Kim is excellent with hair....i trust her with her great vision and knows what she is doing. 6 long years with Kim and she always ensures she does the best with my hair...be it hair colouring or blowdrying or an oil massage or a haircut! Excellent Kim!!! Keep up the great work always 🙂 I have been a regular customer for the past 6 plus years and the great customer service keeps me coming here for more.Did my nails with Furli (Nepali girl) who is brilliant at her work. Does what is told and is extremely careful. My pic doesnt do justice to the good work she did🙂 i trust her with my pedicure too. She is very good with head oil massages and can recommend her hands down anyday. Been my go to for the past 3 plus years..great job Furli!

They use substandard products and then blame the customers,demanding the customer should pay for the nail polish! A normal pedicure takes 2 hours here, and even then the nails don’t dry, I wake up with my toes stuck to my sheet… which salon advises you to not wear closed shoes for a whole day? Even they don’t trust the products they use! Won’t be surprised if they use fake products ! I’ve never had this experience with any other salon, not to mention the arrogance of the staff and the owner…An absolute waste of time and money!

Very unprofessional. Had to wait 40 for the eyelash technician to show up. So if u have nothing to do with ur time, come and book an appointment here.

Best salonI did eyelash extention , my nails , my hair all the girls are very sweet and their work is amazing , prices are really good comparing to other salon and the service is high standard

I had done my worst nail in another saloon.After I got here i felt so welcomed and everyone were so sweet. I have posted before and after pic of the old saloon and after I came to al Nahda beauty centre I couldn’t be anymore happier ❤️

I used to love this salon but today I had a terrible experience, just check the photo and see how I left after the pedicure, YES THIS IS THE AFTER :O the girl cut me so much at the point of bleeding.Also ruby who was doing my manicure should drop the attitude and speak more politely to customers.

I did my morrocan bath with ashwa i don’t remember her name she was really good and my massage with other girl her hand is too much powerful i slept totally. And my nails with deferent person every time i went there i am totally happy cz all of them are very professional.. even do the price is always change still i keep on coming Al nahda beauty salon

Terrible service, 7-10 days after putting hard gel on my nails they started to rise up and crunch from the sides ( I don’t wash dishes by hand, I don’t use sanitizer) they refused to try to fix it saying “we can only fix it 3days after you’ve done it”, I paid my services 350dhs that day… And bare in mind I used to come every 3weeks there, TERRIBLEAVOID IT.

The constant chatter and gossiping in your face by the staff is so unprofessional and the manager also has the same mannerisms. Never been more uncomfortable & wanted to run-out of a place more than I did when I was here. and she didnt fix the acrylic extension gel properly, i have space between my nails. would not recommend.

Kim is an amazing hairstylist... She did my haircut nd she always does a very good job. To begin with, she washed my hair so nicely as if it feels like your own mom is doing is for you. She is very polite and humble..People do remember the way you make someone feel and I think she is one of the ladies who gives her hundred percent to provide the best for the customers.Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Service is not consistent: manicurist are being moody, work was done depending on their mood on the day. Pricing is not transparent either. I’ve been to this salon since the first day when it opened, never been so disappointed…

I also got my fingers cut. For the first time. It hurt so bad tears came rolling down. When I told her once she cut me she just went on and on. Finally I just told her to go away.Purli(Nepali girl) is my favourite out of all. She listens and does exactly what I want with great care... but no way I will let anyone else do a manicure from here.

Totally recommend never change it they do everything professional and very kind stuff i recommend kulzam she is the best hairdresser she knows exactly what goes whith your hair and face shape whith a good experience in dubai and plus she can do good a lot of thing (waxing and facial as well.. ) try her you will never regret

Visiting here every once a month for nail and pedi.Most of staffs were nice.Just do not have any massage, zero professional skills.

Worst experience ever. Even though I called to book an appointment and told them that I only want the shellac from my toes to be removed and new one to be applied, the girl started doing pedicure till I stopped her and told her to do what I asked. My nails were damaged since I asked for oval shape and she did the almond shape (gel). Then she had to redo my nails but it was too late since my natural shape of nails was damaged. I told her 5 times that Ι wanted nude color with ombre gold glitter on the nail tips, but she used the initial whitish one she showed me even though I had said no. No big deal since she only did one nail, however the nude I chose was out of stock and I ended up paying so much money for sth completely different than I had asked for. On top of that they wanted to charge me for pedicure. So unprofessional. Maybe they should consider hiring people who actually speak English so that there is better communication.

I had a great experience today ,girls in manicure /pedicure are so profesionel and welcoming,nice ambience for sure i will come back👌.Ps : this is my favorite salon now for nails and lashes,Swan is the best in ombre nails💕

Been visiting since 2017..This year the Shelac wont last two weeks ..Whereby it used to be before with very good customer service.Now if u give your opinion you are not listened to…So disappointed!

