Today I went around in my area in Hor Al Anz ,just to check out a clean good salon .apparently after visiting few of the salon ,I did not like many of them ,as they were just very down graded .so .after few yards I saw Al marfa salon ,and decided to just visit and see the hygiene and build of the salon .as I was going around the salon , a lady suddenly appeared,I guess the owner ,in front of me mocking at me and acting in front of me as if I am not worth the salon .absolutely rude and bad ,showing me that I did not have manicure and pedicure as my nails were not polished ..I seriously dont want to to waste my, time ,after reading so many bad comments and added up one more from my side .absolutely bad attitude

I visited this Salon at Dubai Silicon Oasis. The service was amazing. It was my fav go to Salon...but It was very astonishing when I visited the branch in Hor Al Anz. Cheap owner with cheap Staff. Disrespectful nd very unprofessional. I choose a particular color for my hair she dyed a hair different color, I told her the color looks different she said let me blow dry your hair then it will show. I complained at the reception and she confessed we didnt have the color you wanted so I did one closest to it! I asked for hair conditioning she used a small Ampule (serum) in the name of hair conditioning. I got scammed.Cheap owner with cheap Staff. I Will never visit this branch again.

Exceptionally unprofessional staff at the reception/cashier.Needless to say the salon owner is incredibly negligent towards customer and service to them.Despite of raising my issues then and there with the reception regarding hair stylist damaging my hair during keratin application, not only didnt the cashier bother lodging a complaint but on top of that she pertly charged me for inferior hair keratin service.I insisted the owner be contacted on the spot and a solution be found for my damaged /burnt hair, however, owner did not seem to care of her salons reputation. My complaint was not attended to.The cashier promised to have the owner (Fairouza) contact me the next day to discuss the issue. However, its been a week since I sent photos of my damaged hair and clear instructions on keratin bottle regarding safe usage of the product on hair, till date neither the salon staff nor the owner have troubled themselves to apologize or even respond to my Whatsapp complaint.Apparently, the staff and the owner have reneged from their promise to find a solution for my discolored hair that the hair stylist in their salon has caused. I should have not even paid a penny until I had someone from the salon contact me.This salon, its staff and owner dont deserve a single star rating.

Its generally nice but the massage left my body aching which is disappointing considering the total amount I paid was a lot and the lady doing it was making unsolicited comments about my body and other things, I get that she meant no ill intent but honestly it kinda ruined the experience for me, however the manicure was nice and the lady doing the henna is very talented.

I asked for styling my hair with specifications for adding volume at the roots of my hair and showed an image with my expectations. The lady said yes and asked if I would like a wash- I said I have washed in the AM and do not want a wash because I got only an hour of time. she began working on styling my hair without a wash. At the end she mentioned she couldn’t do what I asked for because my hair was not washed at the begnning of the styling. I raised my concern with the owner who is a very arrogant and unprofessional woman. Instead of improving her staff’s communication skills based on the feedback I provided she was immensly defensive when I asked her why she didn’t communicate this before beginning the work that my expectations could not be met without a wash. And she just kept saying I can wash now when I had clearly communicated at the beginning my outcome expectation and time limits.Obviously this salon offers far from professional service. If you are woman with little expectations who had low standards from work you will be happy with this place. But if you are an organised, professional person with expected standards and outcomes- you will be left disappointed.The owner doesn’t care about customer service. This is apparent from her defensiveness and charging a full value on a treatment which was not delivered to the expected standards in spite of clear instructions that was given before beginning the procedure.Note to owner: please fix your attitude. You are what you are because of your customers! Your arrogance stinks!

Mirfa Salon is a very clean salon with professional female employees as well as a Moroccan bath. There is a brilliant Filipina in one of the best salons for getting eyelashes and nails done. The female employees there are also very friendly. Honestly, it deserves ten stars.

Yesterday I did a service for 105 dirhams and my card did not work. I promised them that I would come back tomorrow.The owner of the salon, Fayrouza, called me and treated me in a rude manner and hung up the phone in my face due to a delay of 105 dirhams for less than 14 hours. I had a hair color that turned out to be bad. Also, the Russian woman who did my hair spoke to me with the utmost lack of taste, and she was the one who made a mistake and did not know how to give me the color that I asked of her. Seriously, it is not professional at all, and the loss of the money she spent on my hair made me pay 1200 dirhams for a disgusting color.
