The Red Jasper magnetic nails she did are simply stunning – classy, elegant, and exactly what I had envisioned.Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to deliver perfection is unmatched. Poor service. I asked if they do russian manicure and pedicure, they lied telling me yes. In reality, it’s not russian at all. My cuticle was bleeding. And the gel application is so bad. They also lie about prices. On instagram it says 200 AED, in reality, they charged 340 AED. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend it anyone…

Went for the first time to get my lashes done. After showing Maya the picture of my desired lash look and explaining to her that my own lashes were a bit fragile she did an absolutely stunning job. And the best thing is: they still look great after 3 weeks and didnt pull my own lashes out at all. That not something you can find easily. Thank you so much, Maya! Im coming for my refill.

Normally I dont make these things public but given the situation and the lack of respect and professionalism I will. I went to this place for the first time, at first they write to you asking you to bring cash because they have no other payment method, it seemed strange to me but I understood, then when I arrived the girl who need to make the eyelashes was not there, she was out of the salon, and they didnt even tell me, knowing that I only had two and a half hours because I had to go to work. The owner of the salon start to remove my eyelashes, which was the service that I had booked and then put new ones, I realized at that moment that she was not the specialist that I expected in that regard, I was still patient, in the end the other girl arrived more 30 minutes later, and to make the whole story shorter I tried to explain to her several times what service I wanted, but she didnt speak English and the result was horrible, plus it took a long time because it started almost 45 minutes later. I informed them that I was very disappointed and the owner only stressed to me, please pay in cash, call us tomorrow to see if we can remove the eyelashes, now we cant. In conclusion, the next day she told me that they did not have time to remove me and put new ones on me, that it was not her decision and that the girl was always very busy. I havent been able to take off my glasses for two days, even to work, my eyes hurt, they sting, I have like an umbrella on my face, they look horrible, I dont show my face out of respect for myself. The bad practice, lack of professionalism and lack of humanity that this place has is worth exposing🙏. I hope the same thing happens to no one as me

The therapist was good, all if the team is friendly, however they are working with very limited resources, i had a pedicure when i arrived no receptionist my appointment wasnt on the system so noone had any idea what i was supposed to do until i explained, no towels to dry the feet they use tissues, no aceton to remove the nail polish they had to remove it with the gellish device, the sink was only cleaned when i asked, they dont even have regular nail polish. Lack of management and tools however great Team. Never again.

I did my eyelash extensions with Maya more than 6 weeks ago and I love it , it didn’t fall out only after a month, and only few hair, and when it was falling it didn’t pull my own lashes. The ladies are so friendly, I will definitely go back there again and again.

The girls are sweet and meticulous, the prices are relatively correct despite the quality of the services. I recommend 100%!
