Amaya Salon & Spa - Burj Downtown Dubai

Booked my mum in for a 1hr 15 minutes full body relaxing massage as a last minute holiday treat and she absolutely loved every minute of it! The salon is well maintained and the staff are super polite! Would recommend

My experience at this hair salon was the absolute best! I was in dubai for a little over a week, and I was in this salon every other day! The haircut as well as the blowout were beyond my expectations! Huge huge shoutout to the staff over there, especially to the lovely Veena! Next time I’m in dubai I’ll for sure get my hair done at this salon again! You guys made my experience an absolute 10/10! I miss you already!

They are so professional and the place it’s very clean nice and quiet. I do my nails and waxing I’m so happy to finally found a good place in downtown Amaya saloon and spa.They know how to do it ! The staff are so kind. Thanks a lot, I will come back in 2 weeks 😉. Amazing job.

There is an employee named Tayba. She straightened my hair with a blow dryer, and she straightened the first strand of hair for me, and I came to hold it, so I could see if its softness was good or not, and I told her, “Let it be soft, because the weather is humid and it might get fluffy, because my hair is curly,” and I straightened the second strand, and I came to hold it and see if it was good. It came with all recklessness (every time you will hold your hair and see?) Lack of respect for the customer, and I have the right to see if I like it and not to do it again. Moreover, I am not pushing my soft, curly hair of medium length (210 dirhams). In short, it was a very bad service that I will not repeat it. I hope that the salon owner improves his employees, because the location of the salon is nice and it brings profits, but his employees are bad and reckless.

Lovely, friendly staff (shout out to Sonia and her perfect blowdry!) and clean environment, its never too busy so you can relax and enjoy yourself. I would recommend.

Such a professional staff! Quite welcoming and always with a beautiful smile . Khiang is quite brilliant for nail extension and nail art . Sonia treats the hair so softly and she is fast which is a plus for me. The prices are reasonable for downtown. Highly recommended.

Well a very good salon, my mom was very happy with the services they provided as she cannot walk , she is on wheel chair . Staff was so supportive, I really appreciate good luck guys.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the service I received today, there was a mix up with my booking that was not resolved, I ended up paying for a manicure that I did not want, the manager did not try and resolve the situation, all she said was sorry and please come back again it won’t happen again, there for I paid over 300 Dirhams for an uncomfortable experience and not getting what I wanted. I will not be coming back again unfortunately, I feel very disappointed ☹️ I recently moved next door and was hoping this would be my new regular salon. I would not advise to go. (You can see the picture of my toes, the alcohol they used cut me and burnt my skin and doesn’t look very nice tbh)

I recommend you to Amaya Salon and spa. its located in downtown . They have the best service and their work its professional also the staff are very nice and accommodating .specially nails staff there amazing as well dushanthi & jennifer.

My first visit to salon it was amazing . Like the surrounding ,salon location is very good, I liked my manicure Margie was amazing.

I had booked for Hair colour and facial for my wife.. she was very happy with the service and the staff and the manager were good and caring.

Very good stuff !!Products that they use very predictable and good .. I got sensitive scalp but we did colors. My scalp is clean and no reaction ,however I have a small suggestion I think management need to reconsider to offer a reasonable packages to sustain regular clients

Even I did an appointment other customer got my slot and I was asked to wait 30 minutes. They even called me before I arrived and didnt tell me…. With a baby at home with limited time this not acceptable!!! Lady didnt care much at the reception and got even annoyed cause I complained. I had to leave without the service !!!!

Never ever going to this place. I have been charged 300 AED for a simple gellish manicure while the price mentioned by the technician was 145. This is FRAUD! Be careful. Service mediocre.I live next door but they definitely have lost a customer. Never ever again

The worst salon ever! I visited it twice. After the first time I told myself that I’ll never go back again, but I was in a hurry the second time and it was the only salon in my area that had an appointments. They don’t know how to do nails, my skin still hurts, 4 out of 10 fingers get injured. I don’t how a salon with a bad service still existing in Downtown.

