Ive been seeing Olga for my nails for more than 3 years and I wont go to anyone else, ever. She is literally one of the most artistic and talented nail techs I have ever bed to on over 25 years of having nail extensions. Anastasia has been doing my lashes for more than two years and again, I refuse after trying other salons to go to anyone else for quality of service and end product.10/10 ❤️

Been going to Anjelikas Salon for years now. Love them ❤️. Olga does the best nails and Janette has a very good customer service as well as does amazing pedicures .Prices are very reasonable too compared to other salons around.

Ms Alya was very professional in handling my eyelashes. She makes sure about what i want and executed it very well. Ms Chyl was also amazing in treating my nails with extra care and it shows how good she is at her craft. I highly recommend both of them!

I went to Angelikas for a waxing and eyebrows threading and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in dubai. Janet was very quick and efficient!! I did a full body waxing and I was in and out within an hour. I’ll definitely be going back

Poor quality materials, I like hard gel for the long lasting but at this place, the nail polish doesn’t last, not even one week and starts chipping and peeling off. I have been attending since some months ago for the price, and the owner is very nice and in good mood with customers, but some of the nail technicians have very bad mood and attitude. Once that I was there, the nail technician was in such pretty bad mood that she was pushing my hand away and asking for the other hand with a very rude attitude, terrible experience…they change a lot of nail technicians, I don’t know what’s wrong and why they are mad all the time, at least the African nail technicians, because the Russian speakers and the staff of other areas are very kind. I found another place with same prices and excellent quality and service. Some days ago was my last visit at Angélica’s salon. One day after I wrote to tell her about my complain, always happens but I don’t complain, this time I did, I asked for an appointment with her, she told me yes, I arrive and the appointment was with the same girl that did my service. She fixed them with a very bad attitude. And one day later, same problem. The nail polish peeling off. She filed my nails even thinner than my natural nails. It’s just horrible. Last time here

I made curly hair extension. I came on time so it took exactly time I was told . In 3 hours and very good price I got new me:) not sure about the name of African girl who made my hair , I think Ann… she is lovely . She really doing good job . Love my new hair style . The owner of the salon has zero idea about how to manage the appointments. I’ve been there three times (just because I really love how professional the nails and lashes technicians are) EVERY single time there was an issue. First time I had to wait for a master for almost two hours because Anjelika forgot to tell her that I’ll be on that time, second time she didn’t bother to let me know that the pedicure technician is absent and the last time I travelled across all Dubai to my appt just to hear that she forgot to tell the master about my appointment. And the master has ended her working shift. And while I was there every time there was a person who came for nothing and she gaslighted them saying that it’s their fault. Super unprofessional Im never coming back there and don’t recommend anyone else to waste their time .

The keratin product is very poor don’t waste your money on it! There is no proper hairstylist the receptionist did our hair - who isn’t a hairdresserThe salon is in a terrible state it’s really dirty and disgusting to be honest! The sink is filled with other peoples hair and they use the same brush on everyone - we were two clients and they didn’t even wash it or clean it.Don’t ever go there you’ll be grossed out - definitely not Dubai standards

Hi all,Please DO NOT go to this salon. I have had the worst experience at Anjelikas . I normally do not write bad reviews but my experience was so awful I had to warn others not to go. I booked mani pedi, eyelash lift, lash lamination and full head of highlights.I did my mani pedi and I had to ask for the lady to remove the pedicure polish as it was terrible. But the most awful was what they did to my hair. First the “hairdresser dyed it grey, I asked for blonde highlights then when I complained that it was grey she dyed it brown. Altogether I spent 6 hours in the salon and left so upset, stressed and angry with only a pedicure done. No eyelashes or eyebrows done, terrible hair. The owner texted me and refused to even apologize. I am currently waiting in another hair salon to try and get my hair fixed and will have to spend lots more time and money fixing the mess they have made at Anjelikas. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by going to this terrible salon

Took the normal pedicure; and hard gel manicure services and although the staff was polite, Janeth is kind but Olga is a little bit rude. I felt insensitive as I am left with cuts and painful experience. I had a smal cut on one of hand finger and the nail artist again and again brushed!I am not very satisfied with the end look either as all nails are not correctly proportionate. Over all this was my last time there even if I get free service I won’t go there again !

Huge disappointment. Went for a blow dry and the stylist rushed me so much by doing big chunks of hair. She ruined my ends in the process. And when she was done, I told her this cannot be it? I had chunks of hair undone. She told me that’s because I was a Groupon customer!!!! I’m sorry what? If this is how you treat customers who have Groupon, then don’t register on that website and good luck getting anyone to come to your dodgy salon.

I do not recommend this place. Braids of poor quality and not neat. At the end my braids were dipped into a bucket with very hot water to straighten. And they kept this bucket right above my back! Which is not safe of course! I was afraid I might get scalded. Why don’t just use straightener for hairs, as normally masters do..? At the end of session they asked to make a picture of me with braids. I said “no”. Despite this, they took several photos from different angles. After that, they tried to charge me a 5% VAT plus to the price originally agreed, without receipt! I have described the entire story of my visit, so you can make an adequate conclusion whether it is worth going to such a place.

I’ve been wanting to visit Anjelika’s salon since two years back and I regret not doing so! They have the nicest, friendliest, and talented staff. I had my nails and eyelashes extensions did and oh man... I am more in love with myself! Both my nails and eyelashes are quality! Amazing amazing! Ive seen some replies to bad reviews from this salon and I am not even surprised. what an unprofessional salon. imagine having booked and confirmed a 6pm appointment, got there at 6.05 and the lash technician is with another client. she says i should wait till 7! when i asked why i was booked for 6pm, she said the receptionist did not know! no apology, just a smug annoying demeanor from the two of them! I stormed out in annoyance. this salon is a joke! deserves no star at all! now lets see what reply I will get from them, most likely a rude one!

