I have been doing my nails since one year now, Super satisfied with my nails design with Munira, she is so friendly and very professional, and she is using russian techniques, highly highly recommended ✨🩷and salon wise is very clean and nice work environment

First, let me start with the part which was my mistake of reaching an hour late to the appointment. Although I did inform them, they didnt see it.They accepted me after some discussion for my appointment, but I feel sad to say that now I wish they hadnt accepted.My technician was a lady named Noor and initially she seemed nice and friendly. As she proceeded with the service, she pushed my cuticles so much that I was in a LOT of pain. I explained this at the moment and she said its because I dont do manicures regularly. I attached pictures of my hands the following day where you can see the redness around my cuticles even 24 hours later (that was the extent of the surgery she did)When the first coat of hard gel was being applied I didnt appreciate the application as it was completely uneven. Infact one of my nail had bubbles and I showed it to her but she said they will go away in the second coat. Alright....second coat was no better. Her application was so uneven that one of my thumbs literally had a bulge sort of blob of nail paint. I expressed my unhappiness with this particular nail and that was it....she said Id have to pay to redo it as I was taking away her time. In disbelief my response was sorry, what? And she goes on to slam her tools and say things like its such a small thing and that Im making an issue. At this point I asked her to please calm down as I havent spoken to her rudely or tried to offend her. She proceeded with redoing that nail but I could tell from her actions and muttering under her breath tht she was just angry....during the course of the repair she hurt my hand a bit and I said look Id rather not continue since you seem to be really angry and I dont think I did anything to deserve so much retaliation. No apology nothing, she just takes my hand and continued to finish the rest of the serviceI just wanted to complete and move on in life...but Im attaching pictures of my hands to show the extent of the redness, incomplete corners and overall just a poor jobLet me also mention how unsanitary the place is...numerous flies!Water dispenser didnt work!During my entire hour there the ladies were trying to pass off clients to each other or arguing out loud.

This is my third visit to Ami Ami Nails, and I always love the results by Adele. She is very attentive and detailed, always hyping me up about my color choices. I also love her smile.Thank you, Adele and team! ❤️

I had my eyelashes and nails done today, and i am so happy with the treatments. The technicians were friendly and worked quickly (which is important for me). Their work was good and the prices are very affordable.The eyelash extensions are so beautiful! I am very happy! I got wispy classic eyelashes .

Hi everyone! I found the best salon in UAE 🇦🇪. I want to thank the masters of this salon: namely the pedicurist Anita and the manicurist Adele. These are the best professionals in their field.

There is no consistency and staff keep changing hence service does too. Asked for natural lashes and ended up looking horrendous. Extremely upset. Told the manager and was still charged full price.Also got keratin done twice, absolutely did not work.

HALF STAR!VERY BAD SERVICE FOR NAILS THE TECHNICIAN DID A TERRIBLE JOB AND CUTICLES ARE ALL DAMAGED. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON paid 180 for this horrible service.At first technician didn’t ask what length nails I wantedTook 2 hours just to make the base, she had to ask another lady for help as it was taking time.The base was so badly done I couldn’t take it understanding that the reception lady had given a technician who clearly was so amateur at work she couldn’t do it so reception lady said you can come tomorrow and I’ll give you another technician to finish the nails, I went back next day only to see same technician was going to do my nails! She started doing it and had another lady join where she was putting the base coat and another lady was fixing the base coat she had allready put, I couldn’t keep the patience so I asked why are you redoing the same base coat to which she answered cuz it’s not perfect, clearly they both were wasting my time. I realized this was not the technician fault as much as it was the reception lady who again decided to put me through misery!!! The technician realized that she was gonna keep me waiting for long so she hurried up and damaged my cuticles when I told her pls stop it as it was bleeding and was getting very painful for me. When I showed my final nails which were not only ugly but my cuticles were severely damaged the reception lady asked me to come back again for the 3rd time to fix it!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, nails are all uneven very bad service

The gel manicure with extensions are done so shabby after taking nearly 2/2.5 hours which is insanely long. The nails are not even or anywhere remotely naturalish. The service was not hearty at all, I almost was afraid to give feedback with the fear or an inappropriate reaction. I forgot I was the client even. I called 3 times to rebook a fixture appointment but unfortunately they were just not able to accommodate to fix their mistakes. The curing of the Gel top coat wasn’t done properly cause of which they will matte and shoddy. It’s so bad I’m speechless and I have to suffering these and yet again pay for another manicure outside. This is such unacceptable behavior from the Salons end, I come from the same line of work and from the service sector. In this day and age this is a no go!

