Found a gem close to my work place. Very convenient and very relaxing place. Manilyn and Ruth are absolutely amazing! Their attention to details and professionalism are unmatched. They always take the time to make sure everything is perfect, and the results are stunning every time. Shout out to the receptionist who always reply promptly anytime i message. The salon is clean, all staffs there make you feel comfortable and pampered throughout the appointment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch nail care! 💯

I recently treated myself to a manicure and pedicure, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!Upon arriving at the salon, I was welcomed by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, which instantly put me in a good mood.The manicure was meticulous. The polish selection was impressive, and I loved how Ludy helped me choose a color that perfectly matched my dress.The application was flawless, and my nails looked absolutely stunning!Moving on to the pedicure, it was pure bliss. The foot soak was delightful, and the massage was heavenly. Shella paid attention to every detail, ensuring my feet were pampered and rejuvenated. The exfoliation and moisturizing treatment left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. Went to get gelish done, the nailpolish started to chip within 4-5 days. They offered to fix it but I couldnt go with my busy schedule. After 10 days, three of my other nails started to peel off. So I went and had them all removed. Gelish usually lasts me min 3-4 weeks when I get it done elsewhere, needless to say this was extremely disappointing.The staff is alright, but the one that stood out was Hardi, she was really sweet.

My favourite salon in the world ! Best manicure pedicure ever, Virgie and Roda do such a good job with my nails, and everyone is so sweet. Got my eyebrows done here for the first time today as well with Hardi and she was amazing !

Absolute rubbish service. Eyelash extensions took one and half hour for just one eye. Then when I opened my eye all the lashes were stuck to each other up and down. Couldn’t open my eyes. Removing it had the glue in my eye. My eye is burning and could’ve damaged and lost a lot of my own lashes.I don’t know if they have a license to run this place

I had the worst hairdresser experience of my life. I had asked them to dye my hair brown, but it ended up being a strange shade somewhere between black and red. They told me the color looked off because of the lighting in the salon, but when I left, my hair still had that odd blackish-red tint. They dyed it the wrong color, and then they offered to fix it by dyeing it again. This is a chemical process, so of course, I refused to have another chemical treatment on my hair just half an hour later. They’re not professional at all. They use cheap dyes, and the color in the catalog looks nothing like what I got. I will never go back there. They also don’t have parking; instead, they charge you for valet service. I’m definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

It was an amazing experience. Everyone is polite, nice and knowledgeable about nails. I had my second manicure and pedicure done by Ritu and Nita. They are the best and professional nail technicians I’ve ever had. I’m beyond happy with my nails. Reasonable prices and excellent quality work. I would definitely recommend!

Worst experience at a nail salon:I messaged the salon with photos a week or two prior to my appointment asking if they could do the exact same thing and they said they could, however, when I started getting my nails done, they said they cant and they dont have the colors. I then proceeded to do something else because I didnt have a choice at that point. My appointment lasted 4 hours! I asked for a green tea twice as I wasnt offered anything and never got that in the time either. It has never taken me 4 hours to have acrylics/extensions done anywhere. You would think that the nails would be great after 4 hours in the chair, but on the contrary, the nails started lifting from the base the day after. I contacted the salon, and the customer service and communication is terrible. I keep texting them and get one short reply in two-three days and get left on read most of the time. They said they would connect me to their manager which has still not happened. I am still awaiting a proper response. I live far (went to the salon as I was going to be in that area the day of my appointment) and would be a hassle to go all the way + pay the valet fee. I asked for a partial refund as I can go get it fixed somewhere closer to me and was denied that. Extremely unprofessional, terrible customer service and do not recommend at all.

I have coming for a year and I am very satisfied with the services and prices. I have my nails done with Punam and Shella and my eyebrows with Melanie and I really like the service. They are friendly, kind and good professionals.

If I could rate a 0 I would. I’ve been a loyal costumer for the past like 3 years. And I’ve sent many of my friends to their salon. The nail staff are super sweet.But the attitude of the receptionists (the ones on the door) are the worst. Recently since I’ve been doing my nails they would come off or break 2 days after. I’ve called to tell them and have my nails fixed. The attitude was horrible and they told me you need to pay which I have no issues with but it was in the worst way possible.From then I took the decision to never visit again although I was going on literally weekly basis to the salon And was doing acrylic sometimes every week or 2 because they were breaking. Never coming again. And will advice everyone to never visit. Trust me.The owner of the salon should take action because this is unbelievable .

Went on a Friday afternoon, and it was like a super busy market place. Lots of noise and full of people. Not the place to go if you want to have your hair or nails done in peace.Did a mani and pedi there and it was 5/10. The ladies did a good job in getting rid of cuticle and scrubbed the feet well, but didn’t manage to make my toes and fingers look pretty the next day. They didn’t give me a dryer or time to dry my nails at all and I got back home with damaged nail colour.

Everything you need in one place. I spend a morning there starting with a fantastic massage done by Rose who is amazing. My back feels great.It is then followed by a manicure done by the wonderful Virgie who has helped my nails grow to how they are now.It is a really friendly atmosphere and you always feel welcomed there.

Horrible salon! I came in to this building by mistake and I don’t know how the security guy told me that this valet is for salon.Long story short I ended up coming to a wrong salon and once I wanted to pick up my car they said I have to pay 15 AED for my car and I told them I did not even use your services and my car has been parked for 5 minutes.Rip off and horrible customer service.

