Disappointed with my recent visit. While the staff was friendly, the extremely long wait time of over an hour was frustrating. I had to sacrifice my lunch break for this appointment, which was a huge inconvenience. It would be great if future appointments could be more accurately scheduled to avoid such long delays.Perhaps better time management could improve the overall experience.

Helpful and friendly staff, exceptionally understanding regarding my concerns and inquiries about my skin. I have also had microblading done with them. Ms. Kath is highly patient when it comes to clarifying the specifics of microblading. Reasonable rates and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Had an enjoyable experience here at AIA Beauty! Consultation went without a hitch and everything about the procedures I’m getting was explained to me in detail. First, I was given instructions to put body oil prior to getting on the infrared dome. Then it was turned on and ate Baby made sure I was comfortable. She also did my hydra facial which was super relaxing! I fell asleep while she did it and I woke up feeling refreshed. The dome was warm but not overly hot, and after the session, I was drenched in sweat! I was offered water and was given instructions to hydrate to help flush out toxins post treatment. After that, I went ahead and got Botox on my forehead and t-zone. Nurse Jovs handled me carefully. I wasn’t scared of needles but she made sure to always check with me in case it hurts (it didn’t, just felt tiny pinches). 100 units later, it felt great to have noticeable improvement on my forehead lines. I will definitely come back and try more of their offerings soon!

I recently visited the clinic with certain concerns, and I must express my disappointment with the lack of communication regarding the availability of the doctors. I felt blindsided when I was directed to a nurse without any prior notice. While I appreciate the expertise of nurses, my concerns are specific and, and in my opinion , require the attention of a doctor. The absence of upfront information about this left me feeling uneasy and unsure about the level of care I would receive. I believe improved communication about the availability of doctors and a clearer understanding of the nurse’s role in addressing patients concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors to the clinic.

Had my mesolipo done here. This was my first visit to the clinic. The receptionist was trying her best despite many inquiries. After awhile they called me in for my turn and immediately asked me to lie down, put some numbing cream and later on inject and rf. No check up.. no explanations. To my surprise, no post treatment care given as well. Like thanks, bye kind of service.Im not even sure if the they have DHA license to inject. Kinda shady

Almost a year enjoying the service as VIP member.I love how the services are budget friendly and staff are approachable pati yung owner. Shoutout kay ate Jov and ate baby for keeping my skin healthy!Downside is the appointment system, you have to WAIT LONGER THAN THE USUAL. I even tried waiting more than 30 mins, I dont know how they do it like if schedule mo 4:30, you should be catered by 4:45 max. Yes it is a Filipino clinic but were in Dubai where people are busy.Hopefully they can stick to a better appointment process otherwise I will be doubtful in renewing my VIP card.Overall services are great except on the APPOINTMENT SYSTEM.

WORST APPOINTMENT SYSTEM!I visited many clinics in Dubai and I understand that waiting time is always there but this clinic or whatever they call it made me wait for almost an hour because the ‘nurse’ who is supposed to do my follow up ‘botox injection’ is not there yet and I have no choice but to leave. Wasted my time!Btw, nothing changed after the 1st procedure and waited an hour as well during that timeNot even sure if they’re licensed by DHA to do this (my bad not to do more research before doing this procedure).
