Very very bad experience, zero behaviour of the staff, I had hair color they didn’t even ask me that which colour they are going to do,After finishing it was dark from some place and light from somewhere, they said after wash it will be fine, I went back to salon after two days , they said give money if u want to set this color, I gave more money coz I had no option, again it was same and staff apply the shampoo on my hair and went some where , she didn’t come back for a long time, I said many time 1 hour has passed but she didn’t came back, she came back after 2.5 hour and then she washed my hair and the color was same, they don’t know how to talk even, I had protein treatment I don’t know what they done to my hair, and I had mani padi, they remove the skin with the cuticle, really really bad experience

The service in this salon is 10/10 perfect blow dry even with the weather in dubai at the moment my hair still look straight I would always come back there

ZERO STARS!!! Very unpleasant experience. Will only do service according to what they think is right. But dont think customer opinion is important. Does not explain to the customer regarding whats expected from the treatment. Its not first time, so many times i have got bad treated,onece a time i colored my hair.it was they did only the top the head 🟤 color, not one lady finished one customer service,owner mrs,Chanda will change one by one and short staff cover by 20, customer s, so they never finished up .And recently get my hair protein treatment, this time they didnt do it properly. I talk with owner Mrs. Chanda, but she not accepted wht happened on me .they treat me very badly .finally i had bad experience from this Salon, So vry careful who will get any treatment from this salon Angel,i request everyone please be Careful wht you will get any treatment from this Salon, because Owner or staff will never accepted thier was mistakes . Feel really bad and vry bad customer service finally .

Go there to get my hair protein work few days before. But seeing the environment, I decided not to do it. But the staff started working with lots of sweet talk and discounts. Even after talking about the roots hair color, but they colored all the hair. And being short staffed and doing other customers work makes me late to work. My hair is small and thin. Later it was 10:30pm closing time, the work was not completed and they asked me to pay the full amount. When I went to make the payment, they demanded more money and the Nepali staff quarreled with me. They treated me very badly. When called the owner,she favors her staff. Honestly speaking,I request everyone except Nepali, please dont go there to be insulted. It is a bad experience of my life.They only wants their napali customers.

Very bad ….Sister of owner was sitting there at the counter with very bad attitude.I went and was asking for 150 pakage with root touch upI told her to that i dont want hand , leg , underarm, menucure instead just add 1 more facial.The lady started shouting no this no that. Nepali lady at the counter ( sister of owner) had no ethics how to talk.The lady at the counter who says i am owners sisters has no experience how to deal with customers very poor behaviour. Trisala is her name

The owner Chanda was very rude and gave us two extremely different price points (one when we entered and charged us a higher price while we were leaving). I would just call her her liar very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone because of the owner. Would never visit again. Covid guidelines are not appropriately maintained (no social distancing), salon is very unclean, and everyone is always without the mask.

I visit there first time it was soooo good all the staff and owner as well everyone is very professional and polite , specially owner she make sure to entertain the client very well..Rekha did my hair and its so good m so happy with the result and very pocket friendly place must visit there ❤️❤️lots of love thank u

I was so satisfied with the services offered by this salon, the peaple who work was so nice, hairdress was perfect ,they use just verry hight quality product Kerastase , Loreal, essie and prices no hight.

V v pathetic service and very rude owner and few staff. They had kept me waited for the services for 3 hours and when I started showing some disappointment they started the services and it was way too pathetic . The saloon look and feel was v low standard and the basic hygiene was also not maintained. V bad experience of my life regarding saloon and services . Will not recommend their service to anyone!!

Recently I did a hair cut It was a worst experience,its my request whoever is doing hair cut kindly train them properly to give proper finishing touch coz of then I feel like not to visit again, hardly I want 2 or 3 time it was a good experience n this time it was worst experience.
