NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.In order to attract customer, the prices printed on their pamphlets are less and once you enter their center, they increase it by telling that the printed price are for normal massage. Further, after spa was completed the lady at the counter asked to pay 5% additional tax on the prefixed amount by trying to be over smart and didn’t provide any receipt. Service is average and they exploit tourist by charging heavy money. Very rude and arrogant lady.

I just came now to their salah aldin branch with my husband, actually its his own google account as I dont have mine. I went there with all the excitement for eyelash extensions. First thing Ive noticed is that she doesnt sanitized her hands and she keeps on coughing, feels like shes sick. After the lady was done with her job, I was totally disappointed and upset. The glue she used was so irritating to the eyes and the outcome of the lashes is really disappointing. The lady in the reception said that it is natural hair but it is hard and looks synthetic at all. I dont like the way she put it in my eyes and decided to remove it right away. My expectations was so high with AJA Beauty Salon but ended up disappointed in an awful way.. Never again! I know how to have a beautiful eyelashes extensions coz Ive been doing it for couple of years and theirs is totally unacceptable!!!

I had my root color, mani gel and normal pedicure the other day and my first time to visit the salon. It was really clean and very spacious and offers reasonable price. The staff are ok though it was early morning maybe a bit sleepy yet. Overall the service and charges are reasonable enough.

There is a lack of knowledge in how to cut hair properly. I also requested shampoo and conditioning, which resulted in my hair becoming even more dry. The pedicure I had ended in me having wounds on my toes. Disaster service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. They charge an extra 4 AED for card payments, which is something no other salon does, and I believe its not even legal. Their pricing is inconsistent – sometimes they charge 30 AED for eyebrow and upper lip threading but refuse to include the forehead, while other times, they charge only 20 AED for the same service. The lack of professionalism is evident, and their service quality is poor. I do not recommend this salon to anyone seeking consistent pricing or quality service. Avoid this place if you want a hassle-free salon experience.

JUST CAUGHT A BABY LICE ON MY HAIR AFTER GETTING MY HAIR DONE THERE! I NEED MY REFUND. MY HAIR LOOKS LIKE A JOKE AND THE PLACE IS UNHYGIENIC.The receptionist does not inform you of anything just blindly adds things to your package when you clearly asked for highlights only which in the leaflet is mentioned as 100 AED. Turns out when you go there it’s actually 150 AED, why are the leaflets with wrong prices being distributed in the first place?The owner is really rude, does not know what’s happening in the area although she is present. Does not want to fix client issues rather makes her staff face the problems.I asked for no bleach highlights, they ended up putting bleach in my hair, the color is so uneven and looks so bad - completely dissatisfied. They overly charged me. The owner thinks her customers are dumb, the prices mentioned in the leaflet are already with tax and for cash payments she still asked for an additional 10 AED. The receptionist said we should only charge you 50 fils.Worst experience ever.

This is my first time Great experience, very friendly staff, will be coming back here for sure.

I make my eyelashes extension . Before one week. She take 150 dirham. but after i go home starting next day one by one falling. now so meny spaces on my lashline. I contact them on whatsupp but no replying my msg. bad experience 😕

Yesterday(31/07/25) I went Aja beauty to cut my hair and my kids hair too. They didnt cut properly.This is the second time wors Experience i had. I never recommend this AJA beauty

Ate Jovy does my nails all the time. I trust her cuz my nails really lasts long. And she is very accommodating.

In the first service, the treatment was nice and good, the work was done well, but if you dont give tips once, the next time you go to work, you will see that she is almost too lazy to work for you. and another thing is that the nail done to the hair should be short because it hurts the scalp. without tips, hair dresser roses work is not good and neat

Hi!Im your client in all Sky star branches.Try to inform clients before the treatment.even its a normal facial.Please change your technique.Im not satisfied as a facialist.They will steam the face for 30 mins and wil not remove the blackheads and whiteheads properly.They need to train the staff.Proper way of NORMAL facialCleansingSteamingManual extraction of black headsMaskNot mask along with steamer for 30 mins.Please try to improve the steps of facial so that clients will go back.

I went to make my eyebrows but one eye brow is going up other one is going down this is not my firs time this is the second time. service is too much bad I just thought they have good service but unfortunately it’s too much bad, I rarely disappoint , I never recommend same like this salon.

We had a bad experience with your receptionist named Bella. She embarrassed us in front of a lot of people without even addressing my problem properly. She needs to have a customer service training because her job is client facing. Worst receptionist. Also 1 of the pakistani lady who made my foot spa was gossiping with another pakistani thats why she wasnt able to do her job properly.

Staffs are very approachable and assistive. While I’m waiting for my wife and daughter, they offered a chair as I’m not allow inside the Saloon. Ms. Pie and Ms. Margz are kind staff that you really to give value for their effort and dedicated at work.

Had the worst experience with their eyelash perming. My lashes wer not permed at all. And my cousin’s lashes are burned and over treated. They dont know what they are doing. And the chinese lady keeps laughing and saying sorry. Will never go there again for amy treatment.

Worst experience ever!It’s my first visit to this salon and my eyebrows were badly threaded, and I even got a cut on my eyelid! The worst part is, the lady who did the threading did not acknowledge the bloody cut and went away. I called her again to show the cut, and it’s only then she applied moisturizer. Worst salon ever. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience at this salon. Bunch of scammers, the receptionist (Bella) and the owner who is a hijabi, no manners to treat their customers, will charge you extra for things you didn’t ask for.Never going to visit again.