I 100 % agree with the negative reviews below. I had combo manicure and pedicure. Pedicure and waxing service Aelita did and she was very good but another lady who did my manicure she doesn’t know the techniques at all, she cut me several times even I informed her that the skin is sensitive, she was making coating with abnormally big layers and absolutely without any shape. I am sorry, but this lady has to do trainings. I didn’t want to offend but I had to go to a closest salon where master redid the coating for me. Please please ladies do the trainings, follow the hygiene just go to a good salons and do service for yourself so you would see all the difference you can’t take clients with such a bad knowledge.

Ami Ami nails has been my salon for my lashes and nails for hands and feet for 3 years now. They can do everything at once! Saves a lot of your time. Better to go there with a booking so don’t need to wait. Best time to go is a weekday while everyone is at work! Nina will help you all the way from booking till payments. All the service they have is way cheaper than other salon and the service and finish of the job is top! Riza is best for lashes! And anyone from the pioneer staff is very good in nails. I notice that the new employees are not much as good as the old employees. They are located at JLT with RTA parking!

Worst salon I’ve visited in Dubai. Zero hygiene. They don’t even have towels to be used. Staff is very rude and wants to argue. Horrible experience overall. Never going back.

The service was horrible. I was referred here by my coworkers and I honestly don’t see why you would pay money to get rude nail techs who disrespect your choices and who have no etiquette and 0 level of service. My nail tech was extremely rude. She cut way too much into my cuticle causing incisions on my fingers. When I said ouch she completely ignored me. If it weren’t for me specifically asking it- she would have made my nails different in length! Who does that?! I’ve been to countless manicures in Russia and thought that Dubai salons would be somewhat similar but it was so bad and incomparable. If you’re used to GOOD manicure and GENTLE service definitely do not go to Ami Ami salon. I am literally crying as I am writing this review. What a waste of my time and money. I wanted to pamper myself and ended up feeling a lot worse leaving the salon than I did entering it- and that SAYS SOMETHING.

I like this salon. I did mani&pedi there, I love it. The price is very good. I did full body massage and facial treatments, twice and I love it. I rated 4* only because of the massage room is not isolated, you can hear all the noise from the other masters and clients. The room has a wall which is not built completely. So you can’t relax because of the noise. Otherwise all the masters are very good and the prices are amazing.

They are trying their best.Location is nice.Public parking, near by metro.Comfortable sits, friendly staff.But not all of them are super qualified.At the end you can get nails which will fail after 1 week.You should control every step to get quality.With it prices are only a little less than my common good salon.

I have been going to many salons over the years for nail extensions but I never stick to one because the quality is not always the same… I have been coming to Ami Ami for the past 4 months only because of Aima… she is one of the best nail masters in Dubai! My extensions never chip or break and quality she does is amazing! The best part is not just the quality of her work, but her speed. She does a full set of nail extensions with design in 2 hours! I would definitely recommend to book with Aima if you are looking for the perfect Russian style extensions.

The absolute worst experience. Overpriced for nothing. Dirty salon with horrible customer service. Made me wait for over 20 minutes despite arriving on time to start my appointment. A pure click bait advertising a price when in reality they add charges on literally nothing just to make you pay double the amount expected. The simplest nail design was charged about 50 dhs(never seen that in any salon).

