I visited the salon for a hair treatment. The place is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and patient. The owner is also very kind and easy to talk to. My treatment lasted two hours, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They even offered coffee, which made the experience more enjoyable. I was nervous because of a past experience, but the owner reassured me, and the result was amazing, especially with their use of organic products. Highly recommended! 😍

I’ve never experienced such terrible post-manicure damage to my nails! First, the technician didn’t soak my nails at all but used powder instead, which felt wrong from the start. Then, she used an electrical nail drill on my cuticles and filed my natural nails, causing pain and a burning sensation. When I shared my discomfort, she ignored my concerns with unreasonable responses. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training in using the drill and seemed more focused on rushing through the service than ensuring quality. I’m incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone

Adore beauty lounge was referred to me by a friend of mine for the first time for eyelashes. and I can’t just tell how welcoming the girls were and how much I loved the work the lady did with my eyelashes.I went for my hair Sedre treatment, the results were fascinating, starting from the beautiful smell and the feeling of Jasmin oil application in my scalp to the massage and the Treatment; it was a great combination of pleasure.Mariam who happen to be the owner was very charming, she made sure to make her customers feel home and taken care of by the lovely staff she adds to her team!Definitely recommend the place and both services I tried there!

Furthermore, the salon is very clean and yesterday I went to the other branch in meydan for the Moroccan bath and it was amazing. Had my acrylics removed and a fresh set of acrylic french tips applied today by Rama who provided a lovely service and such beautiful work.

All the staff are very nice, and theres a girl who is so sweet, she seems like an anime character with her cuteness. I don’t know her name, but she’s the one who did my nails. Overall, the staff is very friendly, and the place is comfortable.

Did my nails there few days ago and I had asked for acrylic refill and the technician madina who doesnt speak English told me they use gel refill and went ahead assuring me it will last for 3 weeks via translation on Google translate from Russian to English. Its been 3 days and my nails have chipped. I am really sad because this never happens in any other salon. Pedicure was decent but very less massage time. Only best thing was eyebrows threading service with madara. She really gave a good shape to the brows.

I had a bad experience at the salon, i had comments about the pedicure, so i informed two senior employees standing at the entrance. their response was unbelievable, they both ignored me and acted unprofessionally. Its understandable to dislike a service, as it can be fixed, but the main issue is the poor behavior. I completely hate the place because of how i was treated.

One of the worst experiences ever. I dont think ill come back again.It took me three hours just to do mani&padi & hair treatment.. if i knew that it would take this long i wouldnt come. Even when i entered the salon the staff werent welcoming at all, they were busy with their phones which i find disrespectful.

Just came back home after an amazing hair cut and blow dry. I have and love to have layers in my hair and the stylist Beza gave me amazing layers for the kind of bounce I was looking for. The blow dry was very quick, neat, smooth and curly- exactly the way I wanted it. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 pm. I reached at 8:50 and I didn’t have to wait a minute. Service on point, ambiance is aesthetic and friendly and amazing offers. This was my first visit and I’m definitely going to be a regular now. For anyone looking to experience good services, Adore is the place to go to !! Thank you, Adore!

I have heard a lot of good reviews about the salon and was recommended by my friends to try it but unfortunately my experience was totally the opposite there booking timings isn’t efficient as I booked my appointment to be on 5:30 pm and they called me 5:15 to notify me that there will be some delay so when I reached around 5:25 to the salon and sat in the waiting area the lady assured that they needed few more minutes to be done yet I didn’t receive my treatment till 6:00 thats when I decided to leave

I was surprised by the bad service after reading the reviews. It took almost 2 hrs for my meni and pedi to be done, the work was sloppy the nail polish is all over my cuticles and skin. I went back home and removed the polish. I would not recommend going here, I can do a better job applying the polish myself.

Upon entering the salon you’ll meet the lovely lady Shamindri. Very friendly ,professional and excellent customer care 👌🏻👌🏻. Then I was accompanied inside and a srilankan girl (I forgot to ask her name) washed my hair and did an excellent head massage 👌🏻👌🏻. And then the super talented “MEZA “ cut my hair . She is utterly professional , friendly and she knows what she is doing . I love my hair cut and the new look . Highly highly recommend her 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. And finally when I was about to leave I had the opportunity of meeting the owner of the salon. Such a lovely , simple and genuine person .Lastly salon it self is a lovely cozy experience , it was clean , bright , and made sure to look after all there customers with lovely biscuits and a coffee.I highly recommend the salon.It was my first time and definitely not the last .Dilanthi

I tried the Sedr hair treatment, but there was nothing special about it. There was NO head massage or proper blow-dry. For me, its just a one-time visit. Its not recommended if youre looking to indulge yourself.

Great service,polite , followed all the requests and did exactly what was expected.Today went back for blow dry. Total disaster . Clearly asked : no products / blow dry hair straight . Received spray all over my hair and hair styled rolled inside…. When asked not to put spray on hair - hairdresser kept arguing and persuading to put it and still kept spraying the hair?!Receptionist has been proactive and tried to fix situation, however hairdresser stood down next to her and kept arguing … kindly learn basics of service recovery … never going back

I walked in and saw someone getting her nails done and I was amazed. I have tried their nails and hair services. I don’t think I was ever taken care of by anyone the way I was taken care of. My nails were flawlessly done by Mai and my hair was done by Beza. I hope the owner never changes their staff because they’re truly competent and exceptional.

I had the DNA treatment for my hair with Peza, and what a result ! I am so impressed, and she did exactly what I like. The tratment relaxes the hair in a natural way and does not smell bad like the other products. Its vegan and makes your hair fluffy and not greacy ,, super happy with this and I will definitely come again.

Services were confusing and noone was bothered to explain. Not value for money the service i got.Receptionist was very cold. Kept saying sorry we dont do this we do t do that but in the phone she said yes yea come we do it. I dint like it at all. Rude not nourishing

It was a bad experience, I called to book for Eid padi-mani from Thursday for Monday evening and on Monday no one called me to confirm my appointment , so I called but I surprised that they didn’t book for me the appointment and the one who answered the phone was said that it was my mistake!! I really don’t like what happened with us
