I did here a pedicure and manicure both with semi permanent nail polish 💅🏽 Even if I was 15 min early they let me in and immediately took perfect care of me, even letting me charge my phone. Ruth is so caring, she did a spotless job with the manicure, minding every detail (I’m very exigent). Plus: she has the coolest necklace ever! 🐬Thanks to Virgie for helping me find the exact shade of nail polish with glitter I was dreaming of!

This place is a hidden gem 💎 .. I booked it for a try and got amazed by their service .. Manager and hair stylist Glin is superb! She gave me a new look that is way beyond my expectations. Hair cut, color, blow dry all are amazing, she gave me extra care which I truly appreciate .. the entire team was so efficient and friendly .. this wont be my last time and inshalla I will be a regular customer.

Very bad service!! The worst beauty salon i have ever been to!!!! I bought a voucher via Groupon application. When i tried to book an appointment for manicure and pedicure to redeem the voucher, the lady told me only on weekdays although it wasn’t mentioned in the app. I called on Thursday to book appointment one more time, she told me only 3 days per week! And on the same day they kept calling me over and over to make sure I arrive on time because they have soo many clients to handle. Literally there was no one in the salon only me!!!! And the lady kept shouting and her attitude was sooo rude with me! This is definitely my first and last time to visit

Found the best nail salon in Nadd Al hamar!I got acrylic extension done this time, and I requested it to be very naturally done as if it looked like my own nails. The technician ladies understood how I wanted exactly and changed my ugly short nails into this natural beautiful shape! They are very experienced, I could tell. Also the salon was clean and quiet, too. Will visit again next month! Thanks :)

I did a massage with Rose and she is amazing. I had pain in my neck so I requested a neck massage but she asked me what is my condition and then identified the source of pain which was not my neck and when she treated the original source my neck was immediately fixed. She knows what she is doing and gives massage professionally.

So I booked my appointment few days in advance. The day of my appointment I requested if possible to add root colouring and I even mentioned the number of the colour Im using for their convenience. Ms Glenn respond to me that they dont do bleach and I would rather go to another brunch. She gave me even the contact and she finished the conversation there. I never mentioned to her about any kind of bleach as Im not using anything but simple colour. She spoke and she decided by herself with a voice note. Even with an appointment in advanced she decided to cancel herself my appointment of haircut and redirect me. Then I called to complain and the lady who picked up was laughing about my frustration. Professionalism is 0. Shame cause the branch in DIFC they are amazing in everything.

Excellent service! At the best price. The waxing was like it was pain free by Joanne, and the pedi with callous was Merlyn, she was awesome. Pavitra did my eyebrows so well too :)

I was there for root touchup. It was pathetic experience because she just colored my hair black even though the shade was not at all black she covered my hair with black all my scalp with black and just left me for one hour with the color on my scalp didn’t even check, if the color is reacting or the hair is reacting very very irresponsible stuff and no courtesy at all. Highly recommend no one to go there. The staff is very impolite and in fullness of their own attitude.

Been coming to this salon for years, first time at this location, we had a great experience. Glenn personally took amazing care of us, very professional and loved the results. Maria Flor also was amazing with doing my sister’s keratin. Will always come back here

Worst saloon ever, they don’t know how to do waxing or nails.. the lady there ruined my nails!!! They know nothing about any service!!the saloon is empty and they mention to take an appointment before coming ! What a joke otherwise they will ruin your nails ! 🤣
