Had a terrible time! Waste of money! The staff are inexperienced and lie to customers. One said she ran a salon in Pakistan, another claimed 10 years of experience here, but none are pros. Asked for a 2-day keratin treatment with washing, but they messed it up. Instead of leaving the keratin cream, they tied our hair in a bun, and after washing, it was a disaster. Dont go there; theyll waste your money. The owner insists on buying only her recommended conditioner and mask, but they didnt even iron properly, so our hair didnt stay straight. When we complained after three washes, the owner blamed us for using the wrong shampoo and conditioner, even though we followed her advice. She even said they might be fake. She tried to fix it by applying more creams and ironing our hair, but its still not right. I regret choosing this salon for my keratin treatment.She mistreats her salon employees, barking at them like a mad dog, showing no respect. This lady only cares about her money.

The worst salon ever. took 3 hours to finish a manicure and pedicure that is not even neat and clean. wasted 3 hours of my time that costs me 250aed. no proper equipment and tools. not even a polish remover. UV is broken. the place is unhygienic. please DON’T visit this place. to be fair, the staff shama is nice but is new. (i ended up bleeding on one of my finger nail and toe nail) she needs more practice to do her job but with the lack of resources that is gonna be tough.

100% recommend! Great services at a very affordable rate. Would recommend Ashna for nails, sanju for waxing and Anila for hair. All 3 of them did an exceptional job. Will definitely go back to them!!

The worst salon i have ever visited everything was the WORST pathetic employees and their was no control on them illiterate staff. Lied about everything their was no space to sit and very Unhygienic i went for makeup and their was no makeup products with them they had expired makeup dried out lipsticks,mascara. Everything was miserable

The worst Gelish Nai paint I have ever done in my life, no finishing, no neatness, and it came out automatically within 2 hours, I wasted my AED 150/-. The owner did not even bother to reply to my messages When i shared these pictures. Very poor services specifically for nail art/gelish etc

One of the best saloons, I got my hair done.It came out very beautiful, the highlights, the neatness. I am not a saloon type of person as I am not comfortable but the staff was very nice and cooperative. Some of the best henna designs and i got henna done as well, very professional, very clean, very nice.Nail paints are just amazing, very beautiful and the price is also very reasonable, I definitely recommend this to everyone and told about the saloon to my friends as well. Its the best and I quite frequently go there. ❤️❤️❤️

By far the most terrible salon I have come across. The owner is a menace and has no respect for customers or employees. So I went two days before karvachauth at late evening. She could’ve jus turned me down saying it’s late and we are closing but she insisted on me coming and get henna done. So much that she asked my husband to leave me and go and that she’ll drop me home. We were impressed by her (fake) generosity and I went in. Her manicurist who is not a henna artist but still is good at it started the work. Middle of it she wanted to use her phone for references for designs and this woman upon finding out that she’s using phone, starts scolding her left right and centre. The girl was only tryin to give me the best service. I felt bad and requested the owner to not scold her. And one won’t imagine what happened next. She started scolding me instead and threw me out of her salon, took the money and didn’t complete the mehendi. I was stranded on road crying with half done mehandi, with my husband gone home and no one to escort me. I was crying my nerves out and I can hear this horrible woman yelling bad words from the inside. Afraid it might lead to a scene right outside her salon she pulled me back inside but offered no apology, not even a glass of water. The girl who was doing mehandi offered to complete my design but by then her hands were trembling . I finished my time off there and headed back home, and I vowed I’ll never go back. She used leftover cones that did not have enough Hena to complete four sides and charged me 80aed. But i feel more bad for the girl who works for her cuz she’s really nice and hardworking and that owner is only torturing her saying mean things in front of clients humiliating her. If you’re reading this, AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS.

We didn’t want to express our anguish and create a scene in the salon but we had one of the most pathetic and disgusting experience.Firstly, upon stepping in the salon, it was very unhygienic and filthy, the floor was sticky and full of hair yet we gave you the benefit of doubt.Secondly, when it came to service, it was very unprofessional. Waxing was done in a very confined space with things falling over from above and staff entering and exiting, leaving no space for the client. The staff didn’t even bother washing their hands before starting with the facial. We have done facials before and the very basic step is to steam the face which was also not done. We honestly felt that the facial was not worth the price.Thirdly, your pricing was not clear and you overcharged. We were talking to the staff and your price did not match with what they said.Lastly, we generally don’t give bad reviews, but yours compelled us to give one. Your salon was recommended by one of my moms friend but the visit was truly disappointing. We are never coming back and neither recommending.

I had the best experience, the staffs were welcoming and friendly. I had the best ear pierced. Waxing and hair treatment was perfect. The owner is so friendly she recommended me the best hair color and I love it. I would definitely recommend everyone.

Worst experience ever in my 9 years in Dubai, the so called lady named Anju who runs the saloon does not know how to speak to her clients, every month when I visit them the price just keep increasing for no reason but the services remain the same. The lady has no sense at all, very hash behavior. I spoke to her respectfully but she a Nepali women with no respect towards her client. I will never recommend this salon.

Best salon in the area for keratin/protein!very happy to see new interior that has made the salon much more spacious than before.I also frequently get manicure and pedicure with gel nail polish and it is always on point!

And today I went there and the Arbab(boss) was there too and she was like a friend to all the ladies we laughed and talked an amazing fantastic day. It was a lovely experience. They had great hospitality. I did 7 services but what I loved the most are the mani and pedi and hair treatment. They do a lot of great service in such affordable prices. Highly recommend.

I did hair smoothening there. It was not my first time doing this. First time I did at a very professional salon in India and it was awesome . They didnt ask me to use any product of their recommendation. Just asked me to condition the hair after shampooing and use any serum of good brand. Second time I did at a different place and it was not upto the level of first. I experienced lot of hair fall after that for my long thick hair. But third one at anilas was my worst experience. After smoothening they asked me to use the product from their shop. I googled the product and I didnt find any. But the surprise was after first hair wash after 3 days. My hair was the same as before. Didnt even last for a second wash. Truly disappointing. Those guys doesnt know anything professionally. They should learn it first how to do each service . If there would be a zero rating I would have given that.

Worst experience ever they cant even perform a basic hair dye they looted me and my friend and left our hair in disaster right before eid but the thing is the owner was not even accepting her mistake and kept telling me its my hair mistake not theirs lol what a joke!!! Never go there for hair services.

Horrible experience I ever had in saloon..staffs are very bad experienced and they are not aware about protein treatment after washing my hair ,at that moment itself my hair turned to normal hair as I did protein treatment(permanent)..when we complaining about the hair treatment they are simply avoiding by saying fake things..and not taking care of hair while doing treatments..staffs behavior is very annoying while we were in the saloon..WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!
