My go-to place for any nail services!!RM and Kanchana have been such wonderful artists in creating my perfect set of nails for every occasion!

Kabita did my eyelash extension very well. She suggests the length that best suits me. It looks so good in my eyes. I love her service and I will definitely be back in this salon.

Price worth the service!!!Ruined my nails!!!My 2nd time in this salon Tecom branch, as well as to be disappointed!!! They just sent me an offer in WhatsApp about their 50% National Day offer. So i thought about giving another chance!! As expected, really regret it!!! The technician assigned to me named ANISHA doesn’t know how to do her job!!! (As experienced Supervisor in well brand salon) I informed them that i have tips extensions, she took almost 2 hours to just remove it!! Using drill and foil together at the same time she tried to remove it by force using her tools and i kept telling her it’s painful!!! Till i lost my hop and just told her to stop it and didn’t go on for the service i booked. After the terrible service i went to the cashier and inform the receptionist what happened again another poor and disappointed from the service… she just kept saying excuses about my nails instead of apologizing!!! As I went to her calm and still willing to pay!!! Please enhance your services and train your staff properly not to keep having complaints and losing clients!!!PS. My first experience was cuticles are not removed properly, polish applications are total mess with shadows!!! Never again🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Mention to Yhen the only humble staff there who apologized and wants to make out with me from what happened.

Amazing service, great place to visit. Tried almost all services here.You should try the packages all together.waxing and the hair wash/blow dry on a high level.For the waxing Im recommending to ask for Kabita.Try their mask package for 100 aed as well.

I recently visited this salon for a package that included a hair spa, pedicure, foot spa, underarm waxing, eyebrows, and upper lip treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.The technician who performed my upper lip waxing used improper wax and burnt my skin. She applied regular hand wax with strips, which resulted in severe burns and marks on my face. This is completely unacceptable for a professional salon.Additionally, while the pedicure technician was friendly, the service was far from satisfactory. My feet are now rougher than before, and I ended up with multiple cuts.Overall, the quality of service was subpar, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope they address these issues to prevent future customers from having similar experiences.

Price is cheaper compared to other salon and maybe it equates the services. Pedicure made me bleed. Foot spa is not even done properly. My hair was bleached too much I lost streaks. Came around 12noon and i went out 8pm.I feel like a huge waste of time was spent in waiting as the staff is doing multiple clients at a time. Water is very hot when they were washing my hair and soaking my feet.If you want cheap, this is the service you should expect. Even if you booked ahead your whole day will be spent there waiting with very unsatisfactory results.Should I recommend? NO.

This is my go to place for my monthly gelish manipedi. Staff are very accomodating and friendly, price is very affordable too. I recommended this salon to my family, friends, churchmates and colleagues too. I only choose RM and Shishi to do my nails and Ahn for my son’s haircut. ☺️

Worst service!I came for keratine rebonding but the staff did protein on my hair! And asking more money to do the rebonding! Very disappointing! The staff are fighting because they don’t have enough equipment! I came and come out with the same hair! For what I came in this salon! 🙄 Definitely! I WILL NOT COME BACK!

Their diamond facial was just horrible, dirty and filthy cloth been used on face and dirty towels, even they made my eyebrows just so thin though I asked her to just do the cleaning. Never going back for sure,

It is the worst saloon I have ever seen , I went for hair color and hair cut and they just cut too much as they like and Im very ashamed to go out with this hair , now I cant even fix my hair .Hair is the most beautiful part for ladies and that hair they just spoiled it, everyday I feel too hard to go and work with this hair . Although the service regarding hair is good, and place is neat and tidy with the accomodating staff, i gave 2 star as i had a worst body massage long way back, paid for an hour massage, but the whole time while she did my massage, the lady is on the phone, video calling her family, lights cant be dim and she did not cover me, only when i lay flat she did, very unprofessional, i still come to the sallon once in a while but never for massage anymore.
