I’m so happy with the results of dyeing my hair! Maro is a professional, she suggested the perfect colour for me, and the results are better than I thought! They also did my eyebrows, which was very quick and nice. All the staff members are very polite and helpful. Thank you for the amazing service—I will definitely come back again! ♥️

I rarely get my nails done because they grow too fast, and as an artist, I can’t perform with long nails. However, I decided to visit Amber Beauty Saloon on October 30 for a manicure due to an upcoming event. Little did I know, this would lead to a nightmare!Yesterday, I started experiencing excruciating pain in my big finger. Unable to endure it any longer, I attempted to remove the polish myself, only to discover that my finger was green! Alarmed, I researched and found out that this is a symptom of Green Nail Syndrome, caused by a bacterium called Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This bacterium thrives in unsanitary, wet environments, which means that proper sanitation procedures were completely neglected at this salon.Now, I’m on my way to the hospital to address this issue. This unfortunate situation will severely impact my work over the next few weeks, as I will need to have my nail removed, rendering me unable to perform. As a result, I am forced to cancel my upcoming performances, disappointing my clients and jeopardizing my professional reputation.Thank you, Amber, for this amazing manicure. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their health and career.

Bad experience, Iman uses old style heavy pressuring techniques to buy extra service. Even after saying no many times she will not stop. Be firm on the price with hairstylist or else. When I walked in, they told me 160 dhs, but Iman add extras even when i say no, bill was much higher. I suspect many reviews are fake.

Not recommended. I did my Brazilian blow out treatment in May and it did not last for two months!! I paid 700+AED for nothing! I was promised that my hair will stay straight for 1 whole year!! And when I complaint to them, they refused to do anything for me and asked me to pay again! It is a waste of money!

Services are very good. And especially the staff is very warm, respectful and friendly. Over and above being very good at their job. I use Jennifer services always for full waxing. Amazing hair salon! Maro is an incredible hairdresser and styler. She’s quick, friendly and super welcoming. She did my hair so nicely and even with all the humidity, the style stayed for days and it smelt great until the next wash. Would recommend going there especially if you live nearby. I went to this place based on the google reviews and asked for Hena.She was welcoming and sweet in the beginning.I had shown her a rough idea of what I wanted and told her very clearly not to make my eyebrows thin.Before starting she didn’t draw a shape or ask that she’ll be threading my natural hairstrokes off and she zapped my eyebrows and made it thin that it looked hideous.Even though I referenced a picture, that look still wasn’t achieved as she kept justifying about the image I showed her.Ladies who understand know that eyebrows take a long time to grow and when i started making a fuss, she said next time get it done wherever you always go. Is this how you respond or talk to a customer?She compensated by tinting the badly done eyebrow which was suppose to last a week but it already faded after one wash.If you want to go for a simple clean up, they will do the job but don’t expect a desired shape.

Amber has been consistently delivering great results for the last one year. Their staff have a good understanding on the basics of beauty and so recommend what is suited of us instead of trying to push any and ever service upon the customer, which is quite admirable. The location is quite convenient, to park and walk to the salon as well. We highly recommend it and will not be looking for different salons in the near future.

I’ve been going tk Amber for a few years now, they are a clean and well maintained salon, Zachrina always does an AMAZING job with the service she provides and probably she’s now the only reason I still go there, the issue with Amber is the rates and discounts, I had a birthday discount from the fresha booking app and when I went on Dec 22nd they refused to redeem it for me as they said they’re not doing any offers, which I still don’t know what does this have to do with that! And they are not very clear with their offers, they say they have a nail offer, you book and go and on check out they inform you that on that day you can’t redeem the offer for whatever reason!!! I believe there should be more clarity on how they deal with offers because they are losing clients from this!!

Dont get your eyebrows threaded here. I left with uneven eyebrows and a extremely large gap. This has effected the whole structure of my face. I specifically asked just for a tidy. She didnt listen. The receptionist said I will get a call from management.. nothing. No value for customer care here. I wouldnt bother wasting your time here.
