I was visiting some friends in Dubai and I went to AMBIANCE BEAUTY on my last day.The boss and her team made me feel very welcome. They are very professionals and they love their job.I will go back 💯 next time I am in Dubai.

Recently I’ve started going to ambience beauty salon for all my services and I am loving it ! Just yesterday, I got my manicure and pedicure done from this girl named Lucy and I am loving my nails !!! Super excited to get my haircut done too. Finally found a salon which is super amazing that too after a lot of trial and error ! Thank you for always doing your best for your clients

Good customer service. My friend and I visited before our flights and the prices were explained to us beforehand as well as when we paid. Manicure was great and I got a nice henna design by Aisha while I was getting my hair done. I have curly hair and Amna styled it really well in the two times I’ve been to their salon. The owner was nice and made sure we got everything done within a short time. Will be back.

Every worker was spectacular and amazingly friendly! They did a great job on mine and my moms hair🤌🏼 Coming back again for the great prices and amazing customer service!!

I come here for GiGi.However considered a bit expensive for a below average saloon.

No professional & not good attitude. I was put on color yesterday then it come off today! I asked her why no put the base coat before putting color, she said the base together in the top coat... first time I know this 😐

I was recommended this salon by one of my friend. So i checked their services and some of their work done before and decide to trust this salon with my hair.The length of my hair is long, so I don’t trust salons to do justice with it.But when I went to this salon, I was happy with the way they did my hair, specially balayage color for my hair done by their hairstylist Sanifa. She understood what I wanted to do with my hair, the color I wanted and how I wanted to cut my hair without making its length too short. She was explaining me each step that she was doing on my hair. I was really happy and satisfied with the end result and all the staff were very good and helpful. Due to my long length of hair I had to spend almost 7 hrs in the salon. And I was made so comfortable by all the staff members and the owner herself, who was very kind And also their girl staff ( sorry don’t remember her name, I guess Farah, not sure though) who does the eyebrows threading was amazing. She took her time and did my brows amazingly. They also gave me tips of how to take care of my hair on daily bases to keep it healthy and well maintained. Their manager lady who they were addressing as aunty, she gave me good discount On the price as well. 😊😊Over all was happy and satisfied. And I was happy that I made the decision to trust them with my hair.Thanks to all the staff members at Ambiance salon.Keep up with the good work.👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️Will visit soon 😊

Gigi was my hairdresser for my highlights and it was great.

They are trying to add additional charges to prices, their price list is unclear, great location, but unfortunately the management is not working on getting the customers...maybe they need to consider hiring someone who would create new price lists with clear explanation what is each service including, otherwise I will not go to this salon!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont use so much chemical in henna. I could feel the burning right when it was being applied on my hands, it was so loaded with chemical. Now the henna is coming off like plastic and theres no red imprints that should have been on my hands after applying organic or natural henna. Its very dangerous for skin as well as for internal organs because when you use your hands to eat, particles of this henna comes off like thin rubber like plastic and will get into digestive system.Dont do this to customers PLEASE 🙏

I got the henna the lady was very very nice. Everyone was nice and good service. Was overall clean. The lady who did my henna was amazing I forgot her name it started with a M. I believe it was Marsha. She did amazing.

I went to this salon after checking their price list in insta. During my payment I discovered that the prices were higher than the list insta. The manager said that their price list was not updated in Insta. They also charged me some services like washing my hair…without informing me that these services were chargeable before they proposed it to me. And to finish, I paid by card and they added 2.5% that I paid without explaining to me that payment by card machine will add extra fees. So please be careful to discuss the prices before doing any service there because the prices changed according to the customer’s face and no list of price is clearly displayed anywhere in this salon!!!

They charged me AED 310 for henna. There was nothing extra ordinary. I had henna gif hand and feet and used to visit them regularly few years back. But had to travel next morning and my mistake I told them this.The lady on counter charged $80 for feet(which I was still ok) but 230 for hands for nothing extraordinary (pics attached) was crazy expensive.Friendly staff, but no I’ll never come again and told all my friends that I had referred to them in past not to return back.Quite disappointed!(It’s not letting me add pics but this was just on palm the round henna design nothing in wrists!)

