Hair colour Highlight n streaking is excellent..I get this treatment only in WAFA.By the owner our Lovely Wafa...Since 20 years I am visiting her.Hygiene is exclusive.The entire package is too good.They go for every detailing in all the packages.Its awesome experience..

I have been a regular customer to this saloon for the last 15 years and also my mom and daughter...my 4 stars rate is due to parking in that area which is not always easy...saloon is clean and girls are skilful especially in hair coloring and trimming ...prices are reasonable and fair .. they have wifi in the saloon but unfortunately they accept only cash

It was my first visit, two of us. Good place for waxing. However, manicure and pedicure are bad, this is the first time my big toe bled the next day after a pedicure. Staff Pushpa was insensitive and pushed me to upgrade my package but did not give me upgraded service. She did it in a hurry and kept telling me I dont have time for this even though I had booked my slot in advance and there were no walk ins at that time. They had only 2 staff members in total juggling between 4 clients with varied services. The ambience of the place is good and it seems like a good place for hair services. However the pedicure and manicure services were not up to the mark and I feel I want my money back. Its not appropriate if I have to literally request for every part if the process and not get an explanation on asking questions. They did not accommodate requests and put me in a my way or highway kind of situation, giving more importance to selling the package over actually delivering a quality experience. To top it up they used poor quality nail paint in the end, which means I have to go back home and change it myself. Id rather do my manicure and pedicure myself.

Very bad experience wit wafa salon.. I went for my hand henna on the phone they said henna start from 25 one hand...wen I finish my henna that also not both the side only back side henna they charged me 100 n henna lady told me it will be only 60 but they owner start shouting on that henna lady n said its 100 which is not worth t.to much rude behavioural of owner n staff...

Amazing staff with good talent. They know how to treat the clients and give the best services. Mercy is one of the best staff at Al wafaa.

Hair dyeing and hair drying are excellent, and in addition, the cleanliness is what distinguishes them most in the salon. The owner of the salon is very interested in small details and is very polite with customers. I advise everyone to visit the salon.
