said it’s natural and won’t harm my scalp or the hair but how ever after first wash it gave me really flaky and dry scalp and I’m struggling so much to heal from it. She did burn my head several times while ironing the hair. The product smelled too strong that I couldn’t stop tearing. It was clear to me that they used something cheap on my hair but it was too late to stop since I was half way done with it. My first and the last visit to this place. It was a total nightmare.

Had a very bad experience not once but 2 times . There customer service I can give a rate 2 out of 10. I don’t advise anyone to visit that salon!! Will never go back again!!

It used to be nice experience until lately. Had lash extension done and ots been falling from when I made it even b4 I left the place.went back to complaints and they made me wait for 30mins without being attended to.Never going back there.I advice dont use them