I wont say anything bad about the salon. But want to highlight the very poor customer service I faced. Arriving at salon I hear from reception that the owner of salon Ami confirmed my appointment and forgot to inform staff, and now they are busy. Not only did she not apologise and didnt even try to find solution to their mistakes, plus she lied to me. When I asked why youare not calling to the owner, she said that she is out of county then after that she is sick in hospital. That were a not first time when I am coming to this salon and having communication problem with reception

Usually I am not one to stick to one salon, but Ami Ami nails has me coming back every month for my gel mani pedi. They are very neat with their work and the environment is always so relaxing and welcoming. And not to forget the amazing affordable prices. Honestly by far one of my favourite salons here in Dubai. Seriously recommend 🙏🏾

Worst service. Sat 3 hours for a French manicure which can be done in 1.5 hours. The work finish was like a kid doing nail polish. 2 hours to clean my nails, I asked them that I have a class and would like to leave, they said no they will do it in 30 mins the polish, they made me miss my class also. Entered at 4:30 and left at 7:30pm. No apology. Just greedy for their money. Extremely bad staff and service. I asked for the owner number and they refused to give.

Got my nails done by Aima today. She was very professional and talented, salon was clean and everyone was lovely. I love how my nails turned out. ❤️

Absolutely horrible services, argumentative and refused to do any work for us when we wanted to do certain length. I have been doing my nails from years but never in 3 days the Jelish polish has come out and and it’s so sad that they promise sayin it will last for a month or so but 3 days polish is out nails are chipping when I went there to show the person is telling my nails are bad rather then excepting their mistake I will never go there ..it’s sad

They do nails beautifully...but because Im in a wheelchair..cannot do gel nails...as I cannot lift or bend my leg..so had to settle for ordinary nail polish.

Worst nails service I have tried In entire dubai that African girl was rude and her work is worst, they ruined my day , my nails got broken after 10 hours, the eyebrow lamination and color were a disaster and very ugly(thanks god I removed the color and washed it when i got back home).I did lashes also with same master which start falling after one week only .Then the pskistani girl who did my pedicure and full body wax she doesnt know what she is doing she has 0 experience i cried from pain. Very bad service, very bad salon , 0 professionalism, 0 qualification.JUST DONT GO there🚩

Thank you Aima for the horrible experience that you offered me today !! First of all she should learn about the customer services to know how to deal with the customers!! She is extremely rude, furthermore my nails hurts while doing manicure really I felt so in pain!! The nails was not the same- she put the acrylic only in the half of nail both hands are not similar!! I came to the saloon on June, did eyelashes extensions with Aliya. She’s so professional, she will listen and understand exactly which shape you want, she even suggests for you if you don’t know. From that time until now i’m doing my lashes every month, it doesn’t effect my real lashes because the technique is correct.I also did my nails once, gel manicure and pedicure. It’s good and they use good products.

I m going to Ami Ami since more than 8 months and I m doing myManicure with Aima. To be honest she s one of the greatest nail technician in dubai, not many knows how to do a perfect manicure in our way (westerners). She cleans everything perfect and set up a manicure on ur nails that stays for at least 3 weeks. Some might find her rude but it is far away of being rude it s just a culture difference that ppl forgets that we come in Dubai 200 nationalities and we have to have tolerance to be able to deal with all. Aima you keep going and let the ladies who expects the entire world for prices that they pay!!!! In entire dubai they will ever find this quality with these prices …

I’ll say right away that the eyelashes did a good job on me.I am very dissatisfied with the manicurists.I describe the situation: I initially asked for a thin coating, they gave me a thick one, plus two nails were of an incomprehensible shape, the cuticles were also treated a little roughly. I asked to have my manicure redone, but the master refused. (*Another girl with the same master had a similar situation) The administrator suggested waiting until the other master was free and redoing it. OK, I waited - they redid it, they made only one hand subtly, but sloppily. It was a shame in generalI spent 5 hours, I really regret wasting my time and money.The administrator, in turn, offered me a free service next time, I agreed. After 30 minutes she calls back and says that the technicians did everything well and there will be no free service))Absolutely moronic and low-quality service, stupid work by the administrator and owner of the salon. Can you tell me one hundred times again that your craftsmen did everything well. I strongly disagree
