Had the worst experience ever!Paid 210 dirhams for a manicure& pedicure, i visited just 2 days before my wedding, really messed everything up. When i went back with the concern they were least bothered ! Never ever visit this salon, not if you want your legs or hands to end up like this! Its been a month and still not healed.

I had a terrible experience at this salon two days ago. I went in to get my nails cleaned, but the technician completely ruined them. The staff is highly unprofessional, and despite paying for the full package, the service was unacceptable. If I had known this would happen, I would have stayed away. Ladies, please be cautious and think twice before visiting this place.

I had the experience of receiving their hot oil massage nail extensions massage.The hot oil massage never had oil or massage in it .They took extra 50 bucks for head massage.And separate for hot oil which had no oilAnd then extra 50 for hair spa which should be a part of hot oil.Complete scammers.The nail extensions have sharp ends everywhere and its hurting me.There were cockroaches everywhere.Please do not visit this saloon. Such places should be inspected by the police and closed down .

I visited the Aja Salon to have my hands and feet cleaned, but the woman who attended to me caused cuts on my hands and feet, resulting in bleeding. She assured me the bleeding would stop, but the following day, my foot began to pus, and it has continued for two months now. I returned to the salon to report my complaint, but neither the manager, Wendy, nor the receptionist, Kyla, nor Lisa, the woman with the wound on her leg, took any action. As a result, I am still suffering from pus on my feet. I strongly advise against going to this salon for any treatments, as the staff here lack proper knowledge and the management at Aja Salon in Burjuman Exit 2 is unresponsive and ineffective. This is the worst salon i ever and worst Manager Wendy Receptionist Kyla and Lisa the one who make my manicure and pedicure 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very bad experience, I been there so many times but last time when I visit the salon. I had very bad experience!!! I tell that guy to cut my hair oval shape but he doesn’t understand annd I said ok just cut little only.And when I saw my hair down he cuts a lot!!! You can see in the picture ! There’s no shape at all, he just cut my hair like this??? My hair was long and become like that. I will never forget this, this is so bad and unacceptable at all.Please if you have new staff TRAINE them first properly.

My mom and I often visit Aja Salon at Exit 1 and so far, were happy with their service.Alai always cuts my hair just the way I want it— exactly like the picture I show him👍... and my mom gets her nails done by Amy, who is friendly and cleans carefully.The package prices are reasonable, but the waiting time can be a bit long depending on the day. Overall, wed recommend it

This is my second time visiting Aja salon and this time i am giving them a second chance. Unfortunately for the second time around they have disappointed me again. Came in for a haircut and planning to do my nails but already changed my mind as they made me wait for so long. Will never recommend this salon to my friends. Staff are really not professional. Playing loud music that will not make you relax. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 wouldn’t even give them a star if there is any option.

I visited the BurJuman Exit 1 branch on January 2, 2025 and while the overall service was good, I was disappointed by the attitude of the cashier with short hair (Filipino). She was unapproachable, rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. It’s important for staff to leave personal issues outside the workplace, as their demeanor can greatly affect the experience of clients. Despite my polite approach, her responses were unprofessional and disrespectful.To the management, please provide proper training and guidance to your staff to ensure they maintain a welcoming and professional attitude. It reflects poorly on the establishment when clients are treated in such a manner.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON. They keep on taking in customers and cannot manage services properly. Waited for more than 4 hours without proper services being delivered. One of their haircutters who’s filipino and gay is quite rude. He does not listen to what you are saying and just proceeds to cut your hair that is not what you wanted. They also charge VAT on top of packages. You have to get mad and walk out for them to prioritize you. NEVER EVER TRY THIS SALON!

I had a wonderful experience at this beauty parlor. The ambiance was relaxing, and the Madhira and Anisha, staff were very professional and friendly, they were welcome with smile.But reception 2 lady staff I dont know their name which were too rude tone even not answered with my question, one time I paid from card and payment was 70AED but she deduct 83aed something that time i was hurry, after I notice...just i want to go there because of Mandhira, she has good experience and soft hand eyebrows threading and Fecialthank you Mandhira,I highly recommend her!