I made an appointment for 5:30 pm in advance. Received a confirmation message about the appointment. Reached the salon at 5:25 pm for my manicure service. They made me wait for 1.5 hours, telling me “it will take just 15 more mins” every 15 mins. After 1.5 hours, she asked me to come back another day. I left without any service. Complete disrespect for customers and their time.

This salon is a scammer. I went there to avail the full hair color, meaning including the root should be covered.I asked the staff again and again, she said fine, if u will choose this color it will be covered until roots. After the session, the staff apologized to me because she saw that there’s no result at all. And i asked them for refund and they said it’s my mistake. What kind of customer service is this. They repeatedly used the words ,” IT’S YOUR MISTAKE”. WAS IT ME WHO APPLIED THE MEDICINE? is it my fault that you guys have a very low quality of medicine. THEY SUGGESTED BLEACHING? Like i said no to bleaching because I dont want it to damage my hair. And that’s the reason why I asked your staff, “This color would work right?”. She confirmed it again and again. AED 135 is not a small amount. I have been everywhere, all salons in DUBAI AND THEY PULLED IT OFF NICELY. Anjelika’s salon is a scam. Dont you guys evey visit this salon for a hair color. The quality is not good and the people are rude.

The service itself was very well done, but this was my third time & the girl (Janet) was acting in a silly way, she was busy doing service for someone else, while i came on time and i would appreciate if she apologized politely for being late, instead she said just sit madam, the whole session she didnt even accept questions about whats the next step, she was acting in a very silly way, she was very unwelcoming & not friendly at all & while paying with Groupon she said this is the last time to pay with Groupon cause the limit is 3 times, while i asked Groupon they said its 5 times limits, and when i sent her this on salons WhatsApp & also mentioned that i didnt like that she wasnt friendly this time, she blocked me!!!I called her she kept shouting and wouldnt listen to my point of view! Nail extension eid offer @150To start their pictures posted on their Instagram page with the offer are not valid. Upon arriving there they inform additional charges for rhiaw designs.Still I was like okay anyways I’m there let’s try the nail artist was polite but i would rather say insensitive in the sense this was a horrifyingly painful experience for me- bleeding cuticles, harsh usage of the brush around the sensitive cuticle skin after they did the cuticle pushing.I had a small. Cut on one of the right hand finger which was not really near cuticle but even after repeated request she was so lost again and again to brush on it and rehta filed multiple times over or that the small harmless cut has turned painfully septics and secreting the yellowish fluid due to harsh and constant mishandling !After all this the nails are not even Ans looking small n bigSo disappointed that I won’t opt their service even if offered for free !

Very bad attitude and work of all the staff. I went there twice and will never go there again. The Philipino lady there is the most rudest one and threaten the other person on canceling their appointments. There is no washroom inside, they do give you any thing to wear while waxing, lowest hygiene ever seen. And I’m shocked why no one comes from a government department to check on them.

I went to the centre, the merchant started the service and then informed me that they do not do stomach waxing, chest waxing, back waxing and buttock waxing int he package. The package clearly says full body waxing. She asked me to pay an extra 120aed for all of this and since I was halfway in the treatment, I could not even cancel it. They are very unprofessional and rude and just keep saying this and that are not included in the package. They have listed themselves on groupon butbon booking, they would just tell you that half of the things are not included in the package.

Horrible experience with the gelish manicure. The nail paint started chipping off within a week and the staff was rude when i went for the services and they were rude as well when i told them about chipping.Wouldnt be going back again.

This lady is never open to clients who book buying the promotions they themselves offer on groupon or any other promotional website. It seems they want to give promotions but not provide the service. You will have to keep delaying and requesting the service since its already paid and they dont care of how they treat you or what impact they are making. They will simply deny to be unavailable every time you try to get an appointment even 2-3 days in advance she will tell you you need to call earlier. If you call a week ago she will tell you call one day ago I cant prebook for a later date. Pathetic customer experience, extremely unprofessional. If they dont want to provide service to clients buying their salon vouchers they shouldnt offer promotions just to lure customers to pay!!!!If you are buying their service prepaid..... trust me gurl!! BE PREPARED FOR A PATHETIC CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

Unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers!!!I booked for 1pm and I confirms before going there and as per the screenshot thy confirmed I will start at 1 they I left my job and went there they say they need minimum of 30 mins and when I sent to her again she is saying I will not be able to book for you the other time!!!!!!!!!!! And they don’t care about bad reviews since they think you are not the only client and no one is reading reviews

I had booked appointment with them as they had gelish extension offer on instagram, well in advance, and at 1am past midnight(before the day) the staff messaged me saying the nail professional lady was sick and so there was nobody to do the nails. I said alright no problem i will do it next time.After 2 days the staff messaged again to ask if I wanted to do the same service. I was happy and quickly booked the appointment. The receptionist called me 2 hours before the appointment saying that the nail professional is sick again and has left the salon to go home.This is extremely unprofessional way to deal with clients. They do not value customers time and energy. I had really wanted to get new set of nails done for a very special occasion my Baby shower and this kind of unprofessional behaviour is definitely rude.The salon should learn how to manage lack of staff and not hire such amateur and shady staff.
