Love this saloon and i love the staff, Rita the hairstylist does the most amazing hairstyles and haircuts and I trust her with my hair in every single occasion. Not only is Rita a professional hairdresser, she’s so friendly and her bubbly personality makes every visit a special one, highly recommend her! I also love Neha, she does amazing eyebrows threading and also great manicure and pedicure! Totally recommend her as well..

I recently moved to dubai and was searching so hard for an affordable yet professional saloon and i finally found all my needs in Alina beauty space.I went in for eyebrow threading which Neha did for me, she took care of all my requests and made sure i was satisfied, she was really professional and friendly. I don’t trust anyone with my hair except Rita I let her do anything she wants and she always impresses me and my hair has become so much more healthier. And also Khadija she is extremely sweet and a hard working person that u can totally trust with my hair.

My family went to this bad salon the most bad service we seen in our life I dont advice any one visit this salon they dont respect our time and our appointment imagine they start service with my daughter after a while she did not complete the service and she left my daughter and she went to other customer and let her wait for 40 minute no respect for any kind of rules alina you are not good salon you have bad service and bad stuff treatment

I always enjoy my visits to Alina Salon due to their excellent service and friendly staff. Today was particularly special as I received a manicure from Richeal. Her skills are exceptional; she did a perfect color and shape for my nails. She surprised me with two delicious sweets in celebration of the salons anniversary. The taste was phenomenal! I suggest adding these sweets to the salons offerings, especially during the summer. Richeal made me feel truly pampered. Thank you, Richeal, youre a star!

The salon is new, owner and receptionist are very helpful, BUT I was asking for experienced nail master, they ignored my request. The new master, who was working there for 5 DAYS made my manicure😕I was surprised that the master did not build the form with a base, there was no any architecture, but simply covered it with gel polish... The red color that I wanted was not available.

Very clean and very nice salon. The lady who did my hair is a bro ! She’s Tunisian I forgot her name I am sorry, but she’s a bro and fast and she knows what’s she’s doing big time I am definitely going back for her. The nail treatment as well it was very good it could be better honestly but it’s good.What I didn’t like is that the reception lady I am not sure who she was I don’t want to make an issue for her it could be anyone who answered me. I asked for super curly hair and she said that they do it, I specifically asked for this type of hair style and she said they do once I arrived she told me no they don’t. I was disappointed because I had that style for my trip and I didn’t have time to think of anything else so it wasn’t nice but the Tunisian lady made it up for me the way she treated my hair.I think for next time maybe you guys should be super clear about what you can and can’t do when someone is asking over the phone.But other than that it was nice and I do recommend it for anyone who wants to go there and I am definitely going back.I saw some comments saying it’s not clean, that’s unfair for the salon because honestly it was very clean.Thank you

The salon is outwardly clean and decorated but closer inspection will reveal that the the pedicure tubs are grubby and not cleaned after use.My pedicurist was very good but not so sure about other services. My blow dry job was so so. Nothing to rave about.The products that they use are not top quality though their prices are top market. Unfair.I would never get anything important done here.

A clean and well managed salon. The staff were friendly. There were some hidden fees on the blow dry that I didn’t appreciate. Good for a quick manicure and blow dry or for threading.

First time guest here. Percy was so accommodating when we arrived, she was all smiley and offered us some refreshments while waiting. Moroccan bath lady was superb! Highly recommend, she is a star! She gave me the best Moroccan bath. Melda and Joy did my nails and they were just amazing and very professional. I am happy with my nails. Big thanks also to Ms. Maylyn at the reception who took good care of my child while I am pampering myself :)) she was very helpful and made sure to check each and every guests from time to time. On the other hand, the only con of this salon was the location but overall is perfect. The salon itself is clean, refreshing, very inviting and has a welcoming staffs. I will give this 10 star if I could :))

This is my second visit and I cant be happier. Maylin and her team are simply awesome. Super professional and excellent customer service. The first time I took my 2 girls for the princess package which they absolutely loved and were made to truly feel very special and Tania did an excellent job on my gel nails. The second time I went for keratin and Selfa did an awesome job. In short excellent salon and excellent service.

Very happy with the quality of services at Alina salon. The staff are friendly and the salon is comfortable and airy. The staff attend to the very small needs which makes a huge difference to my comfort.