Very very disappointed 😠Very poor serviceTeam members are lierI have paid a lot of money for horrible services.The girls removed my eyebrow hair and now one of my eyebrows is short.The same girl did my facial+ face polishing.She put some cream on my face, I felt some burning sensetions. I felt she was applying bleach on my face so I asked her, If it was bleach cream, she said NO, its for face Polishing.When I came home, I found my hair near forehand are bleached and my face became red as I am allergic to these kind of hard products.In a salon, when you take services, you trust the people working there, if they lie to you, it can damage your beauty...Be careful with this salon if you still wanna try.I will never recommend this salon to anyone.

This place is very bad! Service is disaster and really the prices are very high. I made a manicure appointment and it was the worst. The staff are not wearing masks properly and when doing manicure they are just so close to you that you dont feel safe at all. The place is very expensive and the prices are not fixed . When i went to the salon they told me they accept card and after i finished my manicure they suggested me to go to ATM and take money as they dont take cards. After i insisted the lady took out the machine and took the payment. This is really bad and not to mention that the gelish fell of my hands after 8 days only. Its very expensive for the BAD service . i was expecting better.

I visited the salon while visiting Dubai .I must say the customer service was excellent .Aunty ( the manager )helped me a lot and worked with my timings and gave me a good discount too .The staff knew what they were doing and gave expert and honest advice. .I got my facial done by sajda she is a sweetheart and hair cut and highlights by a very nice lady forgot her name ,I have sensitive scalp so I am always scared to try new salons but had no complains end result came out amazing .Me and my family experience their was great .Thank you for the special treatment I will definitely go to this place again on my next visit and recommend others too .Keep up the good work ladies

This is my go to salon in Dubai. Im truly impressed with their quality of service each time I visit them. Sanifa, especially, did a very good job with my hair highlights today.

The lady who did the blow dry Nuzhat was very good and professional in her work. But the front desk lady Lubna was very rude and unprofessional in her behaviour. Firstly when I entered the salon the door was wide open. As soon as I entered and waited for someone to attend to me this Lubna came and asked me to close the door even though she was sitting and talking to me. She also mentioned that I have to wait for 15 more mins to take the blowdry even though I was on time and called her previously to take the appointment directly from the salon also. She had a very unpleasant behaviour overall. Even though the girl who did blow dry was extremely good in her work I will not go there again.

I think I can say I’ve been coming here since my teenage days :)The only place where the staff and services are at best! They pamper you like no where else! Amazing service! So clean and efficient

They did my hair extensions re-do and that gave me headaches because of the poor quality of plastic rings they used on my scalp that created a sharp edges hurting my scalp. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the pain. When I went back to sort this out all they said was wash this or give it some time to grow! Not happy at all with such painful extensions using poor quality of rings to attach my extension. I would never ever go back to them.

Don’t fall for their discount prices outside on the board. It’s a scam to lure you in and charge additional by some excuse when you are about to pay. Also watch out for extra charges in card payment which is per se illegal as well - you will never get the details of extra card charge in the invoice. It’s a cheap cheat show.

It was good, went for henna. They did a good job and were really nice. But we were told the wrong prices and were overcharged.

Always love the service at Ambaince. They have good prices and great skilled workers.Maryem does my hair and blow dry. Shes absolutely amazing.

Its a very nice place and the staff is very good and friendly....... i had to put henna urgently on eid day..... i called before i went there!! They were so friendly and very inviting..... the beautiful Yasmine is the lady who put henna for me...... she is so talented and put some beautiful henna for me and for my daughter a girl called Firdaus did amazing design..... they put some really fantastic arabic design without any hurry or haste.....thank you Ambiance.... ill surely visit you again☺️👍🏻

Such a terrible survice. I went to make myself look and feel preety but instead they burnet my skin and left a scar on my face. The company should look into who they hire. If the staff is not proffesional enough than they shouldnt be given to assist a client without a guidance. bel ad Service burnt my skin.

Very bad service and very cheap quality of materials I dyed my hair at this salon and it damaged my hair.if there was a zero star that would be how I rate it.

Not only do they not accept card payments during times like covid, on top of that its not mentioned anywhere outside (as in on a board) that they only accept cash and we are only made aware during payment. The staff is also quite rude. Plus the staff wasnt wearing a mask.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Very money minded salon with poor quality of services.Never use this salon for henna / mehendi. They use so much chemical that your skin will peel off and come out along with the mehendi.
