My brush got stuck and I went to this salon to ask for help! Ms. lea,sheila and bernadette were amazing , they are very accomodating and solved my problem! Thank you ladies I really appreciate your help!

Receptionist lea and the one who make eyebrow liesel They are truly very kind, skilled, and extremely helpful. The customer service is exceptional, and both of them are so lovely. It was honestly a very enjoyable experience with them. Even Aisha, who did my Moroccan bath, was absolutely outstanding.

I have been visiting this salon since its open in DSO, Staff is professional, and recently, i had done some services with Liezel . She really makes you comfortable and does an excellent job.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service in this salon DSO branch. It is my first time experience and I didn’t have any expectations. I did a Moroccan Hamam with Aicha and she was fantastic super attentive and polite. Same with The a hair blow dry the hair stylist took her time and she was kind and did a great job. then a manicure, the technician was meticulous and did a fantastic job. Contradictory to many places they usually ask to leave a review. But today it was not the case. I felt I have to share this honest great experience. Super happy. And highly recommend.

One star for the cleanliness, one for the great facial expert, one for the super Morocan Bath lady; best I tried so far, one for the wax expert, one for the mani-padi, and the last star is for the overall friendly team. Such a great team. I hope that they are well paid because they are running the salon as if they own it.👍👍👍👍

I am a customer of this salon, but unfortunately their treatment has become bad and when I go to get a service I take a Moroccan bath because frankly, she is a wonderful person and her service is amazing and I never forget it and how bad their treatment was regarding hair, to the point that they do not even have a hair brush . I asked a Filipino girl and she said: “We don’t have it!!!!??? Why is this behavior? Because with the Moroccan bath service, hair drying, I did not get it also

I’m going to this salon since years for nail service they are perfect specially ArlyneBut in the hair staff they have one hairdresser (amani) Tunisian she is unprofessional doesn’t want to work! I booked appointment for blow dry and when i arrived she wanted to let her colleagues to do it and the receptionist was pigging her to work when i saw that i was shocked so she accepted in the end to do my hair but i refused and left the salon! There is hundreds of the salon in DSO and i don’t want to deal with one like her !

Services were good so i ignored staff’s rude behavior. Especially the hairstylists. Ukrainian lady is horrible. But on January 1st 2023 I promised myself not to go back to this salon. Clara is the only staff who knows customer service. I thought Amanda was good during my first service but she was no different from others.

Visited occasionally the Salon and experienced amazing services they offered,Amani an professional hairdresser which offer haircuts, chemical treatments, permanent hair extensions, and hair colouring.Highly I do recommend her

I have done moroccan bath in the salon it was a great experience the moroccan lady was so friendly. I recommand because the service is good and I will visit again for sure.

The quality of the services is just passable, but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment for this place. Doing a manicure once they did not use a base coat and my nails became yellow. A few times that I called and tried to book a massage for the same day there were no appointments available, which isnt surprising for the same day but once they told me that they could book me an appointment a week for that day and another time they told me that they dont know when I can have an appointment as the lady doing massage works in another sore and is on vacation. They offer a service that they can not provide. All in all I will not be trying to get any appointments there in the future.

The receptionist’s way of booking is a joke. I’ve booked an appointment for manicure and hair dying, when I arrived she said that nobody can do my nails because she assigned me to someone who did it previously (I never asked her to do that), and she wasn’t there yet, plus the lady who used to do my hair she isn’t working on that day. Basically none of the services that I’ve booked for was provided. It was pointless to make a booking. I waited 20 minutes for the lady to do my manicure and she didn’t come, so I left. I wasted my time, and I never requested for anyone specific to do my nails. The only thing they lost is a loyal customer.

I tried their protein treatment and I am not happy with their product and also specialist.I will recommend Marfa only for mani padi and hamam.Their speciality is very unprofessional, even after 1 month, my scalp have flakes of dandruff. Baby hair are still same.

They did the makeup for the weeding of my son. I asked for something natural looking but instead I ended with a white mask with a spooky look. In the weding pictures It look like a have a white butterfly on my face. Really very bad experience. I really want my money back. They ruine my night. Also they are very slow and baddly organized. The person that did the makeup wasnt in place on time and they kept me waiting with no respect to the clients time and schedule. I was also late for the weeding. After the makeup it wasnt any person available to groom and style my short hair. I dont recommend this place. Very amateur. I want a full refund.

They distroyed my hair with their offer protein i had to go another place and chop it off.. its damaged from the roots .. i cannot comb it its like a broom and every time i comb my hair breaks… my friend booked me for protein and when i called to complain about the result they said they did botox!!! I shouldnt have done my hair . Rude staff

I used to go to this saloon for few months, I usually do blow-dry manicure and pedicure all were OK till I decided to do eyelashes extension and it was the worst experience I have ever had.The lady was breathing in my face even I asked her to wear her mask properly twice and she was very slow almost 3 hours to finish just one eye.. I couldnt continue especially that her hands were smelling garlic and I didnt like her work after all that patience.I asked the recipionst to arrange another lady since I was not satisfied with anything she refused and asked me to pay because I am the one who decided to stop. Of course I didnt pay and asked her to contact me to her boss but she refused and she insisted that I pay... I was super angry especially that I used to give extra money and tips every time I go. also I spent 6 hours from 12 to 6 pm for such a bad service LOST OF TIME AND MONEYthe recipionst was rude she didnt even apologize or try to help me out I told her I will not come again she was like OK dont come!!!

I used to be a customer for long years there. But due to the negative attitude lately and the bad atmosphere I won’t come again ..the technician was rude to me and they didn’t even apologize or do something to compensate!!we go to saloon to relax and revive our vibes ! So I don’t recommend it at all ..

My favorite beauty salon on Dubai. Great location always you can find parking, huge and clean salon, girls are very talented and kind, they do them job with love. Im highly recommended.

My experience was very bad ,I made hammam and was the worst experience I’ve ever hadThe lady in the reception said I can come at 8pm ,I came the lady said that they have a client and I will start at 9 so I said it’s fineI did other services and I was waiting , 10pm came and I didnt enter I was reviving the receptionist she was lying that the hammam lady will be done in a few , in this time a told her once I finish at 11 is someone be there to just dry my hair not blowdry , she said ok , if there is no hairdresser (because they finish normally at 10) she will be the one who dry it for me ,When I finished Tunisian hairdresser was there with another client she didn’t even answer my question ,I asked for a simple brush to brush and try to dry my hair myself because I m sick and cannot go out with a wet hair ,she was so rudeUnfortunately this experience I would never imagine that I can have it in dubai,especially that in UAE we are used to the good services .

I have done moroccan bath with Aysha, it was an amazing great experience, like i have never done Moroccan bath before. The staff are friendly and the service was great, of course i will visit again.

I booked an appointment a day before for manicure and pedicure. I got a call just 3 mins before my appointment asking if could come 1 hr late since the ladies assigned werent free .. this is so disappointing and unprofessional.

Very poor management. Took appointment for 6pm. Confirmed twice but got call at 5:30 pm that they cant accommodate. This is not happening first time with me . Everytime happens.
