I was initially skeptical about getting my nails done at a new place, but Yaani truly exceeded my expectations! She did an incredible job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend visiting this salon and experiencing it for yourself—make sure to ask for Yaani. Affordable, accessible, and absolutely worth it!

I want to know wt is the number and hu is the manager at this salon. Very bad experience to Yanie to do my pidecure for my nail.And very lier the receptionist. This is my 1st tym bad experienceNxtym do the good to the customer bcoz i pay good.but how many days i have pain in my nails until now.

The staff here are very very rude and not polite at all… they show a lot of attitude and their behavior with customers is really bad. Don’t visit this salon! The nail polish chips off within just one day.. it is not worth wasting your time here

Nice and super cheap 👌 salon.I saw a bad comment but you dont understand the stuff. All are good but they are all get tired..if you show them your rude attitude.they can show you also there rude attitude!last time I did my haircut at first time I dont like..but imagine 10 derhams haircut how affordable is it..so I decided to stay this salon ..thats simple!!if you dont like go to higher prices salon ...and every time I did my haircut I give him tip 10 derhams and now his haircut is getting better..

Very bad serviceI did my manicure n pedicure, the girls were so horrible and they hurted my fingers and toes, it was bleeding.And for haircut the guy was so rude dont know for what he was showing so much attitude.Please dont go to such place where u have to pay and get hurt yourself.Pathetic service and no cleanliness in saloon.

Had availed 70dhs worth of package today. The lady in the reception asked me to add 30 dhs more for a polish, I said yes. The lady who did my nails was okay but I was not happy with the result. Sides of my nails are not that clean and she had to swiftly finish drying my nails with the UV machine rather than taking the correct time to dry it. Salon was untidy. There were flies around. When I asked the lady if I could wash my hands before she puts in the polish, she just sprayed it with water. Mind you, she put in lots of cuticle remover so my hand was so sticky. The water from a tiny spray cannot do the job and was about to wipe it with the towel used on my feet so I patiently asked for a tissue. She gave me an untidy one and it was gross. I did not want to complete all 5 services, so I left out hair ironing for next time which I cannot be bothered. But upon payment, they charged me 105dhs instead of just 100dhs. I was an unhappy customer. If they want a tip, it should come from me and not from them. If I was happy, I would give more. But I was not. It was rude of the reception lady to assume I would tip out. So please do not go to this salon.

Very bad service. The manager named Jean extremely rude. Doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. Had gone there for gel nails it chips off the first day itself. When informed her, she throws in bad behaviour as if one’s done it for free.

The staff was friendly but I wasn’t satisfied with the hair colour i got yesterday because the colour i want and the colour they did both were different i was nit at all satisfied with shade . If you’ll give me the same shade tomorrow ie 30/10/23 which i want I’ll thankful to you but i m not going to pay for that bcz you already done the wrong shade i told you ppl that time that i was not satisfied but you ppl well tried to convince me that the shde was same but actually it was not

Your saloon is cheating to indians or any other nationality ,first you quote one price,when the complete services are not given but still you are charging more,and with the total amount you insist clients to pay VAT without giving any bills which is illegal,you saloon should be closed because if charging more money with incomplete services provided,and adding vat illegally,I had very bad experience todayFirstly the lady joe sitting on the counter checked my hair for doing highlights,colour,base colour ,hair cut for 250 DHS,later when the highlights were not done but still she charged same amount of money which was completely not fair,she cheated & took the money

Me and my Mom we experience to do the Keratin rebond in Aja 1 Saloon its really excellent customer service.

Very slow action, poor customer service & they are charging a lot. Treatment is not worth it with only a few days effect.
