My sister recommended me to get an appointment with Souad and It was a great recommendation. I had an appointment with Souad yesterday and she did an amazing job. I have a long hair and wanted to get bangs without making it short and she understood what I wanted exactly, she was understanding and patient and explained what she was doing and made sure it was what I had in mind. I had a haircut and blow dry and she was amazing at both. Definitely will book an appointment with her again.

Hello,I would like to point out that I went to this salon solely for a shampoo and blow-dry, and I mentioned that I was in a hurry. Despite this, the service took 45 minutes. At the end, the hairdresser asked if I wanted a treatment for my hair, to which I agreed, expecting a small treatment in the form of a mask. Then, I was offered a product that I initially refused, but they convinced me by saying it was small and would pass in the luggage hold on the plane. I ended up accepting and paid the exorbitant sum of 7,105 AED for the blow-dry and this product, which looked like a mere sample.At the reception, I was informed that 3,000 AED was for this small product, justified by the claim that it was a professional product reserved for experts in the field. I would like to emphasize that the prices of the services were not displayed anywhere. The day before, I had already paid around 9,000 AED, and on my first visit, 10,000 AED, which I accepted thinking it also included the barber’s cut for my partner, which had only cost 395 AED.Looking back, I realize that these prices are clearly excessive and constitute a scam. I have never encountered such exorbitant rates for a simple blow-dry and treatment, even in the top salons around the world.

Hazem was exceptional. Highly recommended, he did excellent work on my hair. I truly recommend the salon and Hazem.

Hands down best salon and barber in Dubai. I don’t want to hear, no one comes even close. Compliments to Baraa for an amazing experience and haircut. He also kind of looks like Steph Curry which is cool too. Will be going to him over and over again whenever we visit Dubai. It was my first stop and will always be whenever we land here.

Today, I experienced an exceptional hair session with Souad! undoubtedly the finest hairdresser I’ve ever encountered! For the price 450 AED and reputation of the hotel, I wasnt impressed with the salon service. Underwhelming!My stylist was friendly & no criticism to her personally but the wash and massage was very mediocre in fact poor for comfort and relaxation. There was no head massage and the conditioner was washed out straight away. The basin had no cushioning under the neck.The blowdry was nothing special either.No one introduced the stylist, instead 2 girls at reception were just pottering around (but were friendly).

Should you happen to stay at Atlantis the Palm and you are in the need of a good hair stylist, you must try Fadi! Ive had a great experience, simply the best around!

Fadi did a great job with my hair- it’s really soft and fresh, I enjoyed every minute in that salon.

My husband gifted me a blow dry so I wouldn’t have to do my hair every day on vacation. I gotIt and immediately regretted paying 450 AED for my hair! Hair not polished with brush correctly it was immediately frizzy. Blow dry lasted a few hours, when it’s supposed to last me days. If you have frizz prone hair, don’t come here. People were nice. That’s why I gave them some stars.
