I had decided to treat myself to a relaxing moment by choosing a renowned hammam in DUBAI that offers a variety of services. Upon arrival, I conversed with the Receptionist, a lady from the Philippines, to express my desire for a hammam experience and to inquire about the available services. After being informed of the different offerings ranging from 300 to 1200 dirhams, I requested to see the list to better understand the services. I opted for the Alf Leila hammam, which was supposedly superior to the royal one. Once in the cabin with the assigned employee, I felt a coldness in the air and on the concrete and tiled table, which raised hygiene concerns. The old jacuzzi was not functioning properly, which was surprising. Unfortunately, the Receptionist had already charged my card 1200 dirhams, plus 60 dirhams in taxes, an exorbitant amount considering the location and services provided. Despite the technicians friendly demeanor during the exfoliation, I realized I had fallen into a trap. When I was feeling too cold, she would release scalding steam and then abruptly stop it. Disappointed, I left the premises without using the faulty jacuzzi. When I explained the situation to the receptionists daughter, her mocking smile deeply disappointed me. I advise all women considering a visit to be very cautious and perhaps opt for the entry-level package at just over 300 dirhams, which should be more than sufficient. Its not the money that saddens me, but rather the deceit. I do not recommend this place and urge you to be careful with your wallet if you decide to go there.

I have spend the best day of my life for my Bridal shower. The hospitality and service are excellent. The bride zefa was beyond expectations and magical. I thank and recommend Hind for the best service and guidance during my bridal shower. She is the best. She works with a pure heart.

The service is inconsistent as not all of the staff seem to be trained well. I went for a moroccan bath and the lady was very rough I ended up with scratches all over my body. And i asked if the burning sensation is normal she said yes it is, well now I know it’s not. Not going again for sure. I have to wait for all the scratches now to heal and hopefully not scar my body!

This place was beyond expectations! It deserves every penny i have gad many Moroccan baths but never like this one. I had the argan bath it was a special type that was for approximately 500. I really enjoyed the experience. Yea its pricey but the quality that was delivered made it worth it. I just recommend that they have packages for frequent users !

I followed this place on Instagram and was excited to try it. We booked for 4 people together. We were informed that they can accommodate more than 20 people together. Not true.I had to wait 45 minutes to start my facial while they bring someone from another branch! And of course refund option is not available if you buy the package.Not worth the hype! Plenty of other amazing places to get a facial and Moroccan bath for half the price.Moral of the story: Dont believe everything you see on Instagram!

I dont suggest for anyone to go their and waste their time i wish if we could give them no star at all .

It was a bad experience,the lady who did the hamam was so talkative,she told me about her work problems and family issues. The lady was applying a body wash on my body and face so i asked if it is for the face as well… she replied shuuuuu !!!Im not sharing this to give a bad image to the salon but i hope someone in charge will take action.