If you want your money worth it. I highly suggest go to a salon someone who is knowledgeable and well trained. its not just practicing your hand. I choose not to put nail polish cause its not thorough clean, dry skin from the edge and the old white nail polish still visible. And they cut my long nails to the shortest without asking my permission. So disappointed 😏 BAD SERVICE😤😤😤

Worst service !! The lady keep on pulling my hair with an iron , even I’m complaining 5x times she ignores me and saying that is normal! Even Im in pain !!😣 I have been going 100x to different salon for a keratin and everything so I know what is proper and not! And this is the worst!! 😣 I will not recommend this salon.. 2 times I have been here in AJA salon, i just tried again, maybe it will be different! But no! I’m not always satisfied , I thought maybe the service in other branch is not good but when i came to the main branch it’s even worst !! I’m a customer , I will pay , but they treat me like an enemy instead of saying sorry !! Nothing ! 🙄 my scalp still hurts right now!

Had a bad experience with this branch. For nail treatment, they gave me an inexperienced nail technician who did not clean my nails properly. I wasted 1 hour there only to end up removing the gels on that day. They told me to come back for nail cleaning. The manager gave me flyers to keep, but I lost them. The next week, I returned to get the remaining services for the gels, but the manager said I couldnt because I lost the flyers. She only gave me a 10 AED discount because I needed nail cleaning urgently. The manager is Kabayan, but she did not consider that I wasted my hour, yet she refused to redo the service because I lost the flyers, which only had her signature. it was so unfair.

I’ve been going to this salon for a long time but now it totally changed. Staff are too noisy and loud. Playing very loud music and talking like they dont have customers with them. Lift is terrible! Most of the time it’s not working. I did my eyebrow threading and I clearly explain what I want and it ends up disaster; uneven. The reception even say it’s okay and she cant see anything wrong. The management should seriously change some of the staff here or hire people with good training and customer service. I paid for 120 and it’s really not worth it. Disappointing service!

They have a nice offer aAnd service but last time I went in this salon.one week before my weddind I had a manicure and pedicure here but I experience unforgettable this lady remove the ingron in but she didnt even care the blood is coming out I cant even walk properly that time and no manger there to assist you even I told them my hands and foot are bleeding. And its u forgettable cox I dont have nice nails on my wedding day cox the blood are still stock in my nails and that is the worst I had also hair threading in my eye brow and she didnt do it well I hVe scratch on my face unbelievable.

Worst service ever. Ruined my hair . The staff didn’t have proper idea ahout highlights nor haircut. The colour which i choose at first was completely different from the result. Kept the bleach for long and now my hair looks like i have got gray hairs. Never going back👎🏽

The Salon service is very bad I had to Wash my hair & cut the hair and beginning they told it will cost 30AED, later they charged 70 AED without any explanation .. Just to wash hair & do step cut they made me to wait for 2 hrs , & I was in parlor for 3.5 hrs ...the hair wash was not done properly & also it was done by receptionist . Worst parlor in Dubai

Horrible experience i will never gonna come back again I went for hair color and the result is worst nothing changed when asked to staff they are so rude not coming up with solution they don’t instead they told me I need to mentioned which shampoo I used and that’s was fine for me answer if this was asked at the very first when I haven’t started to color but they mentioned me after need a clear communication time and money both is precious most important is customer satisfaction which i didn’t get they ruined my day …….

I am a regular at Aja Salon since 2020, be it straighning , balyage, root touch up or normal brow dry. I have always trusted Katherineat Aja Salon.Today i came for root touch up & eyebrow, unfortunately I had a very bad experience, a new lady nika was doing my eye brow threading, she plucked out a whole path from the middle of the brows leaving it very weird. Upon confrontation she started lying and refused to let any other person assist to complete the work. Rudely said , its either her who will complete the eyebrow threading for other side or no one else will. I was highly disappointed and would have left if not for Katherine. Katherine stepped in and helped me out as usual. Being experienced & humble shows in the field of beauty, please I request you to train the new employees and teach them etiquette before they try to experiment on clients and rudely refuse to cooperate or assemble the situation.Highly disappointed today!Attached is the photo of the right eyebrow which Ms Nika completely spoiled.

