Used my Groupon voucher last August. The place is a joke. The receptionist is an old Indian lady and all the staff are Indians/Nepali. Really amateur. I can do the mani and pedi myself better. I did not insist to redo the job as I am worried I will get nicks and cuts. Two salon staff attended to me and both staff are obviously not professional. The senior ones are occupied with other customers when I came in. For the manicure, my cuticles were not removed at all. For the pedicure, cuticles were not thoroughly removed. Nails and files were cut unevenly. Uneven application of polish as the nail polish are old and dry and the staff is not a pro.The haircutter did even section my hair for cutting despite it being thick. I truly feel I get the vouchers (cheap) worth in this Salon.

I use Groupon to check a place out. Rubbish service = no return and it doesnt cost me full price. I arrived 15 minutes early and the lady who greeted me was cranky and rude. I had two ladies working on me at once for my leg and arm wax. Thank God I didnt opt for bikini. THEY REDIP THEIR SPATULAS. The manicure was average at best. The pedicure was torture. I admit I dont have the prettiest feet but I was left flinching more than once and my cuticles were red when I left. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. The therapists were very sweet but not trained well at all. I had a photo of my inflamed cuticle, but Google removed it.

The lady who was in charge of my manicure just ruined my nail bed by pulling out my cuticle dry skin in the meanest way possible. Despite my finger bleeding she applied cuticle remover on it and kept scrubbing it. I’m going to place a complaint on for using unsanitary sets... they used the same clippers that they used on my friends.Untrained staffsOut of 5 maybe 1 staff is good.They use cloth instead of waxing strip... it’s ten times painful than the strip...Initially I decided I’m never visiting here again and I’m not going to bother posting a complaint... but this is the 3rd day and my finger is still swollen and added the dryness, my hands are never this dry. And it’s not just me even my frnds who did mani has the same situation.I have posted my pic on fb in reviews to show how horrible their treatment is.

I visited last week , a friend of mine recommended due to an attractive offerFrankly speaking never expected good service for cheap. The receptionist, who is the manager (found out later) Ambrose guided me better than google maps😂 I was late and they were waiting for me. Got my waxing , mani and pedi done , enjoyed the hot oil for hair(recommend to all!) ask Saguftha to do it for you , her hands are magic. Bini did my waxing and nails , lovely lady, very careful and professional.I will be definitely coming again.

HORRIBLE SALOON. The owner Pricilla and the receptionist even the staff have NO MANNERS at all. Pricilla has no manners, no respect for anyone. They take all the money in advance and then dont do the service properly. If I ask for the money back they just ignore and say “you guys are cheap”. My hair color was ruined!! And the hair cut was a disaster. My cuticles were not cut but my fingers were horrible cut deeply and when you complain abt the situation to the owner or receptionist they just say “I DONT CARE ITS BETWEEN YOU AND HER” I would NEVER EVER recommend this saloon to anyone. Waste of money and frauds.

My sister and I always visit their Salon at Financial Centre Sheikh Zayed Road coz its close to out house and their services are greatly done! A value for money indeed. Their staff are very friendly especially the owner is very humble and down to earth. They all make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

It isnt a luxurious experience by any means. BUT, the staff are friendly and the prices are aweaome for your regular services (threading, waxing, hair care etc)I tried their mani/pedi once or twice and wasnt a fan, i do it in a different salon. Yet still, its worth the visit and id recommend it for friends and family.

A decent salon with friendly staff. Maybe some may not like considering most staffs are indians, well thats a choice of the customer who walk in.. moreover its a peaceful salon unlike others. The service was fairly good. But the pricing are slightly high. Maybe thats because the place they r in which is on sheikh zayed road.

Horrible services. Their manicure and pedicure have resulted in swollen and bled fingers and toes. No professionalism among the staffs as well as the owner. Wouldnt recommend it ever. This place needs to be closed down.

Best service I had. Such a cosy place. Staff are very professional and the owner is very welcoming. I loved my experience there ❤

If you buy their voucher you are cheated....very rude and unprofessional staff, even the owner herself is rude...the services mentioned in groupon were not included...weekends are not covered..too many reasons for them...so better not to waste your money..
