One of the best and old saloons in Dubai. I like the services there so much. This time I visited the branch in Mirdif 35 and still the service very professional and the prices very good.

Horrible! Took my mother there to get a haircut, and the hairstylist was so unprofessional. She was mad the entire time and screaming. She cut her hair in less than 5 minutes. She didn’t even section the hair once! It ended up looking nothing like the reference picture (which was pretty basic btw). All this and paid AED 250. I do not recommend it at all. Find yourself another place for a haircut

They don’t take appointments.The manager of the branch i guess (old lady with short hair) was sooo unprofessional and extremely rude.The prices are crazy and what they give on the phone are not realistic to what they charge you.

I never leave reviews, but I honestly can’t believe I had such a bad experience at this salon. This review is not about the workers, more so about the results. With the price I paid for this haircut, I expected a professional cut. Instead, the stylist took only 10-15 minutes to cut my hair, and she did not do a good job. I mentioned to her that one side is longer than the other and she said it wasn’t, but when I went home I realized the cut was definitely uneven. She did not even section my hair and take her time, it was just a bizarre experience overall. I’ve never had a haircut take only 10-15 minutes and I’ve never left a salon with such a bad cut before. Now I’m going to have to go to another salon and correct the cut, which is even more money spent for no reason. I think if you’re going to be charging a premium price, you should be offering a premium experience, with skilled hair stylists.

I’ve been coming to this salon from two years at least 4 to 5 times a month only for Mona!, she’s literally the best i do my highlights, blow dry and waves all with her. She’s very talented and understands what the customer needs also very polite and respectful, i 100% recommend her if you want to make any hair style or highlights🤍.

Very disappointing experience!!! I have booked for 4 persons 1 week earlier with specific hair stylist and on arrival we had to wait for 40 minutes yet we did not start, and i have to switch to other hair stylists.. the hair style was disappointing and she had used much of spray plus the hair was not as what i have shown her in the photo….This made me late for my next appointment for makeup and i had to cancel my photoshoot session because of this massive delay!!!The whole plan for this day was disaster because of this huge delay yet bad hair style!!!!

They are very fast but not giving you the proper time you need to end up having at least a good result that makes you satisfied.A simple job like a blow dry was very bad. It was a waste of money. Never again.

The hairstylist just wanted to finish fast, she didn’t even split the hair well i had to correct her on how to use the comb and split the hair evenly. Also she sprayed for me something with a brown color which came on face and ruined my makeup! and for the makeup i told her to do very very simple pink nude, she used for me purple and black!! But she tried to fix which turned out a little bit better than before. Also the staff were literally gossiping about me thinking that I don’t see them! So unprofessional!!

She modified my haircut that was wrong from a previous place and it was modified according to what I wanted and according to Sister Rima’s opinion and experience. She provides advice if it is appropriate and the final decision is up to the customer. She is very patient and understanding.

I went to Amr Salon, this branch, Mirdif 35, and I have always dealt with Amr Salons before, but this branch is one of the worst branches and the worst salon in general. I went to dye my hair a plain black color, but before the dye, I called her and she told me the dye for short hair was 285, and on the account she charged me 450, but I waited longer. An hour after my period, after dyeing, the hair is dry. I did not do any treatment or blow-dry. It is the worst experience I have ever had. His branch failed and I filed a complaint. As soon as I knew it, I called the owner of the salon to complain to her about what happened. She became drunk and when I answered the call she said I was talking to you again. Very rude.

The employee who received me felt like she was forced to serve me with no style or professionalism.. and zero personal hygiene.. Maintenance of hair extensions is very bad and they ruined my hair due to their maintenance and I have to go and buy new hair! I left them with my hair dry from the material they used to remove the hair. I pay money in my fathers place and I look happy, not angry!
