Appreciate the fact that they made effort to accommodate me on New Year’s eve, and i enjoyed the result but it took 3h15 for a mani pedi due to limited staff on the day. Happy with my service will take the Aroma Combo again!

I’ve recently had a filler hair treatment for damaged hair in this salon with a beautiful specialist named Brianka. First of all, I want to say right away, Brianka is amazing, you can tell right away that she knows what she’s doing. So you can definitely trust her with your hair.The filler treatment took quite a long time, much longer than expected. But the hair looked soooo good after it. I added before & after photos.I was told that for best results the treatment must be repeated twice a month ideally. I don’t think I can do it as often, but maybe with every trim would be beneficial. I have now washed my hair 2-3 times after the treatment, and I believe my hair still feels softer and fuller than before the session, but it is slowly weaning off.The salon has quite a nice atmosphere. It’s clean & well designed. Lots of free parking outside is a bonus.

Low price for gel nail removal is that way because they use the machine to do it faster which greatly damages the nail to become thinner. The problem is I asked the staff member not to, and if there was any alternative, but she didn’t understand or speak English well. Will go next door to Chitra’s for a slightly more expensive but much healthier and customer-centric approach where the staff care for the best outcome and your interest, not theirs.Other than that, the decor inside the salon is great.

After searching multiple salons around Jaddaf, Aksha Salon didn’t disappoint. Excellent quality of service from hair to nails; And with 💯 satisfaction with the staff’s friendliness and commitment in achieving customer’s needs. Sanju was a great masseuse, I have travelled to many different countries and explored different five star spas, her technique was just as good.She also did a great job during my pedicure.However, the salon itself must improve their massage room, there is too much background noise and isnt ideal for a relaxing atmosphere. I would also recommend some internal refurbishments.

I get my hair color done from AKSHA. Brianka and Lata are my stylists . And they both do an amazing job . When I started off with AKSHA , Brianka was always doing my color , once I had a hair emergency and went to AKSHA , unfortunately that day Brianka was off . That’s when I met Lata . She did a brilliant job too . I dint have the nightmare of stylists guessing my hair color or forcing their colors on me . They both cater to my likes and comfort . One of the worst salon I have ever been to.I did hair smoothening in the month of March. On the fourth day after the wash my hair curled back in some areas which gave a weird look. As everyone knows smoothening is done to hair to make it straight for 6-8 months.To fix this issue they did hair keratin on my hair which stayed not more than a month. Again in the month of June my entire crown hair started to curl. When I went to inform them this issue. They were not even ready to look at my hair what the problem was. Not even as a part of respecting the customers they bothered to listen or look at my issue. Instead they started to blame my hair saying it’s dry and colored which is absolutely untrue.Their after service is poor, the staff is not professional enough to behave with customers. Their price is too high for the cheap services they do. The staff at the salon have no manners. Only if you are doing pricy services they treat you well.Never visit this salon. It’s simply overpriced but not worthy for our hard earned money.

Well, my recent visit to this salon was a huge letdown, to be honest. First off, their staff seriously needs some training or maybe even a complete overhaul. The manicure and pedicure services they offer are way too pricey for the quality you get. Its like they dont even know the ABCs of nail shaping – I ended up with cuticles that bled!And dont even get me started on their body massage. Ive had massages all over the place, but this was hands down the worst one ever. They charge a fortune for it, but its like they have no clue how to give a decent massage.Oh, and the hairwash and blow dry? Well, they managed to break a ton of my hair in the process.Even their facials, which used to be decent, have taken a nosedive. Its a bummer because they used to be good. But now, theyre just as bad as the rest of their services. I mean, come on, youre paying premium rates here, but they cant even deliver basic quality.

She took the time to listen to exactly what I want, looked at my reference pictures, gave me her suggestions and tips for maintaining my hair strength and even gave me styling tips.The staff is really polite, and clearly very well trained. Quality of service is impeccable and overall the vibe of the place is really relaxing. They use really high quality products, and are super gentle and never in a hurry to get a service done with. I was visiting Dubai and needed a facial and some other treatments. Googled near Jaddaf and came across this salon with very high ratings. Thought to give them a try. I’ve visited many spas and salons but the experience here was something else. Briyanka ( hope I spelled that right!) who answered my call was so professional, her attitude and her voice so calming, I said yes to a hydra facial, mani/pedi and waxing. Pavithra did my facial. Took her time, made me comfortable and gave me a facial which left me so relaxed that I took the rest of the day off!The pedicure! The massage after! Every treatment was fantastic. I wanted to get a massage from the lady who did my waxing (Ayaan I think) but I couldn’t make it. I will be visiting Dubai often enough and will make this salon my first stop at each visit. What I loved about this place was the ambiance and the fact that the owner has brought ladies from different areas along with their expertise. I am very surprised to see high praise for this salon as I had just the opposite experience. I had gone in to do my nails for the 1st time to this salon - simple procedure- removal of hard gel and manicure with normal polish. This turned into a 2.5 hr marathon. Heres my experience1) technician given to me was not experienced in doing nails. They kept switching between two ladies, the 1st one started and midway handed over to another lady who is primarily a masseuse and said she cannot use the nail filing machine as her hands are shaking after doing massage. Why give me someone whose exhausted?2] they kept filing my nail even though i said its v harsh on the nail bed and to use the machine for quick results. I had a change over between filing and aluminim foil soak atleast 5 times with constant struggle3) it took them 2 hrs to remove this [a 30 min procedure max]. Nail polish put in is chipped already- its been 2 days only since the service. The technicians just wrnt trained well enough.4) salon is dated, not well equipped [salon seats have a wobbly feet stand that moves anytime u try to use it] and people seem v unsure about their skill set.Mind you, i have been doing nails for years and hence v surprised at poor serviceTwo stars for the staff that is actually very nice and tried to accommodate me but honestly I will not be going back.

I just can say , OMGit was the worst nail work that i have ever seen!And after finishing when i told them that i don’t like my nails, easily said this is not our problemIf the quality and result are important for you, don’t try this salon

The interiors and ambience of this salon is really good.My Pedicure was well done by Vidya.

The staff were great communicators and were happy to assist with my needs. They were very caring throughout the whole service. Hammam was great but my hair was not washed properly and after blow dry it still felt very sticky. I would go back to have Hammam but without the hair washing part as I had to wash it again afterwards which washed my money and time.
