I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 3 years, and I am always incredibly satisfied with the service. Recently, I had a Keratin treatment done by Manjeet Kaur, and my hair has never looked better! She’s so skilled and professional. Jass Di did an amazing job on my eyelashes, making them look flawless, and Josephine gave me a relaxing pedicure that left my feet feeling refreshed and pampered. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the manager is fantastic, always suggesting what suits me best. Thanks to the whole team for their excellent service!

Booked through Justlife.I would like to complain about the service I received from Adorn Salon / Garage salon (Karama) I found out the name of the company as the lady has mentioned it prior to the start of the service. The lady was fine but she did not really know how to do mani and pedi with ingrown removal. She just brush, filed my nail wanting to apply the nail varnish before even removing cuticles. She felt rushed and the service felt rushed. I understand after observing that her boss the name I remember sounded like Maham has been calling her on her mobile. I remember she had to stop and pick up the call 6x answering to a question that seemed to be ‘how much longer you need there’ or ‘what time will you finish’. It was very unprofessional for the manager to also be calling while the lady was with me trying to complete a service I paid for.

Jaz from adorn Palace beauty salon made my lashes today for 99dh and I love it. She did it very very good. It looks very natural. You will never realize its actually extensions.Also after service they offer u coffee tea or juice. So accommodating. Highly recommended.

It was a good service, karama branches specially to jazz and nisha who do the pedicure and hair cut service, they are both nice👍 thumbs up

Me and my cousin visited the salon. We both did manicure and pedicure, hair dye, styling, upper lip and eyebrow. The staff are lovely ladies very efficient and prices are very reasonable for the excellent services they provide!

I was looking for a good salon in Dubai and Adorn Palace was recommended by my neice. It was my first visit and I was really impressed by the service they gave me. I did hot oil scalp treatment with deep conditioning and serum, haircut and blow dry. They were very professional and they use all good products. The staff is so friendly and kind. The place is so cozy and relaxing. The prices are reasonable and they do have many packages for all services they do. I would recommend this place to everyone. Talented staff and and I will be definitely going to Adorn Palace Salon more often and it will be my favourite Salon in Dubai. Keep up the good work 😍😍😍

The building is gorgeous and contemporary. Fiza and Sonia are officially the best nail technicians I’ve ever had. Their work is mind blowing. They genuinely care and take their time to ensure you receive what you came for. I was very impressed and left extremely happy and content.

My go-to for Keratin treatment. Manjeet is amazing, she was thorough and did a great job with my hair keratin treatment and even shared great tips for hair care. My hair is so soft and healthy after the treatment. Highly recommended.

First salon in Dubai that the manicure really lasted ! ( after 8 years of searching) . And it lasted for 3 weeks without any chop. Plus the prices are really affordable. The manicurist Sonia is really a professional. She did exactly what shape I wanted and was also fast .

This is the first beauty salon Ive went in my whole life, Surprisingly their service is too good and amazing. Every services they do is worth more than the money you spend. I really liked my experience with adorn salon. Took six services including dye haircut henna and waxing. And satisfied with all services. Saba,ayesha and Faiza are really professional, hardworking and nice. Very accommodating and caring staff.

Every month I am visiting here for other services but first time I tried vlcc facial here it was so good and satisfied, done and suggested by Manjeet, she is kind too and all services they are providing good, I quite like to do my stuff frm Manjeet and seba,Seba is superior in hair spa.I recommend to visit this place to tried out.

I visited the salon a couple of time n each time i was overwhelmed with their services.... the girls are highly skilled n extremely sweet.... very good hairstyling, amazing body massage and mani pedis & their lash extensions too are superb and done with alot of precision and perfection jus loved it !!!! and the best part is u can enjoy ur services with the most refreshing cup of tea or coffee 🥰must visit!!!!!

I have enquired about 3D eyelashes.they said that to come at the morning time as it would take 2 hours to complete the work..so i said okay i will come on the morning then and this was talked two days before and i gave them heads up two times before iam going to the parlor.... They said come we will do it..... After been there they are saying we dont know 3d lashes will do classic one....Worst team management.
