Good service for manicure and pedicure recommending their service

I would not give a one, but this is as low as it goes.Almaz, knows I was going to write this review, so hold on to your seat Ladies and Gentleman.Do not go to this salon! It does not have the proper beauty supplies (lack of and not clean). I get there and she has me helping taking down my braids?! What am I paying you for! She wants to argue with me about the selection of the hair I brought in. Only because she wants me to buy her hair for 20 AED when I have been buying hair for four years and only pay 10 AED a bag.I feel she does not have my best interest and decide to relax my own hair. She was nerved by that. No Maam, I am not leaving your salon bald. Then comes the heavy hand pregnant braider with THE WORST ATTITUDE! I wanted to leave then but I said for the third time give them a chance ( always listen to your inner intuition). She does not prep the braided hair correctly and I have to tell her many times to to do it like this. I am upset because why should I tell a so called professional how to prepare the hair for braiding? By then some white woman comes in to try to tell me to calm down. I look at her head and I thought you need to be concerned about the raggedy parting and poor braiding in your head not mine. Almaz had no control of her customer and a third party had to stepped in.After calming down after she left and another lady correcting my braider. I sit in the seat for her to braid. This pregnant woman literally tries to pull the hair out of my head as she is braiding! Leaving my scalp red and if possible damage to my hair follicles. I got up gathered my things. She is talking in her native tongue to Almaz, which is so unprofessional. I paid 50 AED for the wash and helping taking my hair down. A WASTE OF MY TIME! NEVER SEEN SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They do not have the basic equipment, no customer service, no professional braiders, try to up sale you and profit, no honesty with saying they could not do the basic job. Amirat Al Jamila Salon, you should be ashamed!I left and got my hair done at another salon, with the hair I bought and I am a happy customer.
