Muhannad at Amber Gents in Paramount is hands down the best barber around. His fades are always sharp, clean, and on point, and he has a great eye for what suits you. He takes his time to get every detail right and makes you feel like a million bucks when you leave the chair. Top-notch skills, great vibes – wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

This is the second time I come to this salon, the first time, it was not great but I told myself that I came across the wrong person. I just went back there, catastrophic. The hairdresser does not take into account at all what we ask him, I will never come back, very expensive for the quality of the haircut

I have been coming to Amber Salon for a while now. Firstly the ambience and atmosphere set by the barbers is something you can’t find easily in Dubai. Their welcoming and banter is something you look forward for each time you visit. My Barber Abed makes my visit exciting each time as he really spends his time in cutting my hair and shaping my beard. His professionalism is a great asset to the company.

My experience with Sam was not good.When you pay this price you wait for all the details to be handled and for a fantastic experience. It was not. And if you dare asking for some fixes he looks annoyed and show it to you. I will definitely not come back i am so disappointed because the salon is nice and clean but the guy was just pushing me out and just gave me the worst haircut possible. I will have to go to another salon to fix this mess

Hostesses at this salon is absolutely a disaster I usually book my hair cut with Mohammad ( who’s on vacation, to bad for me ) so I went for booking a hair cut at 2.30 pm they told me it s busy, come at 3pm when arriving at 3 pm they told me there is a change for my hair cut will be only at 3.30 pm no call no messages nothing…Well done ! Great customer service !Especially when you are regular !Shame

I came to this salon for the first time for manicure and pedicure in a private room and was satisfied. It was cozy and comfortable and didn’t even notice how quickly time passed over with a cup of coffee during the procedure. The staff is very friendly and professionals that immediately trusted.

Amber Salon is on the great Mens Hair Salon in the Downtown Business Bay Area, it’s located in the Damac Paramount Hotel. Abed gives great feedback on what would look the best hair style for an individual and keeps improvising on the styles each month , Melody makes sure all other needs from manicure, pedicure, head massage are taken care off, Victoria is always humble and smiling at the reception, it’s always a pleasure coming here. Great team would recommend everyone to visit this place at least once for an amazing salon experience.Best of luck guys your doing a great job.

Highly highly recommended. I’ve been with those guys all the way for the past 6 years in each branch they have.Super service, extremely friendly, clean, modern and hospitable.Value is great towards the service they provide.Whoever wants or thinks of getting a haircut, beard trim, etc... I recommend those guys with no hesitation and which I have done previously to friends and they became loyal as well.

I’m not sure why I was charged double the price than all my friends that go for a regular haircut.Doesn’t seem reasonable that they practice different prices and don’t display a price for their services. Prefer to drive somewhere else than being robbed.

Ive been going to this salon for 15 years and its simply the best in the city. The staff is super welcoming, the hairdressers are just good and passionate at what they do. I recommend it to any men.

Unfortunately, there is no tram for appointments. Once you are 5 minutes late for your appointment, you are not contacted. They cancel your reservation and receive another customer without an appointment!
