I went to get my hair color fixed. They did a great job since I feel so much more confident now with my hair. Always trust AJA to do good job when it comes to hair and eyebrows.

DO NOT BELIEVE FROM THEIR ADS MARKETING AND BLOGGERS! its totally waste of time and money! Their employees not professional at all they do not care about the clients very loud talking to each other and no one will even offer you a water as a welcome drink! Their nail technician im sure that has no training i can already felt it from my hands how hard she is taking the dry skin and got me hurt and the nail polishing is not very neat then some polish goes to my skin she even used the nail pile on to my skin to remove the nail polish on my skin which is far from my nails! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, she put the LED light machine on my legs without even putting a towel or pillow on top of it and looks like their materials are not well sanitized well i saw another nail dirt from the LED LIGHT MACHINE BEFORE I EVEN USE IT. She is also using her own nails to remove the excess polish on the side of my nails and when i looked into her nails is dirty under some brown and black under her nails, its totally disappointing and she did not even take 5 mins for the foot spa as if like it was done in rush. You go to salon to treat yourself and relax a bit but that is not what i got after going to this salon! Will never ever recommend to anyone and will not go back even if they give it for free because their staff itself does not care for any client. The client beside me i even heard she came back because it was a complaint and its for repair! I wouldn’t waste my time to repair! I better go another place, i was just unlucky today the hollywood salon in clock tower branch is fully booked thats why i searched for another one but definitely the Hollywood salon is way way much better service than this one!

The Philipino Guy is not professional at all.He handles the hair like pulling a rope with a strong force. He needs to know better that hes handling girls hair.Even the Indian Barber will not be that harsh handling hair. Please avoid this guy.We came to this salon because we saw a tiktok video and we came from very far to dye hair.First of all, he dried the hair colour wrong.After that hes showing attitude that hes not in the mood and he started handling the hair with strong force although the other people are handling with gentle.Now her whole head is in pain because of pulling with strong force like a rope.Very regret that we came with just a video we saw .Lesson learned!Note - we are not complaining because we want something free.We are just very upset with the Philipino guys service of handling hair in a girl salon.

The staff are too loud, they shout each other, ut is not a good environment, leas staff they have for doing d hair, it took me 20 mins to wait, then when they washed my hair the lady doing ny hair went to other customer and started to do d hair while i wait for 30 minutes which is waste of time and i do not like the cut they did even i told them what cut i want, never will i go back here again, its cheap price but cheap services. i thought its good service koz i saw it from tiktok by famous social media influencer

A place to pamper yourself, its my first time to do kera rebounding here, let me check the result after washed then Ill update my review. About the service, well they accommodate nicely especially who did my hair (Niru) she was very nice. However I was not aware that the price they have in the leaflets tax was not included yet so I have to pay additional for tax and when I inquire from WhatsApp they didnt inform me.

Went there to do my eyelashes for 100AED, it didnt last for a day! Very cheap quality and very unhygienic they reuse everything! They used nail tools for every body without cleaning or sanitised. Some customers nails while cleaning had blood and no sanitation! Every corner of the place looks dirty! I advise anyone who goes here check the place first so your own safetyPlease be careful I know most salon in Rigga and Muraqqabat area are too dirty and unsafe

Don’t come here over advertise they will destroy your hair and blame you for it. They will not take responsibility of what they did to your hair. I did balayage and everytime i shower its almost impossible to comb my hair. When i make complain about the lady told me its normal 🤷🏼‍♂️. And i made complaint again the customer service told me i’m not supposed to brush my hair and insinuating that it my fault why my hair become like this. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

Worst salon I ever had here in UAE! I told the receptionist to do kerabond for my hair (coz i want it straight) I have highlights on the bottom part so she recommended me the top layer is for kerabond and for the bottom part is protein so that it wont damage my hair. Guess what?! After 3 days when I washed my hair, i was stunned! Literally! Yes! The top is straight no issue but the bottom? From scalp to end, become brittle it damage my hair real bad!!! The one who did my hair she doesnt even know how to iron your hair! We go to the salon to make ourself pampered and feel beautiful but they will ruined your day! So I complained to their tiktok account and also to the lady who assisted me for the kerabond and protein. She told me that its normal to get damage the highlights part! But when i go there first, she said that the protein wont damage my hair! Wow just wow!! Keep on scamming people! Goodluck!