I love this place!! Been doing those services with them for the last 5 years and havent opted for any other salon in Dubai. The team is very friendly and welcoming and they have a big variety of colors for nails. Jennifer, Lori and Sonia are the best!!

They ruined my daughters hair.Went there for a haircut, and the price was informed b4 the cut was different, and after the cut, they charged me almost 3 timesTheir staff is not trained.Not recommended at all

Highly Highly Recommended!!I used to have classic pedicure from the artist Jennifer, shes really nice and lovely. I love her service.Also, I did bikini waxing as well and it was really good experience with artist Veena. I didnt even feel the pain and all the procedure is really comfortable. RECOMMENDED

I love coming to Amaya spa. The staff are wonderful and I always feel at home there. Laurie the best for manicures, they last so long! I would recommend this spa to anyone. I have been coming here for 8 years and it has never disappointed!

Not recommended at all! Had my hair washed before and went in for a blow dry - the lady basically forced me to wash my hair again saying that it wasn’t washed properly and wants me to pay for it! She was extremely rude and so were the rest of the staff. I decided not to pay for the wash and not have my hair done. Nobody cared, no one came up to me. The worst service I ever received at a salon. Definitely not going there again.

I have been a regular ever since I started going to Amaya specifically for my blow drys, threading and waxing. Love the team there and the service. Highly recommend it.

The service was very nice I’ve done my lashes with rena the lashes are very natural and light on the eyes . she was very good , also the nail treatments was very niceI would highly recommend the salon.

Apparently due to the receptionists mistake, my appointment was overlapping a different appointment, and the technician had to do a face waxing in such a rush. Also, I was offered either normal waxing or Lycon one, where I chose the latter, and I was not told that Lycon wax is twice the price of the normal one. Ridiculous, given that I have been doing Lycon in many other salons and the price wouldn’t be that different from normal wax. For unpleasant rushed experience I paid twice the price I intended to.Before offering different service they should update the customer on the price variance!It was my first and the last time here.

Neilofar from @AmayaSalon is wonderful. She gave me a facial (deep cleaning) and brought back the glow to my face. She was gentle throughout the whole process. She was very kind and caring to my skin.

I went here last week during a holiday in dubai for a manicure and pedicure and received fantastic service from Jennifer and Dushanti. Would recommend. They were polite, friendly and quick! Thank you ladies

Very unhappy about my hair cut. They said they knew how to cut curly hair but they really dont! They used a harsh carifying shampoo which dried my hair and made it frizzy then they cut far too much when all I wanted was a trim. Did not take into account the nature of my hair and now my cut looks aweful. I now have to attach it till it grows back enough in 6 to 12 months time.

Stylist Mahbuba did a fabulous job with hair. She is a sound and expert professional and highly recommend her to take her hair services and you will be delighted.

The worst salon and spa. The services done at Amaya did not last more than 1 day. The nail polish peeled, and the hairdo reversed.I do not recommend

Terrible experience with the hair cut..went for a haircut after almost 8 months and was so disappointed with the cut.. the lady didnt even seem to be a proper stylist... it just felt that she used scissors on my hair for the sake ofusing it..the way she was holding my hair during the cut showed she wasnt a professional for it...i should have stopped but it was too late....i dont normally write reviews but i feel so disappointed looking at my hair everytime that maybe sharing a review would make me feel better...

Wide service ranges available from nails, hair and massage etc. All services are great quality and the staff are very friendly thats why i keep going back.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. I was hesitant to come and did not regret it for a moment. I straightened my hair at an Arab unit whose name I expect was Raja. I toned and highlighted strands without dye. Even though my hair was weak and I feared it would be ruined, the result came out as I expected and more 💗💕 The best salon in Downtown with punctuality, calm, cleanliness and style. It deserves five stars, even the receptionist is kind and helpful, and all the team... I spent it The best time for them is not the last time I visit them, God willing