Im super disappointed today with your service. When did it start that hight lights become bleach? I asked for root colour and full red hight lights and i chose the colour though but to my surprise I didnt see any red high lights when it was done. When i asked, they said they had done the bleach and if i want the high lights i need to pay 100dhs. Is this a kind of a joke? I am not stupid not know and differentiate what is bleach and what is high lights besides this is not my first time. In satwa branch they did it perfectly the high lights everytime i visited there and I wasnt ever confused for anything. Please provide your receptionist a training about your service. Its really disappointing! I paid right but i didnt get the right service...😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was given a very bad service by their staff named Venus she washed my hair very bad way ( pulling hair, scrubbing just one side) later she put the steam but didnt ON the switch and got buzy with her mobile. I then had to ask the other staff to give me service. Whereas Venus was not even bothered to check on me or know where her customer is she was buzy with her phone until I left.. extremely bad services and bad attitude.

I got eyebrow threading, was wondering why there was a stinging feeling after, turned out there were small cuts after. The Filipina who cleaned my nails was not also good, had to be reminded that there were still something left inside. This used to be a good salon but the services are becoming worse nowadays.

Just had an haircut in burjuman branch in 5th floor, i was paying 10dhs before for my haircut, but suddenly after my haircut done today the lady told me its 20dhs and i asked her when were they changed the price for the haircut, she telling me for 10dhs is only for trim, i told her i was done before my haircut in same branch but i paid 10dhs only but she still insist the price for 20dhs. i will not comeback to this salon again.

Good experience and great job to the hairstyle, and good job who assisted me in my hair color and the rest of the staffs are polite and always smiling and for sure always checking the comfortable of their customers. Really recommended Salon in Burjuman.

Im dissatisfied with Ginas service – the Filipina lady with short hair and bangs. She seemed inexperienced; another guy had to guide her on choosing the hair color and when to wash. She also cut too much when I asked for a small trim. Her inappropriate talk about colleagues makes me doubt her skills and training. To add, she refused to blow dry my hair and instead asked another lady who was doing my pedicure. I hope the salon addresses these issues for better service.

Worst salon services I ever had. Did my nail extension and lashes. Nail design / color options are limited - even made a DIY design that cost me 20aed more. Which is not worthy by the way. . Lashes are even the worst! Paying for 150aed?! And looks like wearing mascara is even better! I requested for a natural look lashes , looks promising?! But hell NO! Still Looks like my normal lashes!! Few hair strands and even falls off as soon as I left the salon! 😤 Would definitely NOT recommend. please look for another salon you guys! 🤦‍♀️👎🏻

This salon doesnt even deserve a 1 star!!!!!WORST SALON in Dubai ever!!!I asked them if waiting time won’t take much time they said it will not. So I patiently waited. To cut the story short I was entertained after 1an hour and 15mins!!!!!!!!!Not only that the service was a shame! All their cuticles are so cheap and dry!!!! They asked me to choose and when I already chosen the one I picked was almost dry!What they did they don’t have alternative color since that’s the only color I like so they put a cuticle remover to soften it! What a cheap salon!!!!!!You’ll pay 70 aed for 5 services then they will ask if you need to color your nails, come on obviously!!!! Then to my surprise they asked me extra 5 aed for that! Wooooww!!! I should have bring my own cuticle!No disposable slippers so I have to use my bare foot to walk, plus they recycle the plastics they use for hair coloring!!!! They will just wash and use it again!!! My goodness where is the proper hygiene!!!!If you value time and money you should not go to this Salon!!! Poor service!!!!!

Really disappointed from the behaviour of salon manager Nina is really rude. That’s not how you behave with customer she is not professional at all. Don’t even know how you talk to your customer . Very disappointed. I waited for 1 hour for a hair cut, and they dont even know how to entertain a customer. The lady in the reception reminded one guy staff for 3 times that I am for hair cut but I just waited 1 hour for nothing. Just because I only went for a hair cut you will let customer wait for 1 hour. 🥴🥴🥴

Please don’t visit this salon.Got my hair smoothened, saying it’ll last for 6 months to a year. After the first wash it became super frizzy, I even got it coloured which faded away after 3-4 washes.They asked me to come back to the salon but I don’t want any further treatment on my hair it’s already damaged.

The salon though looks lovely , the services provided are not up to the mark, specially if you take package, the only salon where hair spa is just hair wash with conditioner and pedicure is without any scrub or cleaning of feet unless you have taken foot spa as well. I would suggest to avoid this place.
