Visited this very tastefully done salon in the heart of Umm Suqieum .. the staff is so professional, polite , and efficient. I tried their hot stone massage and it was one of the best massages for stress relief, any stiffness and relaxation… I was left rejuvenated and the place is so clean and luxurious. The ladies there really know their stuff and Laxmi was very good with my massage . I would go back to try more of their services especially nails as I could see some nice manicures being done on others !All in all a gem of a salon and spa to pamper and relax you under one pretty roof !Thanks Anotha beauty salon see you soon !

Torea is one of the best hamam experts I have ever met in all these years in dubai. She was so thorough she was so good I have no words to explain how amazing and refreshed I felt after my hamam her experience is amazing!Zainab is the best hairstylist dubai has, she’s so kind caring and always there to assist with magic in her hands. The Moroccan bath was nice and yomna the worker was so kind however I had an issue.On Instagram it says that the special Moroccan bath has the loofah included with it but when I reached she told me that it’s not and I had to pay 50aed for it. I really don’t like how their pricing works

I had a horrible experience with the hair stylist not the Moroccan the other one. I went in for a henna treatment and ended up fixing what the henna treatment caused. Even though u asked her if it will change my hair colour she said no. I then ended up paying for dying my hair because of the horrible henna colour. And i payed for the horrible henna treatment!

Poor customer service, very rude & humiliating, will never come back for hair again . Waited for 1:30 to start with my hair because the hair stylist (Ms Zainab) chose to start with her preferred client first even though I booked for a group a week ago. Very unprofessional highly not recommended for hair style, P.S you have to have thick volume hair for them to do hair style even if you have extension, highly not recommended . She needs training on doing all hair types.

I recently had a terrible experience at another beauty salon . I went in for a blowout and specifically asked for my hair to have a nice bounce with an inward blowout. However, the stylist completely ignored my request and gave me frizzy, straight hair instead. I was extremely disappointed with the result and would never recommend this salon to anyone. On top of that, the parking situation at the salon was also very bad. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.I wasnt even offered water or any refreshments like the other customers. It made the experience even more disappointing. Paid 136.5 and I need to go home and fix it so it’s pointless visiting.

I did mani-pedi with Lorie and laxmi it was perfect i loved it and they are so kind, the customer service is more than great. I loved everything. Will come again for sure.

The salon is very nice and clean but I feel that the workers are unprofessional, the secretary barely speaks English and it takes a long time to get the bill trying to get the calculator and asking other girls how much it costs. I feel that the salon is nice to have non-professional girls. Also the girl for make a refill take 3 hours! And also the hairstylist she only know how to manage short hair but no long hair. I wish you good luck! Your salon is amazing just I feel you need change the workers .. 🙏🏼

Worst service ever. I did a haircut there and that was the worst decision in my life. They don’t know how to cut the hair and they even charge extra for blow dry after haircut which is normally done after a haircut. The staff doesn’t know to communicate in English properly and they don’t understand our requirements. Altogether miserable experience and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