I was referred by a friend n I was not disappointed. I called to book an appointment, the Lady on the line was so friendly. When I got to the salon I was welcomed cordially something that I havent experienced in a long time. A lovely lady Tran was at my service. She did my nails with passion n love. Oh God I havent gotten over my nails... They are Beautiful. The owner of the parlour (I enquired) was so friendly, down to earth n all sort of nice u can think of. There is nothing in this salon to hate plus their services r pocket friendly. Try it n u wount regret, as for me, I have found what I have been looking for. Kudos Al Nadha Beauty Centre...u r the BEST!!

The worst experience in ver todayI have been a regular customer for 5 years and I have been very satisfied before, but of course when some places realize that they started to be well known they started to don’t care about customers’ satisfaction,I have booked my appointment since the morning with Ouy and when i arrived they said someone else will do my nails because Ouy is not available, and they promised me i will have some other good one and it ended up being a disaster..When complaining they called the owner who told them, if she is not happy she needs to come back and fix itWill never come back againWill make sure to warn everyone who thinks to go

First time visiting the salon and I was very surprised to see that they are not following the minimum hygiene requirments. The technician use to spray alcohol on the drill bits and scissors wich is not acceptable at all.This is not the right way to sanitize the salon tools.

I visited this center twice before and both of the times was getting assistance by Vietnamese ladies.2 weeks ago (on 15th Jan) visited this place for haircut. I showed the photo of needed style to hosting lady , she understood and she sent me to one master (Indian or pak nationality), unfortunately doesnt know her name. While she was working I feel that she is doing something not same as previously done by Vietnamese girls and I already expected something not as per my wish :((( .. . At the end of her work I think that even herself can read on my face that I was not satisfied at all. But I cant redo again bcoz was not having time for it. I was said its ok and left... Feel really bad of wasted money & time by giving my hair to such master.I will suggest to ladies to go there only when they have plenty of time , so in case if master will make sometime totally different, someone other can fix it..

Busiest salon on a Thursday, it was my first time for manicure and pedicure and shellac here....must say they do the job well. ms xuan did my shellac (hands) and curi (Nepali girl for feet).....better than beauty connection and streaks in al nahda area

Amazing service for nails, been going there for 2 years now. Affordable price too . One new staff is very rude though which made me not go there for a while but now I ask for a different technician when booking

First time encountered, as i was looking for a best saloon for one stop shop had high expectation after looking at the ambience. Had gone for root hair colouring. The lady ( Kim) started with so much enthusiasm, was really happy thinking that i found a best one, unfortunately at the end when i checked it wasnt proper, infact root was not colored at all, she started saying its bz my previous coloring was not proper😂common, how does that matters, so called owner( not sure) trying to convince me thinking i have no knowledge on hair coloring that some time colour wont come ?? It ws their respo to do and check properly, not explaining with excuses. Then again she applied ,again washed😑😐Again a justification from her side was my hair is not easy🤣🤣Over the phone i was told 150AED, after going there, she said for your hair 200, at the end she said its 210??They need to hire people who can speak and understand english well to avoid any communication gap.Overall i wasnt happy at all.I wont recommend for hair this saloon.

The ladies work well for nails but there is literally no oxygen inside because of the chemicals they use. Also, its hard to find someone who speaks proper English.

Very bad communication over the phone and in person, staff there dont understand english very well—poor service (pedicure and spa pedicure; which is wrapping your legs with a warm wet towel and they let it sit for 10 min, thats the whole spa treatment).

I definitely wont be returning to this salon. I felt so uncomfortable and unhappy about an experience today. I was getting my hard gel removed and the girl who was doing my pedicure kept moving my feet. Due to this, the girl removing the hard gel with her machine began to talk to me in a tone I did not appreciate. She told me to stop moving because she may hurt me whilst removing the hard gel. I told her I am not moving, your colleague keeps moving my feet. After that I felt like walking out, which I should have. She finishes the manicure and then brings the drier that is used for the feet and expects me to put my hands on it. It was just wiped with tissue, not even sanitized. She says she did when I can clearly see she has not. She puts a towel on it for me to put my hands on. After using this towel, the other girl just puts it back on the shelve with the other towels. The armrest was not cleaned where I was seated. They dont time their massages properly. I had a 30min foot massage done and after 20min it looked like she was about to finish. When I told her time is not up, she says oh shes not finished yet.Also, when I entered, the girl who did my pedicure just grabs me like Im her friend. Its Covid times. Need I say more. Anyway, no one understands English so it was pointless complaining. In 19 years of living in the UAE, this is the worst salon thus far. I hope to find a good salon in this area. I guess by trial and error I will find one.

Staff has to learn not to loose the customer. I was ready to pay 350 aed for my new hair extension and also I told them about my monthly expenses for saloon which is good to retain any customer. they want charge for hair wash and blow dry both even though Im paying for hair extension no saloon does that and also they were charging me fixing of hair extension 100 aed I said ok but still they want me to pay for other services like I said hair wash and blowdry . Any saloon wash the hair before putting the extension ..They have lost the customer today coz owner is not available to deal with customer