Please. It’s a request don’t go to this salon. All these good reviews are paid. Don’t believe them. They deal with 5-6 customers at a time for hair treatment and spa. I went there for hair kera rebounding. They applied chemical in my hair and attended other customers. They forgot that I had chemical in my hair. My hair was damaged. Burned. Looked so bad. After that three different girl and one guy did my hair straightening from machine one lady she burn my ear, Waste of money. Waste of time. Horrible salon they didn’t accept that hair has been burned they said after wash it will be fine they charge fully and after wash my hair was same damage

Bad service ive experience to this branch..staff are not polite they will assist you nicely only when u will go there and avail the major services only that day but after 3days when u will comeback for washing they dont even care if u are happy or not..mybe for them job done already..ive went to many salon but this is the WORST! Hoping that the owner will do something about this coz if not,,it might damage there reputation and put them in trouble..

I always used to go and get my haircut from Chinese guys as they are very good in cutting BUT the receptionist is so much rude. She doesnt know at all. She doesnt even deserve to be a receptionist by her rudest ever face I swear to God. Work is very good but because of her everytime I had issue to go and now at last I just left this salon as we were 6 girls together used to go monthly and all left together BECAUSE OF HER!!!!!!

Worst salon ever! Dont go there!!They quote you different than the published prices. On the website they said hair color Dhs60 and when I went they had offer of Dhs50 but the girl there lied and made me pay Dhs210 for color and ugly highlight. My hair lights looksike sequers and not evenly distributed!Add to this to the terrible attitude of the girl in charge. Asking me when I entered the salon what do you want with out hi or good evening or how may I help you rudest person Ive ever seen in my life!The salon is not a shop. Very bad saloon i go for botox treatment for hair the guy who do my botox dont know how to communicate & dont do proper treatment he only know tagalog and wot i tell he not understand and receptionist lady is unprofessional she even dont know how to tackle clients.This is incident of their rigga saloon so i tell to everyone dont go to this saloon.only they entertain kabayan peoples rest of the peoples they don’t like to talk.#verybadcustomerservice #notrefertoanyone

Visiting this Salon is a nightmare! Kabayan staff are so annoying. There was one keep on shouting while talking to her colleagues as if they are working in the street, one was doing live on tiktok loudly while doing pedicure, there was one keep on repeating “ so many dry skin, hard to remove”. Please be reminded going to salon at least to pamper ourselves and relax not to be annoyed. Hope the management teach them a good manners and right conduct while at work. By the way, we are 3 friends visited AJA’s salon and would not probably comeback.

U guys have worst quality nail extension it got broke in 10 mints

I am a customer of this salon since how many years, but last week It was my worst experienced, kindly give this proper training of costumer service to your Male Chinese manager, he doesnt know how to talk nicely, i have a complaint for what your staff did to my hair but it seems like its my mistake that i complaint. Toooo disappointed!

Worst worst salon I have ever visited..they treated only for kabayans.. I went for pedicure.. That lady ask me do put dryer machine my own.. After She went, all kabayans are laughed for that.. We are paying them to get good customer service. Very bad, otherwise they are laughing and shouting in the salon. They speak kabayan language.. the management teach them a good manners and right conduct while at work. I am not recommended to anyone this salon.

Happy with the service so far.For waxing/ threading I always recommend Sushmita.Foot spa and hair dye esp. bayalage is great!However, gelish manicure/ pedicure is not worth it.

I don’t like this salon I have had worse experience because they destroyed my nail even they do not know how to do manicure gelish. It just wastes of time and money.

It’s my first time of this saloon for meni pedicure,i just tried for normal meni pedi as i dont know how their service.but its not worth it,as the lady with me was not good for cleaning i was tried to keep quite and observed how she cleaned, I still gave her tip because I appreciate her effort but over all I don’t recommend it for my friend.

Ive had hair botox and my hair color is still burnt.. youre coming back to fix it and its not fixed.. its the first time its ever happened to my hair..

Not even deserving for a star, I did my nail extensions, the thickness was not polished, the bumps were still rough and very unprofessional, the staff was fighting in front of the customer and suddenly the person doing my nails left me without telling me if the work was done or not. I havent waited yet jusko po. Will never come again for sure
