I recently visited the salon for a regular service and was disappointed by the lack of clear pricing. The charges for the same service varied, and when I inquired about it, the staff wasnt helpful in providing an explanation. I felt misled and frustrated by the overall experience. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency has discouraged me from returning or recommending the salon to others.

I have been going to this parlour’s main branch from 2017 and have been a regular there. Their branch is also quite good. They have very friendly staff who do their services professionally. I have particularly enjoyed their pedicures, hair and face massages.

We went to get henna done for Eid, and even though the staff was very nice, their henna was not good at all, someone who had no experience with henna started applying it and she couldn’t even copy the given design properly. None of our instructions were followed and a simple design was for AED 30 each even after not giving us the design and standards they claim to have. And then when confronted, the staff acted as if it was our mistake and they lied to us when we asked to talk to manager saying she was out - ironically the manager herself was saying all of this. In short - a very bad and unprofessional experience.

THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!💯👌With all the scamming and fraud in UAE they by far are THE WORST.THEY LIE, DECEIVE, EXPLOIT their CUSTOMERS it wouldve been better if they opened a scamming company real professional in it 🙊👏. And the manager is a real con artist and a professional theif she charged me even extra than whats written on their menu and only did have of the job with promise to complete the service next day and of course she never did wasting not only my time but money, effort and emotionally distressing me( while I am a 8 months pregnant mother). And the only thing I can say is may god be my witness and take justice for me from those who were unfair to me Amen🤲🤲.

I was highly satisfied with the results which lasted longer than my previous experienceI do my regular waxing threading treatment in al saa...There charges are quite reasonable with quality products..Mainly the staff and owner are very friendly and professional... They understand the needs of the customers.. and also give best advises according to the their appearance and looks...
