I previously had very bad experience with waxing(especially Brazillian Waxing) in all the places i went to- Until i came across Jannat!! She is amaizing! And she knows exactly what she is doing! She is very kind as well! Highly recommend her! I didnt feel anything - and i was in and out!!Overall- the hospitality is great, but the nail ladies need more training!! I have had better Nails done for a lesser price!

I loved the quality and service of the employees. I got my polygel classic extensions done by Karen and she was very kind, respectful and so helpful because I was getting my nails done the first time. She was very methodical and made sure that the nails were perfect. I definitely recommend this salon!

The lady who braided my hair is very good! She is very gentle and asks me which style I want. I have been to the salon 3 times and every time I leave feeling very satisfied and happy with the outcome of my hair and nails.Highly recommend the service here the stylists are friendly and professional!

This salon is wonderful! The staff is lovely and the view is amazing. After a terrible experience at another salon that ruined my hair, the staff at Akiba came to my rescue and made me feel beautiful again. Ive been coming here for almost a year for root touch-ups and protein treatments.

I went there twice for washing and brushing. Both times the service was professional and very attentive to my needs. It was a welcoming atmosphere and I felt very well taken care of. My hair was well cared for by Helene. The result looked gorgeous every time and the brushing lasted very long. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Absolutely the best braids Ive ever had. Superb job. I did box braids that looked amazing, lasted a long time and to be honest, I really miss having them. Only reason I reluctantly took them out was to give my thin, soft curls a rest. Will definitely be re doing then in a couple of months. Would highly recommend!!!!!

My appointment was at 2 pm on 28th March, I went there on time she was dealing me but suddenly at 4 pm one client came up and she left my work to deal other client I waited and slept for an hour after that again she started my work again other client came up and she left my nails this same thing happens 4 times. I texted their staff this is not the right thing to deal with the customers but they never responded me back. I can even upload the screenshot of the messages anyways.I dont even wanna rate 1 star. Nail services are so pathetic, quality is so poor within 2 days nails left the skin. Staff is not good and cooperative. Highly disappointed and dont recommend anyone to get done your nails from this Salon.A big NO. ❌

The Salon is very Neat and Clean , the staff is really good and friendly. They did best job on Meni pedi (m super happy with their services - ask for Carin and Ruvee - girls are supergood ) i would really recomend the Hair Dresser - Jannat - she is excellent :) she gave me totally new look :) i always have very good exp in this salon- Highly recomend

Had my keratin hair treatment, and it was an amazing experience! The salon is neat, staff are friendly and professional specially Elena & Karin who took care of me, products are safe and organic! This could be my best keratin experience so far! Definitely trying other services in my next visits.

The ladies are very patient and thoughtful.The hot oil treatment and head massage was out of this world. Amina’s eyebrow threading was also painless. The first I have experienced one of this kind. I am definitely planning to try all the other services soon.
