Mira did an excellent job of taking off the shellac on my nails and made them look very tidy and clean for before I had to work where I am not allowed nail polish. She was patient and took her time doing a good job, whilst maintaining efficiency

Had my manicure 💅 &pedicure done by Malu today. Couldnt be happier, the attention to details was amazing. Im really pleased with the services. She made me holiday ready🥳🥳. Thanks a lot 💕

I’ve been on make up with Manuella it’s been very fast , relaxing and professionally! After this my hairs did Khaled it’s was wedding look ! Him hands so light and he did my hairstyle without any pain ! I’m so happy and will back for sure !!

Do not go there for extension services- they are the worst on the market- they will fall off after only 24 hours-Ive been coming there for years at the palm location and when I mentioned this (I have been doing extensions for years) they said it was my fault, I didnt take care of them properly and they could re-apply them once (at this price is is completely crazy to say something like this to customer and I did take care of them, blaming the customer is their way out apparently) - they fixed them again and after few hours they fell off again- when I asked for refund (as I paid 1500 dirham) the manager said simply no! No customer service whatsoever- I went to great lengths to have my extensions done and guess what- none one fell off! Absolutely avoid this place

I had a lovely experience in the salon everyone was so helpful and friendly. Jeny who washed my hair was thorough and her head massage was the best. First time I had a hair treatment with steam which certainly made my hair shiny, certainly well worth it. Mohamad cut my hair and recommend hair extensions which I’m so pleased I decided to have, it certainly made my hair fuller and enhanced the style!I certainly would use the salon again, pity I don’t have the same hair experience back in UK! I shall make it my first stop when I come back next year. Many thanks to your team at Amro.

The blow dry I had with Muhammad was the best ever and lasted for more days than I imagined. Also John was great with pricing on my straightening but puzzling and strange that the list of services and rates are not on your website or printed on a card for clarity. This would save any doubts or negative comments fm customers. Loved the pedicure by Love. Neat and clean work 🙏 .Convenient living in the hotel with an in-house salon.

Very friendly and nice ladiesHowever in my first time and ny second time doing the gelish for my nails it wasnt a successful experience 👎. In my first time my nail color got off only after 5 days ! And the second time it took only 2 days !! .(my last vist was Monday 31.08.2020 ) I even tried with 2 different ladies . Also time consumed in nails manicure and pedi was 2 hours and 5 minutes; which is to me TOO Much ! I walked in the salon at 17.05 and left from there at 20.15 for 4 services only 😶 yes the customer service was good but the time spent 🙃 I guess they need to improve it .

Having called the previous day and been quoted a price for wash and curly blow dry I was really looking forward to having this service done for my NYE celebrations. I was quoted a range between 150aed - 200aed. Once the service was completed I was extremely disappointed to be charged 400aed... double the quoted price. Not once was I informed that I would be charged 400aed before or during the service. When enquiring why they were charging me double, the receptionist informed me it was because they used a curling tong and not a blow dry technique.Poor value and extremely unprofessional service - extremely disappointed.

I was in Dubai for a week on February 10, 2020 and visited this hairdresser with my husband. I asked how much it cost to dye the hair ombre. They said to me it cost 470 arabic dirham. I said that it was a good price. Then the dyeing started and everything was great, since I had a little gray hair the hairdresser asked me if he should dye you too, it only costs a little more. I answered in the affirmative and the lady quickly dyed my gray hair at the sink. In the end he styled my hair. I have to say he did very well aberrr. In the end my husband wanted to pay and they really said it would cost 1100 Arab dirhams. I paid and noticed that it was more than double the original price. I and my husband went back in and I asked why now it costs more than double. He answers that he dyed my gray hair twice the cost plus the style. I felt really fooled and they fooled me too. In the end I paid the equivalent of 270 euros for the visit. Rip off .. I recommend everyone to ask the final price before that, if not you calculate double or triple what has been thrown. Very bad service rip off tourists. Be careful.

Worst hair experience ever, the lady who’s working there has literally ruined my hair on Feb 2021. I am posting this now after 6 months still suffering from stupid hair highlights and wrong treatment, huge mistake going to this salon. It is not what it used to be.

Haircut was ok, but prices are way too high. Its directly in the hotel and therefore clearly a little more expensive. I had a haircut with a facial. But I was there with my wife and they charged her for coloring her hair once and coloring her hair twice, which was the most expensive there. We then paid a total of around 1,500 diram, which at the time was around €375. Next time I would definitely prefer to go to a hairdresser in old Dubai or in the city.

Bad cleanliness. Zero. Plus, they charged me 210 dirhams for a hair dryer. Why do you see a hairdryer and not an exploitative hairstyle? I’m sure this price is for Arabs, but I challenge them if they let foreign women pay that. They complain about them (I wish their work was worth this amount. No job or cleaning place deserves this price)
