AJA BEAUTY SALON SATWA BR.

I recently visited Aja Salon Satwa (Sunday) for their brunch services, and unfortunately, I left quite disappointed. I opted for nail extensions, but to my dismay, they started falling off the very next day. The application was not only subpar, but the overall cleanliness during the service left much to be desired. Additionally, I had my eyelashes done, and they also failed to meet my expectations; they looked unpolished and were easy to fall out. Overall, my experience was far from satisfying, and I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this visit.

I visited AJA Salon, Al Satwa branch, to get my hair rebonded, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff member April, who worked on my hair did an amazing job — she was not only skilled but also very kind and attentive. The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing and made the experience even better.This isn’t my first time visiting AJA Salon, but today, I felt compelled to leave a review because I am especially satisfied with the excellent service. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for quality hair treatments and great customer care!

They took extremely good care of my daughter’s hair and cut exactly to specification. Kind, patient and skilled staff (esp the gentleman with the blonde curly hair - sorry I didn’t catch your name). Excellent value to boot. Our first time here due to personal recommendation - it is hidden away on the first floor of the Al Maya building where you wouldn’t expect to find such a bright salon. Will return again to try other services on the basis of this first visit. Thank you so much 😍

Very bad service, and they don’t know how to value their customers. So disappointing, even the manager don’t know how to talk with the customers. It’s like it’s my mistake? And saying that “it’s only me who was not satisfied and all of them was satisfied”. Then who should be satisfied? The client itself right?

Worst salon experience I ever had. I went for only hair wash for the first time. The girl was literally scratching my head instead of massage. and after that, may be she was on hurry and she almost burn my hair in the name hair dry.I have one suggestion for salon authority please hire experience, dedicated and careful employees.Thanks

Iam a regular guest of aja sallon but why you are adding tax in the payment, and most of the salon they are tax free, Getting extra charge for tax without giving reciept to your customer. I hope this will take your attention, but in services very good staff are friendly and Im satisfied, specially Jenny I keep on coming back because of her. Thanks

If you want affordable prices, go there... the service is okay, but the only thing I did not like it ... why do I have to pay for tax???

I was been long time for this saloon in almost 3 yrs until now im very happy and contented and comfortable for there services all the staff and very friendly and i know them very well ❤️❤️❤️ everything wht u want to let them to. Do are perfectly amazing 🥰🥰🥰😋 they are cared you properly. You can feel and see there effort to make you happy of there services … 🙏🙏🙏. Im not recommending this saloon for any hair services because they doesnt care what client wants and need. The worst part is the saloon manager who is handling there,is not professional at all. She have no idea to handle the clients and explain the services before they do. Me and my sister we are in this field for yearsAnd didnt have such bad experience ever. They damaged our hair totally without any responsibility. Its really unacceptable and we are really disappointed.

It was my first time to give a bad review which I will not recommend this saloon. The staff lack of knowledge, one staff member jumped to another customer without checking whether it was time to wash, which was scary as it might damage the hair. And my hair colour is not Even, some part of my hair has still black, They were not accommodating, and it took so long because no one was attentive. Bad service and lack of knowledge it’s damaged the hair.

Ive been visiting Aja beauty salon for quite some time now and my favourite manicurest is Motu. Shes a happy girl and always ready to do the best on her work. Shes so professional with her job I would recommend her to my friends any day

This is the worst salon ever!!!I had such a bad experience with them, I went to do keratin + rebonding then highlights. After they did the first two things my hair still curly!!! Then they applied again but again curly although I did it from one year in another salon and it was perfect.And another day I went to do highlights and I selected the color already, then I surprised its totally different!!! Then they apologized and did it again!!!!!I literally wasted 3 days with them and I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied.Please don’t do the same fault and choose the low prices, because this means low products quality also.

I will not recommended this salon,to anyone,I do to them Botox and straight, with colour, they told me to come back after 3 days and I told them I will come late but they told anytime I can come and after 3 days I come and the staff dont have manners and dont know how to explain the client,I pay for my hair,but she just told me to wash by myself, excuse me I have appointment that I have cut and wash and cellophane for my hair they they told me to wash by myself,why I pay them if they can do they work, and even one sorry to hair from the manager I dont know who the one answering my call when I complain, if you can handle your customers properly dont recommended your shop, because we came in your shop because we are trusting,but now, I dont want to recommended you anyone anymore,,,, and my hair now also not look like Botox with traight I waste my time for this salon, no manners staff and not good service,

I have been coming here for the past few months and the services are all good. They have different packages for all your needs whether its for your nails, hair or facial. I commend Motu for always making my nails pretty. 💅🏼😍🤩

Very bad service. They forced me to ho tk their salon. Made me wait long time. And the gellish polish they dis was so bad. It is npt properly treated so it was removed immediately. This is irritating!!!

I came before 2 days and they put for meeyelash extension the sirilanka lady was so kind and polite but the lady which has got pink hair she was so rude after they make the extension its so painful and she usedcheapest glue and I cant see by my eyes all the night and its red till now and I go doctor directly cause I hadMy eyes have become very sensitive and inflamedAnd I cant see clearly right nowReally its soo bad experience I got it and this pink hair lady soo rude she shout into my face and she switch off the light for salon to obligate me to go out even I cantsee and walk alone that timeThey take 50 aedI take shower and came next day and go to another salon and they put medicine to take it offIts not good take care for your guest and check your staff before open salon

I traveled for quit far to come on this salon but unfortunately so bad service , I did rebonding with Botox package , pedicure , I bring my friend to do the package as well . In the end I was really disappointed when I came backs after 3 days for some pending treatment which included with the package , I’ve waited for 20 minutes and no one is assisting or no one is willing to assist when everybody are busy with their own bussiness and mobile .No one care with the customer . If I’m the owner wasting to pay salary for this people . To owner , seems I’m begging for your staff service when I’m paying for it . Hope you look into this .

The floor manager in Satwa Branch is not attentive..I asked already how much the price and we agree then after done their services I pay and I go out in salon...and one of the staff running after me cos they say they forgot something I need to pay..what is this???after we agreed how much I pay for all and after that need to pay more...I will not come back anymore..

Worst customer service experience booked appointment for simple blowdry and pedicure had to wait for 1 hour for blowdry receptionist didnt not acknowledge my appointment despite calling her over 6 times and asking to get blowdry in the end got a rough blow dry and left in disappointment

Yolly is the best for me for nail and annie is the best for eyelashes I truly recommended those two person to my all friend