The first time I went I did waxing with Neha and eyebrows threading with Ritta. Both were excellent and really professional. They were attentive and listened to what exactly I wanted or if I was in pain. Ritta used tweezers and took her time shaping my eyebrows and then threaded, I really loved it as it looked quite natural but clean.The second time I did facial with Neha, it was super relaxing and she was very gentle. I definitely saw a big difference in my skin especially with blackheads.Would definitely recommend this salon, the staff are so sweet and helpful! :)

The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. I have been twice for pedicures. Both nail therapists were friendly and did a good job. The salon is very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is calming. There is ample parking. I highly recommend this salon.

I got eyelash extensions twice with them and both times they did a commendable job. The eyelashes used were very light weight so I felt very comfortable as if they were my own lashes. The outcome enhanced the look of my eyes without any irritation and foreign feeling. I recommend eyelash extensions from this salon.

Had a Capilo Treatment and it was great! Felt super refreshing and the hair was left very healthy and light. The team was very attentive, explained everything along the way and very skilled. Would definitely do this again

Salon is extremely overpriced for such services. The ladies that work there seem very inexperienced and do not know any pricing or how to do the service. I’ve gotten my nails done and they look very chunky, I’ve had to ask her to fix it 3 times and still not satisfied. i’ve also gotten my lashes done by their technician and she wasn’t really good and spent a long time. There’s need to be proper offers done for a new salon that has just opened for such unprofessional service.

If there is zero i will rate you by zero!Unprofessional staff first time had infection and spent like month waiting my toes to heal!Yesterday i tried them again i spent one hours for a horrible bad nails like i didnt do anything! and then other technician repeat everything!And after two hours she is saying i cant do classic im for the russian style and the gel nails! And this colors is cheap!!If its cheap why you are letting the ppl to put!How u are hiring such a staff like this!I do not recommend!

On Mother’s Day, my son’s nursery gave mothers a gift of a free hair cut. I went to the salon, showed them the card, and they told me that if you dry your hair, it will cost only 50 dirhams. I said ok. I finished and went to pay, they told me 100 dirhams. I asked her why I didnt agree that it was 50 dirhams, she said because I made you a volume and thats why 100 dirhams. Showing materialistic people, the first time I go and the last time. I do not recommend them.

Very poor service and staff were unprofessional. The salon was dirty. My daughters finger was bleeding after a manicure and the staff told her thats because she is sensitive! I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

I booked for a 1 hour massage and i was not disappointed. Vey was very good. Massage was relaxing. I will definitely book again and will ask for her.

**DO NOT TWIST MY WORDS, WHAT YOUR THERAPIST DID HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE, I AM GOING TO SHARE WITH YOUR SOME PHOTOS SO YOU CAN SEE THE MESS, Blaming the client for your mistakes is just making everything worse, when did I tell you that I asked for a DARK brown shade and it turned out orange?????Absolutely horrible !!Wanted a simple full hair color specifically mentioned not to have any orange/red tones. The person only relying on the timer and left the dye for too long ( didn’t even check once on the dye while it was on my hair ) and my roots turned out orange with different shades. Then she applied toner which didn’t change anything.Then she applied a second darker color which also didn’t change.After asking why this happened I got NO response.No apology from her whatsoever which made the whole experience even worse.No ownership was taken.I was even blamed that there’s something wrong with my hair altho I have only told them that I have had bad experiences with bleaching so I didn’t wanna do it which they fully promised that they can give me the result I want.I didn’t ask for a light shade, just a normal brown color.At the end another technician came and said sorry ( after I was crying because I missed a family gathering which has scheduled and I had to spend nearly 4-5 hours in the salon while they messed up my hair more and more.I was told that the manager or owner of the salon will call me back and never received a call or message.I am totally appalled by this treatmentAt first everything seemed fine and everyone was nice but the lack of responsibility and rudeness of the person who was in charge of my hair was truly inhumane.I would not at all recommend this salon for hair coloring.After spending so many hours there, missing out on a gathering and leaving the salon in tears, no one bothered to call as they have promised because I would love to see how the owner feels about such a mess up.And I will definitely make sure that serious action will be taken against this poor and horrible service I received.