Nice salon with a good atmosphere. Specialists are friendly and well trained. I was a loyal customer there for 8 years.👆However, every time when you enter the salon and have any short communication with Admin ladies Glen and another one (with short hair), your mood drops down as they present themself as god-managers. They dont have basic customer service skills, always with fake smile and sarcastic look. These ladies have horrible attitudes with rude manners.After 8 years, they refused to serve me. As per the salon owner explanation, this salon has fast services only, and I am the customer who takes more time for appointments.Definitely, it is NOT nice to treat people like this.Therefore, ladies, if you still choose Allure, please consider it.

The salon was small and crowded but the girls were all so nice and helpful, it ended up being a relaxing experience. However, I did regular mani pedi and after only 1 day after I showered, the nail polish on my hands started chipping off... They need to get more long-lasting brands!

After seeing the bad reviews I thought I should add mine after going regularly for the past 6 months to this place. I always get acrylic nail extensions and pedicure by Virgie and Aida. They do a great job at it and I dont even need to check after they are done. Only problem is gelish polish becomes a bit dull in a week time maybe but surely lasts a long time. The place is decent enough with proper chairs and all. I highly recommend the place for nails especially with their great prices and big color selection.

I did gel manicure and my fingers got infection they became red and itching i thought it will go and after 4 days got pimples on my finger tips i contacted the salon after being so patient they told me since u contact us after 4 days it’s not our responsibility and how we know what u did with ur fingers which was so disappointing to hear this reaction from the salon !!!

Salon itself its good. But the way of talking with client lady Glen she present herself as manager but her skills are lower then even janitors. She is not polite and after 3 years of coming to the salon she reject my reservation. Very unprofessional and not well manner person. I hope salon soon will replace her with someone else.

I have never experienced this kind of “gel polish”.Moreover, I came with my sister, she has the same issue, so I didn’t cause it, it’s just the quality of the work of this salon.Just have a look at my nails after 1 week. I don’t advise anyone to do your nails in this salon. Very sad. Waste of time and money.If owner reads it, please, dear, take actions.(2nd photo, half of the gel was gone by itself, then I tried to remove it)

Actually I am goes mainly for this salon to do massage with Rose she is really professional She is able to treat pain and knows how to remove it from the body as if it did not exist at all, and also they do good mani & radio very nice, thank you Allure team .

I am a regular customer at Allure. I do everything there. From hair to nails, massage and waxing.The technicians are amazing from Remi to Marilou, Siri, Darcy, Luna and Rose . The management team Alayssa and Stephanie are also wonderful. They always do their best to accommodate their clients. The salon is clean and well maintained.

Ritu and Siri did very well job on waxing and my hair spa treatment. Both of them are very hardworking and very sincere to their clients.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would! I used to frequent this salon because it was lovely, but now they have a receptionist who is extremely rude. She lacks proper communication skills and speaks in an impolite manner. It seems she has some personal issues. I will never return again.

I get my full body wax done by Hardi and it’s literally painless i highly recommend to people who don’t have high pain tolerance to go to her you won’t feel a thing she is a pro

Terrible experience and reception people is extremely rude . Nails are broken the next day after visiting one by one every day . Quality of material is bad same as customer service.

The worst experience ever the staff inside are amazing except the two ladies in the reception they are lesbian and they are treating the customers depends if they like them or not ….. i have been their regular customer for the bast two years every time one of the reception ladies was so mean with me and i was not paying attention ….until i had my nails done and the very next day all the gel was peeling out so i went to the salon to get it fixed they charged me the full amount and when i showed my upset she sent me a message on WhatsApp asking me not to come to the salon again… i need to talk to any of the managers as i really feel disappointed and i need to escalate what happened

Its a good place for mani/pedi at a good price. However I booked for feet soak and callus treatment which I was not satisfied with, waste of money as I could have done the same at home.Paid valet parking and no free parking available.Staff doesnt seem that friendly.

The quality of the products used is also really great! The salon is bustling with people on weekends yet their management is super smooth and efficient. Every staff member is well trained and they ensure all customers get the best of whatever service they’re availing. I availed root touch up and haircut, loved the service and hence would recommend this place to all the ladies.

Really an awful experience, when I had taken an appointment for 5pm and was waiting for the service to be offered and after 15-20min I was told the service can be offered near the entrance as there was no seats available when asked why was I given an appointment , I was told they needed “Sales” , really a rude attitude of the Filipino lady in charge of allocating service to the clients. I was asked to leave or wait for an hour if wanted to take the seat inside the salon , my only question was why was the appointment given to me? I had taken the appointment 3 days in advance.

Very ugly attitude. I did my nails and my feet combo from Groupon. The lady she did my feet good and professional, the lady sh did my nails not good at all , very bad work. I complained and they offer me to go again in the saloon . They offer me to do it again but to be nice I just make her clean properly, and still the technician give attitude and no apologies.From the receptionist till the manager and the nail technician very rude and they felt very offended that I complained. Of course I will complain when I don’t get good service.A very ugly attitude and no apologies form the technician she still protected her work which was disaster. Last time.

The Saloon decor is beautifully and carefully done. Worst place ever. The person behind the phone is rude and doesn’t answer on time to WhatsApp or calls. I have been 1,5h in the car driving around because they don’t give specification about the parking in advance. A lot of traffic to arrive. Last time the nails (gellish) didn’t last even 1 week. Salon is crowded not fresh air as they do keratin and all in the same room so it’s not healthy to breath that air. I tried to give a chance but not coming anymore and not recommending to anyone.
